Une proximité avec la gare bien intéressante en terme de distance et de facilité d'atteinte.

Additionally, the elevator was extremely small and could barely accommodate a stroller and one person, which made the establishment feel not very family-friendly.

• FOTINI (9/5): Ενα αξιοπρεπέστατο δωμάτιο για την οικονομική διαμονή που παρέχει πλησίον των ΜΜΜ - Hταν σε πρακτικό σημείο πλησίον του σταθμού μετρό. Καθαρό μεγαλο ευρύχωρο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Αν και δεν σερβίρουν πρωινό παρέχουν υπέρχο καφέ με απεριοριστη κατανάλωση και σνακ. Μια οικονομική διαμονή για όσους ενδιαφέρονται να έχουν ενα καθαρό δωμάτιο και τους ενδιαφέρει μια απλή διανυχτερευση. Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Εαν ξαναταξιδέψουμε στο Μόναχο θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα! το οτι δεν παρέχουν πρωινό Παρόλα αυτά δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν τα πάντα για να αγοράσει κανείς .
• Marta (8/5): Carinissima struttura e bella chiacchierata - Il proprietario 94enne è simpaticissimo e accogliente. Ci siamo fatti una bella chiacchierata a fine soggiorno. Offrono la possibilità di prendere una bevanda calda o più per colazione senza costi aggiuntivi. Posto molto centrale e carino! Poca flessibilità per un check in anticipato..con addirittura richiesta di 20 € in più (ma non c'era il proprietario al mio arrivo)

• Nahairy (5/5): Hotellet er veldig sentralt, men ligger dessverre i et område som ikke passer så godt for familier med små barn. - Pris, ikke lang fra sentrum Hvis du har barn med deg, anbefaler jeg ikke å bo her. Det er mange gamblinglokaler, stripteasebarer og generelt et dårlig miljø for barn. Anbefales ikke for familier med små barn.

• Mrinal Narayan (6/5): Basic; Friendly Staff; Suitable for a night stay as convenient to the train station. - The old guy who was at the reception was super cute in the sense of how friendly and warm his welcome was. We were staying only for a night. But appreciate the patience and all the explanations given by him. Extra stars just for him. Very basic accommodation. The location is not great. It is in the sketchier part. But we wanted something that is close to the train station as we had an early train to catch. So can't really complain. Even though the area that we go through is sketchy, we felt safe.

We walked almost in all our locations and it was really easy to go to other places as well. The building is old, so it's clear that it's require renovation. • Corinna (7/5): Seeeeehr lebhaftes Viertel - Sehr nah zum Bahnhof, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, superfreundliches und nettes Personal, zweckmäßige Ausstattung, Zimmer sauber, tolle Dusche, Kaffee und Tee im Frühstücksraum gratis während Frühstückszeit (7-11 Uhr), obwohl überhaupt kein Frühstück mehr angeboten wird. Extrem lautes Viertel (Straßenlärm, überlaute Musik, Betrunkene,...), so dass in der ersten Nacht gar nicht an Schlaf bei offenem Fenster zu denken war. Wenigstens regnete es in der 2. Nacht, so dass es dann zumindest ruhiger war.

• Alexander (8/5): - Sehr nettes Personal. Besonders der ältere Herr am Empfang. Er ergänzt sich mit der sehr ansprechenden Zimmermöblierung im Jugendstil.😁 Die Zimmer sind sauber und Platz ist auch genug. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles in der Innenstadt ist kurz zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu einem Besuch im Theater heißt es dann nur "Hotel raus, Theater wieder rein". Preis/Leistung finden wir völlig in Ordnung und einem weiteren Aufenthalt steht nix entgegen. Wir können dieses Hotel nur sehr empfehlen. Schade daß kein Frühstück vor Ort angeboten werden kann. Aber Kaffee/Tee steht jedem kostenlos zur Verfügung.
• Martinez (10/5): Hospedaje excepcional. - Todo me encantó, el acceso fácil sin complicaciones ayuda demasiado a no perder tiempo en ingresar al hospedaje, agradezco mucho al recepcionista por su amable atención y validez, sin duda lo recomiendo y si regreso a Munich no dudaré en llegar ahí. Todo me gustó.

Tenías en las inmediaciones vario supermercados y lugares donde ir a comer algo. A pocos minutos caminando de Marianplatz. Bien comunicado. Mobiliario de la habitación anticuado. Almohadas incómodas.

• Hans-Peter (3/5): Lage super, Zimmer ok, TV nicht möglich und Personal nicht hilfsbereit - Super Lage! Fernseher nicht verwendbar, da Kabel defekt! Keine Hilfe vom Personal außer der Hinweis, dass Kinder immer mal wieder damit spielen. Die Bitte um Tausch des Kabels wurde nicht erfüllt.

• gabriel (1/5): - Nothing, everything was terrible! Everything was awful. There's no reception on Sunday afternoon. They don't explain properly how to return the key early when you're leaving and no one's there. The elevator wasn't working. Everything was bad. There was a bad smell in the room.

• yasemin (10/5): Top top top - Top top top! Die Lage ist unschlagbar alles leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei und sauber. Der kostenlose Kaffee am Morgen zur Selbstbedienung wunderbar! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

• Moeschl (9/5): Gemütliche, helle und saubere Zimmer mitten in der Stadt, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Ich habe es ausgewählt, um mit Kindern und Gepäck vom Bahnhof laufend dorthin zu gelangen und am nächsten Tag wieder zur Weiterreise zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Das war ohne Probleme möglich. Es ist ein kurzer Fußweg. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und gemütlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unübertroffen. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank.
