Idealnym rozwiązaniem są dodatkowe drzwi które całkowicie wyciszają odgłosy z ulicy. Panele grzewcze szybko nagrzewają pomieszczenie. Apartament ma skromny ale ciekawy wystrój. Na wyposażeniu jest chłodziarka,czajnik, herbata i kawa. Dodatkowo butelka wody i słodki wafelek. Zachwyciły mnie kosmetyki. Naturalne, delikatne o boskim zapachu (Już sobie zamówiłam) Przy zapalonym świetle widać ogromną ilość zwisajacych pajęczyn na suficie.

Instructions are not available in the Booking app and are only sent by email, which is inconvenient.There were no single-use shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrush provided.It would be better if these were provided.I didn’t want to lower the rating because of these, as the room was very comfortable for me.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Yeterince priz dolap vs vs imkanlar vardı. Ayrıca su kahve/meyve çayı ve atıştırmalılar ikramı olması hoş bir davranıştı. Yola sıfır ve kapı önünde birkaç kez gürültülü grup sohbet etti.

• Manolo (1/5): - El primer día tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Al no tratarse de un hotel convencional con recepción 24 h, y ser ya más de las 17:00 (hora a la que cierra la oficina), no pudimos contactar con nadie en persona y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono de atención. No supieron solucionarlo en ese momento y nos indicaron que al día siguiente a las 9:00 vendrían a arreglarlo. Aunque nos fastidiaba un poco la mañana, esperamos. Pasados unos 20 minutos de las 9:00, al no venir nadie ni recibir noticias, fuimos nosotros mismos a la oficina (por suerte nuestra habitación estaba cerca). Allí nos dijeron que a veces ocurría y que en unos 10–15 minutos tendríamos agua caliente. Tras esperar más de media hora y seguir igual, volvimos a avisar. El chico vino a la habitación, comprobó que efectivamente no había agua caliente y nos dijo que intentaría solucionarlo o, si no, nos cambiarían de habitación. Sobre las 10:30 volvimos a la oficina porque no teníamos noticias, pero no había nadie. Poco antes de las 11:00 volvió a venir, comprobó de nuevo la situación y nos dijo que, por las molestias, nos cambiarían a una habitación mejor ubicada en el centro y que sobre las 14:00 nos enviaría un correo con la dirección. Dejamos la maleta hecha y salimos a hacer lo que teníamos previsto. Sin embargo, sobre las 12:30 recibimos un correo diciendo literalmente: “Acabo de revisar tu habitación y ya hay agua caliente. Solo falta un poco más para que se caliente. Así que no necesitas mudarte.” El mensaje fue bastante confuso, ya que no nos dan una explicación clara. En definitiva, fue una gestión poco profesional y mal organizada: no pueden decirte una cosa y luego la contraria, dejándote además con la preocupación de si volverías a quedarte sin agua caliente. Por nuestra experiencia, no recomendaríamos este alojamiento Además, adjunto algunas fotos de la humedad del baño, que debería revisarse y limpiarse cada vez que hay un nuevo huésped.
• Wiktoria (4/5): Brak ciepłej wody odradzam - Wygodne duże łóżko było jedynym atutem. Apartament ten wygląda w rzeczywistości jak przekształcony lokal usługowy na noclegownie. Gdy weszliśmy do pokoju wieczorem było bardzo zimno grzejniki były zakręcone a okno otwarte. Dodatkowo nie było cieplej wody w kranie!! Tylko jedna osoba zdołała się umyć w 1 dzień przyjazdu bo ciepła woda się skończyła po jednym prysznicu

• Corrado (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Lo stile e la dimensione della stanza. La vicinanza ad un mercato con locali caratteristici dove mamgiare e la vicinanza alla metro. Abbiamo pagato e prenotato per la struttura a 2 km dal centro mentre ci è stata assegnata altra struttura piu distante (4 km) per un dichiarato problema sul riscaldamento. Peccato che la struttura assegnata avesse un prezzo inferiore a quello pagato. Però da evidenziare che per il disguido, l'host ci ha fatto trovare in stanza una bottiglia di vino e della frutta. Giudizio complessivo positivo.
• Andrea (1/5): Leider inakzeptabel - - Das Studuo samt Wasser (Dusche) waren eiskalt und somit nicht zu beziehen, musste storniert werden und wir haben uns mit einigem Aufwand eine neue Unterkunft zu einem akzeptablen Preis organisieren müssen.
• Anja (6/5): Freundlich gesagt: zuviele Macken für diesen Preis - Kreativ eingerichtete Unterkunft in einer ehemaligen Galerie mit Gewölbedecke. Freigelegte Ziegelwand, sehr toll gemacht. Fußbodenheizung in der Dusche (die funktionierte) und Toilette. Neu und sehr schön gefliestes Bad. Durchdachtes Lichtkonzept, das die wenigen Fenster auffing. Bequeme Betten. Kunst an der Wand und viel Literatur zum lesen. Die Lage zentral in Laufnähe Hbf, fußläufig auch z. B. zum Oberen Belvedere (waren in der Argentinierstraße). CheckIn problemlos. Leider war die Heizung defekt, nur ein Radiator vorhanden, der mühsam den großen Raum heizte. Es war die erste Nacht eiskalt. Fußbodenheizung in der Dusche und Toilette funktionierte (nicht der Fußboden im Bad an sich, nur partielle FuBoHei). Apropos Toilette: An der Tür waren die Scharniere locker, mein Partner schloss sich aus Versehen ein. Wäre er allein gewesen, hätte er dort ausharren müssen. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Das Wasser in der Dusche nur lau, am dritten Tag sogar fast kalt (angeblich war die Therme ausgefallen). Lichtschalter im großen Raum defekt. Aber alle Nachrichten an den Vermieter wurden sofort sehr freundlich beantwortet. Relativ dunkle Unterkunft, kaum Licht und keine Fenster zum öffnen. Lichtkonzept fing es auf, aber wer gerne Tageslicht hat, muss Abstriche machen. Kaffee-/Teezubereitung mit Kreativität lösbar (keine Steckdosen beim Wasserkocher, deshalb Fernseher ausgesteckt), keine Kaffeelöffel, kein Spülbecken (Bad benutzt, entsprechend zerkratzt und bräunlich das Waschbecken). Erdgeschoss mit kaum Vorraum, man trug allen Schmutz ins Zimmer, weil ein Sauberläufer fehlte. Diese Macken rechtfertigen nicht den Preis. Sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

Für 70€ die Nacht wäre das Zimmer sicher ok,aber nicht für das doppelte.Bett mit Rausfallgitter und mit Rollen ???Vorhänge halb ab , und diese Unterkunft als Hotel zu bezeichnen ist echt frech.Es ist ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße ohne Flur oder Eingangsbereich,also Straße -Tür-Zimmer.Wien immer wieder aber nicht hier.Leider!

The room was on the street, so it was very noisy while we slept. We also saw bugs on the floor. The room wasn't well ventilated, so my throat hurt while I slept. The staff were friendly.

• Ilka (3/5): - Die Nähe zum Café Goldegg Die Zimmer.... alle Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Sie waren nicht sauber, in den Fensternischen waren Spinnen und S pinnenweben, der Staub lag Zentimeter dick auf den Fensterbänken, in einem Zimmer ( Theresaniumgasse) war nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen, im Zimmer der Argentinierstr. gingen die Nachtischlampen nicht, obwohl alle Stecker ausprobiert wurden, oder sie gingen mitten in der Nacht plötzlich an, im Badezimmer in der Dusche hing eine dicke Spinnenwebe von der Decke und es roch moderig da man die Zimmer nicht lüften konnte weil keine Fenster vorhanden waren, nur zei Oberlichter zur Straße raus wo keine Luft rein kam. Das einzig positive daran war die Stadt Wien.... die ist wirklich eine Reise wert und sehr sehr zu empfehlen!
• Jürgen (7/5): Unterkunft mal anders - Großzügiges Badezimmer mit gr. offener Dusche, schönes gr. Doppelbett mit guter Matratze, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine und es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit einer Erstausstattung von Wein und Mineralwasser vorhanden. Leider kann man das einzige Fenstern für die nötige Frischluftzufuhr, nur durch eine Oberlichte öffnen, dann hört aber natürlich alle Geräusche des dierekt vor der Fensterfront verlaufenden Gehsteiges, ein voll verspiegeltes Fenster wäre hier sehr wünschenswert, dann könnte man beruhigt die Schaloisen öffnen, um nicht wie in einer Auslagen zu sitzen bzw. im Bett zu liegen!

• Manuela (3/5): Nicht noch mal. Und das liegt nicht nur an der katastrophalen Kommunikation. - Zum Frühstücken geht es in die umliegenden Kaffeehäuser oder Cafes, dass war problemlos möglich, da die Lage dies her gab. Ohne weitere Kommunikation wurden wir auf ein anderes Zimmer gebucht. Wer das Konzept der Grätzlhotels kennt, weiß, dass man so nicht ohne weiteres dann in sein initial gebuchtes Zimmer kommt. Nach Anruf war dann auch leider nur der eher so "semi"motivierte Securitymitarbeiter am anderen Ende, der dann versucht hat einen Hotelangestellten zu erreichen. Ergebnis: Wir durften erst einmal unser gebuchtes und bezahltes Zimmer nicht beziehen, sondern mussten ein anderes Zimmer, ein paar Straßen weiter akzeptieren. Erst am Folgetag hat sie eine Mitarbeiterin per Email dazu geäußert und uns angeboten am Abend in das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer zu ziehen, Bei insgesamt nur 3 Nächten, war uns dann aber der Aufwand nicht wert, für die restlichen zwei Nächte in das eigentliche gebuchte Zimmer zu beziehen. Auch lies die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Zimmers hier und da zu wünschen übrig. Das angedachte Konzept, stillliegende Geschäfte umzubauen und als Hotelzimmer zu vermieten ist nett an- aber nicht zu ende gedacht. Alte Geschäftsräume sind eben keine modernen Hotelzimmer, Lüftung, Heizung und offene Bäder sollten dann mit Bedacht und fachmännisch integriert sein, auch über eine Klimaanlage könnte man nachdenken, anstatt einen Standventilator ins Zimmer zu stellen. Spinnweben, eine defekte Toilettentür (bzw. deren Schloss), kaltes Wasser am ersten Morgen beim Duschen (ein No-Go!) oder auch beispielsweise ein Kühlschrank der den Namen nicht mal im Ansatz verdient. Kann man mit 20 Jahren vielleicht drüber hinweg sehen, weil alles so stylisch und ein bisschen cool ist, Aber wir werden in Zukunft wieder ins Mooons ziehen. Schade eigentlich.

What made me angry the most was that after I checked in, I found that my room was not cleaned, the sheets were not changed, and there was no water and wine as promised. I called the number provided and was told that it was the weekend and I had to wait until tomorrow morning. I had to complain. Although someone was arranged to come later, I was unhappy from the beginning. Then, the promised cleaning was once every three days, but it was not done at all, which made the whole trip unhappy. I reported it to the customer service but to no avail. They said they would give me a 10% discount next time, but I would never choose it again! I don't want to give bad reviews, but I have to say it's really bad. I don't know how those good reviews come from.
• Erich (8/5): Enjoyed location and room was very pleasant and enjoyable - Location was great. The room was super and well maintained. Something property could not control. On one day a woman and friends were outside and talking extremely loud from 18:00 to 21:30. Impossible to get to sleep.

It was very warm, clean, well equiped, hot water and wifi working properly, interesting decoration, comfortable bed. Great value for money. Suitable only for couples, there is no privacy in the shower

• Steven (8/5): It is not the measure of a place that nothing unfortunate happens but how the situation is resolved. - We had issues with hot water and heating when we arrived, a fix was attempted during the day this was unsuccessful so an upgraded room was provided. The concierge was very helpful in arranging the change, and after this all was well. It was unfortunate that the stay started with issues but these were overcome and sorted within one day.
