• Chroedol (6/5): - Die ruhige Lage und die Zimmergrösse Die übrigen Mitbewohner, durch die teilweise eine Lärmbelästigung ausging. Das Umfeld war etwas trostlos bedingt durch den umgebenden Gewerbebetrieb, von dem gelegentlich Lärmbelästigung ausging. Ich musste einen Tag früher abreisen, dafür wurde mir eine Teilerstattung zugesagt, aber nicht eingehalten. Das mag aus vertragsrechtlicher Sicht in Ordnung gehen, belastet jedoch mein Vertrauen.

• Magdalena Anna (5/5): Für den Preis nicht viel besser erwartet. Erstaunlich liebevolles und freundliches Personal. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Fernseher im Zimmer funktioniert. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und bereitgestellte Tassen mit Tee und Kaffee neben dem Wasserkocher. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und auch nicht besonders sauber. Es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche (zumindest haben wir es nicht geschafft es anzustellen), allerdings warm Wasser am Waschbecken (so dass wir uns die Haare am Waschbecken waschen mussten). Wenn man duscht steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Dusche sieht auch eher ekelhaft aus.

• Natasha (7/5): Good value for money, an easy stay - Easy check-in and friendly/helpful staff. It was quiet and the room was spacious, bed comfortable, internet reliable. Very close to public transport and two large supermarkets within a few minute-walk. Easy access to the centre of Berlin and a just a few stops on overground + underground trains to cafes & restaurants as well as a great museum and a large park. The room floor could have been a tad cleaner but it was clean enough (the bathroom was clean, as well as the bedding) and overall the offer was a good value for money. The room was warm and I loved it that you could open the windows fully.

• Marcus (1/5): Nie wieder! - Zimmer war zur gebuchten Zeit (Ankunft 16 - 17 Uhr wurde dem Hotel mehere Tage im Vorfeld mitgeteilt) nicht fertig, obwohl das Hotel selbst einen Check-In ab 12 Uhr angibt. Es gab leider auch keine vorherige Information seitens des Hotels. Ich sollte ca. 30 warten bis ein Zimmer für mich verfügbar sein würde, nach einer kurzes Diskussion war dann komischer Weise doch ein Zimmer frei... Nach einer Kritik meinerseits über diesen Vorgang, wurde mir damit gedroht die Buchung zu stornieren. Unfassbares Verhalten gegenüber Gästen. Erst erfundenden Ausreden und dann aggresiv und extrem unhöflich, wenn man sich nicht als Dumm verkaufen lassen will. Die Zimmer und das Inventar ist spärlich und hat seine besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Rein preislich sicherlich attraktiv, aber es steht leider in keinem Verhältnis zur erbrachten Gegenleistung.

• Akseli (7/5): - A nice place but it's in quite a weird place, the building is surrounded by an abandoned warehouse and a construction site. Room was nice and there are both U- and S-bahn stops close by. Overall good value for money if you don't mind the location.
• Doro (5/5): - Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war bei jedem Kontakt sehr bemüht, konnte jedoch bei der Mängelbeseitigung nicht viel ausrichten. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war für uns vom Hotel aus super zu erreichen. Die Matratze vom Bett war gut. Die Sauberkeit war eine reinste Katastrophe! Im Zimmer lagen überall Krümmel und Haare auf dem Boden verteilt. Unter dem Bett lag noch Papier und eine benutzte E-Zigarette. Es sah aus, als wenn man mit einem dreckigen Wischer über die Flure und durch die Zimmer gegangen wäre. Beim betreten der Flure kam uns schon ein ganz eigenartiger Geruch entgegen. Dieser ist wirklich schwer zu beschreiben und hielt sich hartnäckig die ganzen Tage während unserer Anwesenheit. Fenster gab es auf dem Gang vor den Zimmern nicht, somit staute sich dort auch die Wärme und dieser Geruch. Im Zimmer selber war das schlimmste das Bad. Unsauber und Unansehnlich. Es lag noch eine nassgewordene Zigarette auf der Ablage. Der Spiegel verschmiert und die Ablage so locker und schief dass man Angst hatte sie fällt jeden Augenblick ab. Die WC Bürste war der Horror..einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Dusche war wie schon von vielen Gästen hier beschrieben, eigentlich nicht zu benutzen. Wir haben es dennoch gewagt, mit dem Ergebnis dass das komplette Bad innerhalb weniger Sekunden bis zur Tür unter Wasser stand. Aus dem Ablauf kam noch alter Duschschaum vom Vorgänger hoch als ich die Dusche angestellt hatte. Ablauf..Fehlanzeige! Wir mussten bei der Rezeption nach einem Gummiabzieher fragen, um das Wasser im Bad von der Tür und unter dem WC wieder Richtung Dusche zu befördern. Dies gestaltete sich als schwierig, da das Wasser durch den verschmutzten Ablauf nicht ablaufen konnte. Das Problem mit der Überschwemmung in den Bädern war dem jungen Mann an der Rezeption aber wohl augenscheinlich bekannt und nichts ungewöhnliches mehr. Handtücher gab es nur für eine Person, obwohl das Doppelzimmer mit zwei Personen gebucht war. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank unsere eigenen mitgebracht. Einen Föhn wie beschrieben, gab es auch nicht im Bad. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer war defekt und zudem völlig verkalkt und unansehnlich. Von den 2 Kaffeetassen konnte man in einer noch den Kaffeerand vom Vorgänger sehen.

• Stefan (6/5): Günstiges, unkompliziertes Hotel in Marzahn, annehmbar für Kurzaufenthalt - Das Hotel war im Vergleich günstig und noch kurzfristig buchbar. Die Lage an S-Bahn und Tram war auch günstig, genauso der Aldi nebenan. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Zimmerservice durchgeführt. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, es war nachts ruhig, die Rezeption war immer ansprechbar. Die unmittelbare Umgebung (abbruchreife Häuser, Baustofflager, Fernwärmeleitungen, Brachflächen) ist nicht ansprechend, etwas aufdringliche Goldverzierungen v.a. in der Lobby; die Hoteltür war immer offen, ein Duschvorhang fehlte, Handtücher etwas klein (kein "Badehandtuch"), Fenster waren nicht geputzt, Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, Samstagabend stand (zufällig) die Polizei im Hof.

The booked room was in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty, and the bed linens was visibly unclean and not changed by room service. In the room was ongoing construction work which was not disclosed and was causing significant disturbance. Additionally, there was exposed electrical installations in the room, which present a serious safety hazard. Basic amenities was also missing. There was only one towel provided, and when we asked reception for more, they were unable to supply proper towels and instead gave us small face towels, which is not adequate for a stay. The listing photos do not reflect the actual condition of the room at all. Furthermore, there was no hot water available after 22:00 for showering. After attempting to shower, the bathroom flooded, leaving the entire floor covered in water. This creates a serious hygiene and health risk. The advertised “free parking” is also misleading. The entrance to the parking area is not accessible for normal sedan vehicles due to a high concrete curb, making it usable only for SUVs. Given all of these issues, the accommodation is clearly not as described, unsafe, and not fit for use for nobody.

• Mikayla (1/5): It sucked, We wasted $95 CAD by booking a non-refundable hotel stay prior to viewing the hotel in person and made our tr - Viewing the photos online, the property seemed as though it was a good value for the quality of venue and services. Unfortunately the photos were too good to be true, as the pictures were staged and the property was NOT how it looked to be online. -There was limited parking in the back area, and didn’t have an actual parking lot. Cars were parked on a grassy area, and did not have surveillance. Not a good side of town, so we didn’t feel safe parking a BMW rental car in the back. -The property was unclean, smelled of cigarettes and odours as soon as you walk into the lobby. -Our room smelled of cat urine/ ammonia and body odour. After investigating the quality of housekeeping, we noticed surfaces were not wiped or disinfected, including toilet paper in the toilet, bathroom shower filled with grime and fingerprints on the faucet. Soap scum on the sink. Downside was no hair dryer, and the shampoo / conditioner bottles were used and not filled up. -The pillow cases were not cleaned to typical hotel standards and showed lint, and some faint staining. The sheets did not smell fresh, and after removing the comforter and sheet, we noticed one side of the bed had creasing as though someone laid down on the bed prior to our arrival and the bottom fitted sheet was actually a top sheet draped and tucked in. -After pulling back the bottom sheet to inspect the mattress (which is black) we noticed there were small brownish/red flecks of what we are 95% sure to be bed bugs, sitting under the mattress-seems. Immediately my husband and I said “NOPE!!” And ran out of the room. We decided to cancel our stay and risk the 7+ hour drive back to our relatives. We spoke with the front desk staff member about cancelling our trip and at first he understood, as we kindly explained the suite wasn’t what we were expecting. He asked if we ‘used’ the suite and I said “no we went upstairs and came back down. I am 6 months pregnant and did not want to risk my health in the room. The quality of cleanliness was not as expected.” He guided us to make a request on booking.com to issue a free refund.

The hotel was very dirty, it was smelling bad in the corridors and inside the room, the bed was was not well done and it looked they never changed the bed after the earlie Gäste left. It was one of the worst hotel I ever stayed.

• Anna (1/5): - Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber, und im Badezimmer lagen Haare herum. Die Dusche war kaputt und funktionierte nicht richtig, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Ich habe das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass man nichts tun könne. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel wurde mir nicht angeboten. Es gab zwar einen Fernseher im Zimmer, aber keine Fernbedienung. Nachdem ich danach gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, man würde sich darum kümmern, aber es ist nichts passiert. Ein weiteres großes Problem war das fehlende warme Wasser – ich konnte nicht einmal duschen, da nur kaltes Wasser vorhanden war. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schon beim Einchecken war klar, dass hier grundlegende Sauberkeitsstandards nicht eingehalten werden. Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bett ebenfalls, und die Matratze komplett durchgelegen – man sinkt einfach ein. Besonders schlimm war das Badezimmer: Es hat stark nach Urin gerochen, in den Ecken war Schimmel, und die Dusche ist so schlecht konstruiert, dass nach dem Duschen das komplette Bad unter Wasser steht. Man kann danach kaum noch reingehen, ohne alles nass zu machen. Unter dem Bett lag extrem viel Schmutz, sogar geschnittene Nägel – wirklich ekelhaft. Auch die Möbel waren beschädigt und die Tapete hing teilweise von den Wänden. Insgesamt einfach eine Katastrophe und absolut kein akzeptabler Zustand für ein Hotel. Sehr enttäuschend.
