- Gelena (10/5): - Очень хорошее место положение с выходом на пешеходную зону. Отель небольшой, располагается в старом доме с высокими потолками. Тихо, красиво. Удобный матрас и темные шторы. Очень понравился балкон с видом на пешеходную зону. Порадовало наличие обогревателя на балконе, уютных кресел и столика. Мы приехали в прохладное, дождливое время и посидеть на балконе с обогревателем и пледами было очень приятно. Сам отель красивый, выдержан в одном этническом армянском стиле. Красивая национальная посуда, есть чайник в номере, махровые халаты и тапочки. Администратор Светлана вежливая и гостеприимная. В этот отель хочется вернуться! Спасибо!

- Markus (10/5): Ein wunderbares Hotel mit großartigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Der Balkon vor dem Zimmer ist ein Logenplatz mit bester Aussicht auf die Fußgängerzone. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich bemüht und freundlich und macht den möglicherweise besten armenischen Kaffee in Gjumri. Selbst wenn es auf der Straße etwas lauter ist, sperren die wirklich schalldichten Türen den Lärm aus. Das mehr als ausgiebige Frühstück wird im Kaffee gegenüber angeboten (allerdings erst ab 10:00 Uhr). Siehe oben: das späte Frühstück schränkt die Tagesplanung etwas ein ... Die Wände sind ein bisschen hellhörig.

Definitely not having breakfast in the same place. - The hotel is situated in the center of the city and was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony with the music of the outside singer. The breakfast was terrible. And they made us wait too long.

It was dusty. The beds were not comfortable. The room was very small. The shower water was not strong. It was not what I expected or what I paid for. I definitely would not suggest it to anyone.

Each room has a gorgeous balcony overlooking a charming walking street lined with restaurants — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city’s vibe. There's even a heat panel on the balcony, making it cozy and comfortable for chilly evenings. The hotel is full of character, reflecting Armenian culture, with cozy rooms and incredibly welcoming staff. A true gem in Gyumri — highly recommended! An absolutely excellent stay — comfortable, atmospheric, with a delicious breakfast and a truly kind and attentive host, Samvel, who made the experience even more special.

Breakfast is in a cafe opposite which was very nice. Our room was beautifully appointed with nice bathroom & lovely large balcony. We loved walking round Gyumri & there are nice cafes & restaurants. I woukd recommend staying here. Nothing

- Bronwyn (10/5): Perfect thanks to Susan and Ruzanna - The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room had a large balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of Rizhhov. The room had all the amenities that were advertised - a fridge, plates and glasses, kettle, great shower and comfy bed. It is really nicely decorated in a warm and traditional Armenian style. The best thing about it was the delightful manager Susan and her colleague Ruzanna who keeps things absolutely spotlessly clean. Susan and Ruzanna were both very attentive and warm, but not intrusive. Because of Susan and Ruzanna, we enjoyed our stay there immensely. We also used the laundry service which was very affordable and handy. The breakfast situation was a bit confusing but the coffee was good.

- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional - The stuff was very friendly ready to help with any problem, off course there was not any problem, as they thought about everything, even there were umbrellas for rainy days. All interior were traditional Armenian: carpets, tableware even doors and furniture and it is very close to the city center. The breakfast was very good, as they did not give us breakfast tipical all other hotels, we could choose and order our preferable meal. I reccomend to stay here ❤️

The room and terrace are pretty, traditionally designed and comfortable. Breakfast across the road was good and filling Smoking on the terrace is allowed and wasn't pleasant having the smell in the room. It's also quite noisy outside but this was expected due to the very central location

Staff were helpful and friendly both at the Hotel and the cafe across the property (owned by the hotel). Overall nice experience.😊 The room is not truely soundproof, but our stay was uneventful. The value for money is low compared to other famous tourist destinations.
