• Guest (10/5): Приємний досвід) - Це був дуже приємний досвід проживання. Готель розташований за містом. Чисте море і не так багато людей як у Вльорі. Перша лінія до пляжу і свої шезлонги. Є басейн з секцією для дітей. Нам надали комфортніший номер ніж ми бронювали з початку,що було дуже приємно. Сам номер комфортний,з балконом і видом на море.Комфортна постіль і велика шафа. Прибирання включено. Дуже приємний персонал готелю. Дівчинка на рецепції ( посоромилася спитати імʼя😢) дуже щира до гостей і добра. Є сніданок, де можна було знайти і фрукти також. Сніданок і порції були доволі великими. За цей недорогий варіант проживання -це дуже класний сніданок. Погуляти далі готелю не вийде- тут немає набережної чи якоїсь алеї. Все на стадії будівництва. Сніданки були ситними,але одноманітні і трохи жирні,не вистачало якоїсь каші і більшої різноманітності приготування варіантів яєць.

• Julinda (10/5): Amazing stay! - Everything was perfect. I had an amazing time even though I was there only for one night. The staff was incredible, my room was perfect and had everything someone might need. I will be back for sure!

• Paul (4/5): - Le personnel est génial. À comparer de la population albanaise, ils sont vraiment très souriant, à l'écoute et essaie de rendre service avec les moyens à leur disposition. Merci à eux... Je pense que sans eux, l'établissement mériterait une notre beaucoup plus médiocre. Emplacement sublime car il suffit de traverser pour être sûr la plage avec des transits fournis gratuitement Par quoi commencer ? 1) Établissement non adapté aux PMR car il y a des escaliers pour prendre l'ascenseur qui conduit aux etages 2) à notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la chambre 3) Aucun rangement dans la salle de bain pour poser Brosse a dent, dentifrice, gel douche et autre. Alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre triple 4) 2 étagères pour ranger les vêtements de toute une famille. En même temps,, on aurait dû mieux regarder. C'est la chambre turquoise. Et les étagères que vous y voyez sont les seuls rangements. Donc quand on est 3 (adulte et 2 enfants), beaucoup de vêtement sont restés dans la valise 5) un grand fauteuil encombrant qui aurait mérité de laisser sa place à du rangement 6) tapis dans les couloirs de l'hôtel qui n'ont pas été aspiré durant notre séjour de 5 nuits 7) un génie 😎 à eu l'idée d'installer les WC dans la douche. Attention, pas à côté, vraiment dans la douche. Et bien sûr le papier wc situé après la paroi de douche. À voir absolument 8) petit déjeuner plus que sommaire.. 1er jour des croissants qu'on a jamais revu 3 ème jour, des gaufres que seuls certains ont pu avoir Sinon du pain, du cake, et de la pastèque 😡😡😡
• mehadji (10/5): - Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’hôtel a été une très belle découverte. La piscine est incroyable et l’accès direct à la mer est vraiment idéal. Mais ce qui fait toute la différence, c’est le personnel : extrêmement serviable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Nous avons malheureusement eu à faire face à une urgence médicale durant notre séjour, et toute l’équipe a réagi avec une grande réactivité et énormément de gentillesse. Grâce à eux, nous avons pu vivre ce séjour en toute sérénité. Un immense merci, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

• Livia (7/5): - Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Camera pulita e letto confortevole. Posizione ottima. La piscina è comune a diversi hotel e quindi molto affollata. In generale ci vorrebbe qualche accortezza in più ai dettagli sia strutturali che di comfort.

• Vermeylen (9/5): Superb - the staff was incredibly kind. they always were ready to help and made us feel very welcome and safe. when we left, it was a hard goodbye; because even though the respected your privacy, they really almost felt like family. the road between the hotel and the beach is a little dirty but especially very dangerous. Albanian drivers are very dangerous so that was a little disappointing.

They are welcoming & happy vibes all the time. They gave us the comfort we needed during our stay & provided everything we needed. Food was great, swimming pool is big to accommodate many people and they even booked us a taxi for the Airport. We will definitely come again💯
• May (10/5): Exceptional - Beachfront hotel, with quick access to the beach. Sunbeds come free with hotel stay! Room was very clean, air condition (very essential for hot summer days) works great. Bed very comfortable and good size. Hotel pool is shared between a few hotels, poolside beds are available throughout the day with no issue. Pool time restriction applies. Hotel breakfast comes with stay, very nice assortment of food.

The private beach access—with sunbeds and beach towels provided daily—was a fantastic bonus. The location is absolutely perfect! We would definitely come back!

• Émilie (4/5): Not worth it - The hotel is right in front of the beach and the umbrella+beds are included in the price. The hotel has also a nice pool shared with other 2/3 hotels. Parking is free and easy to find The staff was not friendly, the girl at the reception just handed us the room keys without any information, we had to ask everything, even the WiFi password. The rooms look unfinished, in the bathroom not even a shelf in the shower where we could put our shower gel, the bedroom didn’t even have anything except for the bed and the bedside tables and a very small hanger. The room was very dirty and we complained as soon as we arrived. The girl from the reception went to clean it but it was still dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. The breakfast was poor as well. In summary, it was not worth the money they asked for and they didn’t even compensate with good customer service.

• Dana (10/5): A great new pet friendly hotel with all you need and more! - Everything was great! All the staff was very pleasant and helpful, they cleaned our room very often. The breakfast was good with decent variety and they served real espresso with it which was a plus for us. The rooms are new and modern with comfy mattresses, and we also booked with a terrace overlooking the sea where we could relax and it was a great view. There is a beach in front of the hotel and you get sunbeds for free. We also used the pool a few times and it was great - clean, big, deep enough, with 2 sections for small kids, there are sunbeds and a bar near the pool, and it was never crowded. The hotel is also pet friendly as we were traveling with a cat and had no problem with it to sit on the sunbeds either on the beach or next to the pool. There was enough parking around and also an underground parking with limited space but we found it to be quite empty and we got to park there for the whole stay. All in all I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay in Vlore!

The people in the hotel were really super nice and helped with everything we needed. The swimmingpool was also great. Only one toilet paper for two nights, the freezer didnt work, in breakfast we missed butter, yogurt and some oat, otherwise the people in the hotel are super nice and will help you with anything you need.
