Hotel Adriatik in Orikum is a hidden gem, run by the most fantastic and kind-hearted family who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed – just like being at home. The combination of warm hospitality, delicious and generous breakfasts (thank you for the tip on how to make the perfect sunny-side-up eggs!), homemade linguini with fresh seafood, and their own stone oven pizza chef made every meal a delight. Add to that a huge, perfectly maintained swimming pool and spotless, immaculate rooms, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We often think back to our time with you and will definitely return ! Nota di merito alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione e cucina del ristorante eccezionali, abbiamo mangiato lì 3 sere su 4!!! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les 4 personnes les plus adorables et gentilles que nous ayons rencontrées en Albanie. Leur sens de l’hospitalité est exceptionnel : toujours souriants, disponibles et prêts à aider malgré une charge de travail impressionnante en pleine saison. L’hôtel, les chambres et la piscine sont impeccablement propres et entretenus avec soin. Nous avons énormément apprécié leurs précieux conseils et recommandations, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et authentique. Un grand merci à toute la famille : si tous les Albanais avaient eu votre sens de l’accueil, nous serions revenus sans hésiter. Vous êtes la preuve vivante que la gentillesse et le professionnalisme peuvent transformer des vacances! Le seul tout petit point pour nous c’était l’exposition de la piscine beaucoup d’ombre à cause des bâtiments autour.
• Quentin (10/5): Plus qu'un hôtel : une expérience humaine unique - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, notamment avec ses jolies pierres qui créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et agréable. La literie est confortable et permet de très bien se reposer. Côté pratique : le stationnement est simple, que ce soit juste devant l’hôtel ou dans les petites rues proches (à seulement 2 minutes à pied). Un supermarché se trouve à 5 minutes, ce qui est très pratique pour les courses. Les premières plages sont accessibles en 15-20 minutes à pied, et pour les amateurs de sport, il y a même une salle de sport à proximité. Mais ce qui rend ce séjour vraiment inoubliable, c’est la famille qui tient l’hôtel : une hospitalité exceptionnelle, une chaleur humaine rare, et une attention de chaque instant. Nous voyageons beaucoup, mais nous n’avons jamais rencontré une telle qualité d’accueil. Un immense merci ! La cuisine est également un vrai atout : le petit-déjeuner est copieux, tout est fait maison, et nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de chercher de restaurant pendant nos quatre jours, tant les plats étaient délicieux. Le seul petit point négatif… c’est d’avoir dû dire au revoir à cette famille formidable à la fin du séjour ! En résumé : un lieu magnifique, pratique et confortable, sublimé par l’accueil unique de ses hôtes. À recommander sans hésiter. • Tino (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, absoluter Geheimtipp. Immer wieder gern. - Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Nettes kleines Hotel, der Pool im Hof, ausreichend um ein paar Züge machen zu können und sich abzukühlen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für vier Personen. Die Betten bequem, Küchenzeile vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Direkt am Hotel ist eine Bar, in der man auch sehr gut Essen kann. Pizzen und Nudeln sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück war super: deftig und süß, beides gut möglich. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Inhaberfamilie war super nett und aufmerksam. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht im Haus hatten. Lage, Ausstattung, Lokal und Personal haben Lust auf mehr gemacht. Ach ja, totales Highlight für die Kinder: der Hase.

• Romain (10/5): Superbe endroit pour se détendre, un accueil exceptionnel - Hôtel familial et à taille humaine. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Belle et grande piscine. Bons petits déjeuners/déjeuners/diners. La plage est à 10/15 minute à pied. Un grand merci à la famille qui gère l'endroit, ils ont tout fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme à la maison !

Innanzitutto la pulizia,la piscina pulita,posizione strategica,ma soprattutto l accoglienza,come ci hanno trattato e fatto stare bene. Persone dal cuore enorme,che del far stare l ospite come a casa ,o come in famiglia e la loro missione. Finalmente dopo tanto tempo ho veramente staccato dallo stress,rilassato,e mangiato benissimo. Che famiglia speciale che abbiamo conosciuto. Lo consiglio vivamente Ho fatto solo due giorni 😌

Atmosfera kameralna wręcz rodzinna. Dużo podróżuje i tak wspaniałych ludzi do tej pory nie spotkałam. Uczynni i bardzo mili. Łatwo można było się porozumieć w języku angielskim. Hotel położony blisko pięknych plaż, w idealnym miejscu do spokojnego wypoczynku. Pokoje wygodne, czyste i zadbane, a śniadania naprawdę pyszne i urozmaicone. Obsługa jest niezwykle serdeczna – gospodarze traktują gości jak członków rodziny, są troskliwi i zawsze chętni do pomocy. Restauracja hotelowa to najlepsze miejsce w Orikum – świeże produkty, świetne smaki i miła atmosfera. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka miejsca z klimatem, czystością i prawdziwą gościnnością. Wszystko było super!

Lida, Altin e le figlie, con estremo garbo garantiscono un servizio all'interno della loro struttura in totale armonia e bontà. Colazione eccellente, Lida esagera 🤗, abbiamo pranzato ma soprattutto cenato sempre il top. Sautè di cozze favoloso. Posto ideale per stare in tranquillità ma nello stesso tempo spostarti verso le spiagge vicine come Dhermi, senza traffico. Pulizia eccellente, non solo nelle camera (pulizia giornaliera) ma sbirciando anche in cucina... Da ritornare, nel frattempo mando a loro un abbraccio con affetto. Grazie.
• Taavi (10/5): Probably the best hotel in Orikum 🇪🇪 - A real surprise in Orikum. Such a wonderful family who run this hotel. We felt right at home there, and we were truly well taken care of. I have visited dozens of apartments and hotels, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such hospitality, warmth, and sincerity — I truly felt welcome there. Even my 5-year-old son said after we got home yesterday, “I already miss those ladies. Are we ever going back there?” — and just thinking about it brings tears to his eyes. Thank you for such wonderful memories! The breakfast was delicious. In the evenings, we were able to sit down as a family and enjoy a rich and hearty dinner. My personal favorite was the pizza – it was absolutely delicious and made right in front of me outdoors. A special shout-out to the pizza chef! The rooms were clean, with fresh towels always available, and the pool was amazing – our child loved swimming there. I highly recommend this place for families. See you next year, allready miss u guys!

(Ob es dafür Gründe gibt muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden) ist das the place to be :-) Toller gepflegter Pool; sehr gutes Frühstück; sehr nette Betreiberfamilie; große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem sehr, sehr ruhig. Wenn man mag, kann man im Hotelrestaurant um den Pool herum gut und günstig essen oder den Abend mit Getränken erholsam ausklingen lassen. Was man wissen sollte (uns hat es in keiner Weise gestört): Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15-20 Minuten, das Hotel liegt als zweistöckige Oase zwischen Mehrfamilienblöcken.

Het kleinschalige hotel is erg schoon en fris, heeft mooie kamers en een heerlijk fris zwembad. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, net als de lunch en diner gerechten. Parcheggio libero ma gratuito accanto all'hotel. Tutta la struttura, piscina compresa, è pulitissima e molto curata nei dettagli. Lo staff è eccezionale, gentilissimo ed amichevole dal primo momento. I proprietari e le loro figlie sono persone adorabili, sempre sorridenti e pronti a coccolare ogni loro ospite. • Nicolas (10/5): - Posto fantastico per chi vuole passare una vacanza di relax anche in famiglia. La posizione è ottima vicina al mare e anche per poter raggiungere facilmente Valona e Dermhi. Pulizia generale e delle camere ottima, anche la cucina a partire dalla colazione alla cena con aggiunta della pizzeria veramente buona e abbondante. Tutto questo gestito da una famiglia eccezionale e gentilissima che ci ha accolto e coccolato tutta la settimana, e aiutato anche scegliere le spiagge migliori.

Een goed restaurant en een zeer goed ontbijt dat bij de prijs is inbegrepen! Eris weinig zon rondom het zwembad en maar enkele ligbedden. Er was een keuken in de familiekamer, maar helaas geen waterkoker, glazen of iets dergelijks.

Our kids loved the pool, their pizzas and patting their pet rabbit. A fantastic place to spend some downtime by the pool! Would have ideally liked a drying rack or somewhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels. 😊

• kaltenkurt (10/5): Hotel Adriatik das Beste in Orikum - Bei der Anfahrt dachte ich mir, dass ich vermutlich falsch abgebogen bin. Es stellt sich heraus, dass das Hotel Adriatik eine kleine Wohlfühloase in Orikum darstellt. Wir haben viel gesehen Hotel Adriatik kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer, mit Altin, Lida und den Töchtern Angelina und Lisa, die das Hotel führen, sind einfach top. Wir fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben. Das Essen, von Lida zubereitet, war einfach wunderbar. Die Preise etwas höher als in den umliegenden Restaurants, jedoch geschmacklich am Besten. Frühstück wurde nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. So hat jeder Tag schon mal richtig gut begonnen. Was das Hotel Adriatik betrifft hat uns alles gefallen. Was Orikum betrifft, befindet man sich noch in den achtziger Jahren. Beginnend vom Preisniveau, gut für die Geldtasche, leider aber auch bei der Müllentsorgung. Das muss jedoch jeden, der Albanien besucht, bewusst sein.

Ailece 2 gece konakladığım tesisten çocuklarımız ve biz memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Yataklar rahat çarşaflar ütülü ve mis kokuluydu. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle tesisten ayrıldık.
• Elisabeth (9/5): - Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Familie, die das Hotel führt, ist unglaublich herzlich und gibt sich wirklich Mühe, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Alles ist total authentisch und man merkt, wie viel Liebe sie in alles stecken. Sie haben immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung und man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Das Frühstück war klasse und das Essen im familieneigenen Restaurant war wirklich lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Mais ce qui fait la magie de cet endroit, c’est la gentillesse exceptionnelle des gérants de cet hôtel familial. On s’y sent d’emblée comme à la maison. Lyda et Altin cuisinent des repas délicieux. Toute l’équipe est formidablement accueillante. Et ils sont beaucoup plus que des hôteliers, ils ont été pour nous de véritables guides touristiques, nous conseillant sur la suite de notre voyage en Albanie, nous réservant notre prochain hôtel à Gjirokaster, le Sky Stones hôtel, également fabuleux. C’est toute la gentillesse des Albanais qui est réunie chez eux. Merci pour leur accueil.

• Planckaert (9/5): - Hartelijke ontvangst. Een echte parel tussen appartementen in Orikum. Ideale afstand tot het strand. Het zwembad is heel ruim en net. Op het terras kan je altijd iets eten of drinken. Super ontbijt. Parkeren kan dicht bij het verblijf of in de woonwijk maar hangt af van de drukte.
• Monia (5/5): Très déçue - Les propriétaires sont très gentils, le petit déjeuner était copieux L'emplacement, l'hôtel est entouré de bâtiments d'habitation, le parking payant a 3€ pas de place réservée il faut trouver, pas de lumière on ne voit rien et attention en sortant du parking il y a une sorte de canalisation au sol , ma fille de 10 ans ne l'a pas vu et s'est fait très mal au pied. La chambre est très atypique, ça pourrait être charmant mais les équipements ne sont pas propres, la douche était inondée l'évacuation ne fonctionnait pas bien, une piscine. Vraiment déçu, ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix

• Pierrot le Rigolo (9/5): Très bon accueil et belle piscine - Un accueil au top, des hôtes très attentionnés qui échangent sur leur pays. La piscine est d'une propreté exceptionnelle, bien entretenue. les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées, au calme bien que situées au milieu d'un immeuble (c'est l'Albanie). Même si Orikum n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt, l'hôtel est central et tout peut se faire à pied sans risque malgré un environnement un peu délabré.

Chambre calme, piscine parfaite, repas délicieux et vraiment pas cher... En sus nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir des séances de baby sitting ! Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels ! Merci pour tout encore une fois ! Effectivement lorsqu'on arrive, le fait qu'il y ait les immeubles à proximité peut faire peur. Cependant ça fait parti du charme du pays ! L'hôtel est un lieu authentique et sa situation n'enlève en rien la possibilité d'un moment de quiétude que l'on recherche lorsque l'on part en vacances. Lieu calme, reposant, et parfait pour un petit temps en famille !

• A.E. van Ekeris (9/5): Super fijne accommodatie buiten Vlorë met hele lieve eigenaren. - Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij hier gehad. Midden tussen een paar appartementencomplexen ligt deze accommodatie. Je wordt hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaren. Een familiebedrijf. Parkeren kan voor 3 euro per dag onder 1 van de appartementencomplexen. We kregen een kamer welke vrij basic is ingericht maar wel netjes en met een grote koelkast en airco. Het restaurant is ook erg goed en de eigenaren kunnen geweldig koken. Ze geven je echt een gevoel van dat je welkom bent en ze alles mag vragen. Bij het ontbijt kun je kiezen tussen zoet of zout tradioneel Albanees ontbijt. Koffie en thee zijn ook beschikbaar. Het zwembad is een moooe bijkomstigheid en geeft veel verkoeling in de zomer. Bij het douchen wordt de halve badkamer nat omdat het douchegordijn maar de halve douche afschermt. Maar dat komt vaker voor in Albanië 😉.

• Mirosław (10/5): - We spend here 4 days only as the 2+2 family with a dog. Despite of the short time we felt mystery fluidy which we haven’t been touched in another place. There are 10 reasons we will remember the people and the place, especially people. No one comment show the climate and the atmosphere however. 1. There is a Small, calm hotel (5 rooms only) between the buildings on side, but still near city center. 2. Uniqe personal approach of each member of the family. 3. The guests can feel like friends thanks to the partnership relations, small talks, serving the best rest options 4. The talks lasted 10 seconds or 5 minutes - short „hello”, free time spending recommendation or even longer deep moving discussion, 5. tidying up of the room as you wish, change the towels, no problem. 6. Abundant breakfast: salty or sweety. 7. Restaurant should be a separate topic: we ate there everyday, pizza, seefood, pasta, salad. 8. Swimming pool was cleaned everyday morning by the owner. The water was extremely transparent. Huge advantage of the hotel. The place of meetings 9. Pet friendly place (without any additional costs). 10. • Man0a78 (9/5): Etape immersive en Albanie - L'hôtel est dans le centre ville, entouré d'immeubles donnant sur la piscine. Cela peut surprendre mais c'est représentatif de l'urbanisme un peu anarchique de l'Albanie donc on valide ! La chambre familiale est très grande et donne directement sur la piscine, c'est pratique !!! L'hôtel fait aussi pizzeria qui sont excellentes (pâte extra-fine) à manger autour de la piscine au son des tubes des années 80, cela change des ambiances habituelles ultra-branchées et "repose" les oreilles (si on aime !). Très bon et copieux petits déjeuners avec beignets maisons et jus d'orange (et bien sûr tout le reste !). Je remercie chaleureusement les propriétaires (très attentionnés par ailleurs) pour nous avoir organisé en un temps record une sortie en bateau privé pour aller découvrir la grande grotte au bout de la péninsule de Karaburun, c'était super ! Le restaurant étant ouvert le soir, ce n'est pas très calme mais la chambre est bien insonorisée. On a très bien dormi.

• Kim (10/5): Overnachten bij een warme familie - Buiten de ongelofelijke gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het gezin dat dit hotel uitbaat was vooral het diner en het ontbijt fantastisch! Van het onthaal tot de keuken, doen ze alles zelf. Het zwembad is een extra troef. De kamers zijn authentiek maar netjes. Men spreekt uitstekend Engels wat in Albanië geen evidentie is. Wij hebben er van genoten en gaan deze warme mensen niet snel vergeten. Zoek je een verblijf in deze buurt...zeker doen! De ligging is wat achterin maar zeker geen onveilige buurt. Tot het strand is het wel een aardig stukje wandelen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist fantastisch. Ab jetzt werden wir immer dieses Hotel besuchen, da wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
• TriggerJ (10/5): Enough good words cannot be said about the Hotel Adriatik Orikum and the family that runs it! - Let me start off by saying this is not your average tourist type hotel where there’s hundreds of guests around, and none of the employees know your family. No, the entire hotel and restaurant is owned and operated by one four-member family, with two employees, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet! Albanians are known for treating their guests well, but this place was exceptional in that regard. When I say we were treated like family, that is a massive understatement. This place has the vibe of staying at your Aunt and Uncle’s house, the one with the sweet pool and outdoor kitchen; “You can stay in the guest house as long as you like, honey, just pay for your food.” <3 The restaurant was on a whole different level. We came to the conclusion that they do not serve anything that is not amazing. Everything was so inexpensive! I had the best steak I’ve ever eaten: a locally raised cow, organic, perfectly cooked, 32oz. steak and veggies for $12USD. Fried seafood plate $10, We had 3 or 4 different pizzas that fed two people, all for less than $7USD. Appetizers are really good too, Oven cooked Feta, Pita and Tzatziki. All very good. The restaurant stayed consistently busy, without being crowded the whole time. Breakfast is included, and you can have pretty much what you want. We had Petulla, Feta cheese, fruit, coffee, and espresso almost every day. But they also have eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. We had a room with a King size mattress, and a twin, that we just used for luggage. A good sized refrigerator was in the room and a small tv which we did not use. The Bathroom is small, but capable, The shower is a traditional Albanian shower in that there is an all tile bathroom floor with a drain, and a shower curtain. The pressure, temperature and the double head shower was great. There’s also a bidet. The family does not stay on site overnight, but they are immediately next door in one of the apartment buildings if you need them, and they stressed to call. Nothing bad at all. We were checked on so many times, but not in an overbearing way, in a good way. If we ever needed anything, they were right on top of it. As we were checking in, I noticed that I messed up our booking and we needed 1 extra day tacked on. You would not believe how fast this was resolved, and we were lucky that we didn’t even have to change rooms. The complex is nestled in between two large, tall apartment buildings, and the rear balconies of these apartments face the whole complex. You would think that would be a problem, but we never heard a peep out of any of the tenants during our 4 night stay. The tall apartments were a blessing to us because they provided some extra shade which was great during the hot July weather. The entire hotel only has 6 rooms (yes only 6), so every guest was well looked after. Pool was well maintained, spotless clean, and an excellent temperature. It was very welcoming during the hot afternoons. The family will rent pool usage out by the day to people not staying at the hotel, but it was never crowded. There are markets, several bakeries, several beach stores, bars, restaurants, and an ATM all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The market right around the corner had everything we needed. Vlora is 30 minutes away, Kaninie Castle is 30 minutes away, Llogara pass is 30 minutes away, and the beach is right there. This was a dream location. We definitely will be back next time we are in Albania! Loved our Stay!
• Luca (10/5): - Gestione familiare, ci hanno accolto come facessimo parte della famiglia. Esperienza fantastica, camera bellissima molto ampia con accesso diretto alla piscina. La signora ci ha consigliato diversi posti da visitare. Abbiamo cenato da lei e il marito e siamo stati benissimo. E poi la colazione è stata un sogno con le loro ciambelline fritte fatte sul momento, così come il pane fatto in casa. Grazie di tutto!
• Jorien (10/5): Onvergetelijk verblijf! - Dit charmante familiehotel wordt gerund door de meest gastvrije mensen van Albanië. Zij maakten ons verblijf onvergetelijk. Steeds bereid ons te helpen en advies te geven over uitjes. Het ontbijt, cocktails, avondeten waren heerlijk! Als ontbijt krijg je onder andere home made brood, smoutebollen en lekkere eitjes geserveerd. Lida kookt super lekker. De houtoven pizza's zijn top! Het zwembad is erg proper en mooi onderhouden, de kamers eveneens. De familie wil het je zo goed mogelijk naar je zin maken en stond steeds met de glimlach klaar! Een echte aanrader! Niets, alles was perfect!
