• 晴子　HARUKO (7/5): 価格相応。個室で寝れてこの価格なら仕方なし。 - シャワー、トイレ完備の個室でこの価格なら、というところですね。 清掃に関してはかなりギリギリです。必要最低限のところだけ。特に階段や玄関などの共有スペースは埃が溜まりまくりでした。歩くだけのスペースなので、まぁなんとか、という感じです。

The toilet bidet was moldy and that is very dangerous for genital health. I really recommend the staff to deeply clean it more frequently and guests to double check before use

• 能田 (2/5): カオス - 立地がいい 汚い（清掃はほとんどされてない）髪の毛、大量のホコリ、ベットの棚にカピカピのコンタクトレンズがホコリの中にあったのはゾッとした。建物が分からず迷う。部屋の入り方（機械の操作方法が分からず、20分格闘した）シャワー室の扉は破壊されていた。もうやばいレベル

• Chiara (5/5): Sopravvivenza. Per chi si accontenta. - 7 Eleven a portata di mano e metro Yahiro a meno di 10 minuti. Lo staff rispondeva abbastanza velocemente e esaustivamente ai messaggi tramite app. Presenza di qualche amenites; spazzolini, rasaio, pettine, phone e in doccia shampoo e bagno schiuma. Carenza di pulizia della struttura e della stanza. Non aspettatevi servizi asciugamani e pulizia, in due giorni abbiamo avuto a disposizione due asciugamani. Letto ormai in fin di vita, molto scomodo dormire a terra sarebbe la stessa cosa. Un altra pecca, avremo voluto lavarci la roba ma l'asciugatrice era fuori servizio. Noi come coppia ci siamo accontentati perché ci stavamo poco e niente in camera, non consiglio per chi vuole starci dentro allungo e comodo. In più ha delle scale abbastanza strette per salire verso le stanze, quindi con delle valigie grandi si possono avere difficoltà.

The Oshiage station is like 10 minutes away by train, you can easily connect to the city from there. Maybe a shelf could be attached to the walls for luggage, would make the place much more spacious.

• Daria (10/5): Do check it out! - A great hub for a quick Tokio city break. The owner is super nice and helpful, and the room met all our expectations. It was clean and very conveniently located if you wish to travel around the city. The room was supplied with toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. Extremely worth the money!

• I (4/5): ベッドの寝心地だけはよかった。 - 東京までのアクセスと駅から近くてよかったです。コンビニ、スーパーも近くにあってよかったです。周りが静か。ベッドもよくてよく寝れました。 トイレとシャワー室が狭かったこと。トイレの水道が小さすぎ、石鹼もなし。洗面所が部屋の外にあったこと。 共用電子レンジを使ったが、中があまりきれいじゃなかった。

• Auriane (5/5): Pour dépanner - Efficace pour quelques nuits pas trop chères a Tokyo. Douche, toilettes chambre individuelle Cuisine partagée. A proximité d'un seven eleven et d'une station de métro Nous avions pris le logement car il était notamment équipé d'une machine a laver et sèche linge qui étaient en panne lors de notre passage sur plusieurs jours. Le logement est assez sale, micro onde non nettoyé, beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre, crasse dans la douche, sous le lit : chaussettes oubliées, poussières, sac poubelle, ... Très mauvaise literie et draps pour 1 personne. Pas possible de laisser son bagage après le check out.

• K (3/5): - 나리타공항에서 1시간10분 야하로역에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸려요 도쿄 주요 관광지 가까워서 좋아요 가성비 좋아요 바로옆에 세븐일레븐 있어요 그 편의점 엄청 크고 종류도 많아요 샤워실 좁아요 TV없어요 에어컨에 히터 기능은 있으나 작동이 안되고 에어컨 더러워요 폐렴걸릴뻔.. 침대시트 언제갈았는지 청소도 안하나봐요 첫날 입실 하자마자 시트위에 과자부스러기 그대로 있었어요 침대프레임에 먼지도 쌓여있어요 나는 오직 잠만 잘거다 하시는 분들은 가성비 좋아서 괜찮을듯해요

• Aria (10/5): Cheap, good for sleeping, and sort staff but understand, to clean after yourself to help out. I did learn new things abo - Very quiet and cheap would recommend next time. Also for some people on social media are just not understanding that there’s not much staff so you have to make sure to clean your room and act respectful. The staff are kind and they’re do a lot for the small place, I can understand it be a lot with so many people coming in and out at the hostel.
• Annet Carolina (5/5): - La ubicación es bastante buena, se llega fácil y rápido a la habitación. La contraseña te la brindan el mismo dia y no hay problemas con la entrada y salida. Lo bueno fue tambien la privacidad, es agradable que tengan baño y regadera cada cuarto. Sucio, demasiado sucio. Parecía que no habían dado una barrida en meses, las sábanas estaban muy sucias , tuve que poner una cobija mía abajo para no pensar demasiado en cuantas personas habían dormido alli. Había pelos en el baño y regadera. Aunque decía que había lavandería de monedas, toda nuestra estancia estuvo fuera de servicio. Los baños y regadera son muy pequeños, si mides mas de 1.60 o eres de proporciones grandes no vas a caber, son de 1mx1m .

• Palmy (5/5): - Location was really good Thin walls. Could hear other noisy guests clearly. Rock hard bed was very uncomfortable. Bed frame and mini fridge had visible dust and the shower looked like it hadn't been deeply cleaned in a long time.

• Florine (1/5): Compliqué - Logement facile d’accès et personnel très réactif, répondant très bien à nos demandes. L’appartement était propre et correspondait aux photos. Il n’y avait pas la clim… Sous 30 degrés la nuit ce n’est juste pas possible. Nous avons dû changer de logement après une nuit compliquée.
• Romane (6/5): For a few days, it was OK we could sleep well even though the bed was not perfect and even though people were noisy so e - It’s really small, but we had a small refrigerator and the air con was working well. It’s really close from a subway station, which takes you directly to the airport, and you’re also quite close to several bus stops so even if you’re far from really famous realistic places, you can get there really easily! It’s also super super close from a convenient store and that’s great. The check-in was also really easy and the place was not hard to find~ The shower is way too small it’s really uncomfortable, you literary have no space to move or to put your products… Also, the main problem for us was the noise… because the walls are so thin we could hear everyone really really well and people were REALLY noisy.

The cleaning guy was nice and appologised for the owner’s behaviour. - Nice cleaning staff and 7/11 store near the property The owner refused to give us the code to enter the room. The check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. He made us wait for more than an hour because the room was not “ready”. He was not there and did not pick-up the phone and ignored our messages. When we tried to beg him to enter, he requested an extra fee. Terrible first impression.

• Josh (7/5): Good for a budget traveller - It's a quiet part of Tokyo, close to Tokyo skytree and Asakusa. The train station was a short walk away, there's a 7-11 next door, and you could come and go as you please. It has the bare essentials. It has A/C and a small fridge. Good for a solo traveller on a budget who only needs a place to sleep. Not a luxurious place to stay. It's far away from the big attractions like Shinjuku and Shibuya. It's small, good for one person but cramped for 2.

• Nikolai (7/5): Great stay! Small room but quite comfortable. Location is great 👍🏻 - No bathroom sink, only a small one in the toilet, can’t be used for brushing teeth
• Daniil (8/5): Great location for a very economic price. - Very close to the Yahiro station, which in itself is pretty much 5-20 minutes away by train from the main touristic points in Tokyo. Right at the exit there's a convenience store and another one on the way to Yahiro station. Had a small hiccup with the automated password door on the last day as it behaved differently to usual. Staff were very helpful in solving it through over mesagges.
• Esin (5/5): Avoid! - The room was bigger than average, that's the only "positive" thing about this accommodation. Almost everything... The room was filthy. The fan in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and made my allergies act up. The toilet has a sink but whoever installed it, basically put the tap so far back that water just trickles down against the wall. The shower was ok. The room itself was really dusty too. The sheets were rumpled a little bit and the mattress underneath was horrifying 🤢 I'm just happy we saw it after we had slept on it because I don't think I could have slept on it if I'd seen it... The whole staircase smells like a gym locker room too, and it's really suffocating. The location is really bad too! Only the most expensive train lines go through the Yahiro station. It makes so much more sense to shell out 10-15€ more per night and get something more central. The last thing I'll complain about is the weird rule about "excessive energy usage". They mention this quite a few times - before check in, in the room and during the stay: that they'll charge you if the energy use is "excessive". No clue what that even means? Anyways, avoid 🙂

The check in was just recieving pin codes for the facility and room in booking Slightly unclean. Also there is no place to eat. There is no table in the room and in the kitchen it is not allowed to eat. So I had to eat from the floor in room

• Taneli (7/5): Good - Price was cheap bed was good and room had more space than I expected having your own toilet and shower in a hostel style location is very nice metro was about 400 m away and the 7-11 right around the corner was very convenient. There was some issues with wifi I plugged to the ethernet that was in the wall but it had no connection. There was no kettle for boiling water in the room, had to go down stairs to the kitchen area for that.

• Sanjeewa (8/5): Very good - "I had a bad experience with this property. I packed my bicycle there, and I had a lot of baggage, so I left my bicycle there. Later, when I went to retrieve my bicycle during lunchtime, I found it was broken. I asked the hotel staff about it, and they said it was not their responsibility. I had to repair it myself." I hope that installing a CCTV camera outside the property will improve security and prevent such incidents in the future.
