• Jososo (10/5): Meilleur des séjour en Andorre - Hôtel dont les chambres ont été entièrement rénovées. Eau et cafetière à disposition. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec un large choix, personnel en salle très sympathique. Piscine, bain à remous, salle de sport. Bar, salle de détente, grande terrasse avec une très belle vue. Parking municipal gratuit la nuit. Le personnel à l'accueil influence grandement l'expérience de séjour. Étant seul au comptoir, j'ai dû demander où se trouvaient la salle du petit déjeuner et celle du sport. Il serait agréable de prendre le temps d'accueillir les clients plutôt que de répéter machinalement : chambre 308, troisième étage, ascenseur derrière vous, petit déjeuner à telle heure...

La restauration en buffet libre service est en quantité suffisante; dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une restauration avec menu préétabli avec moins de choix et servi à table pour un hotel de ce standing. Gentillesse et bienveillance du personnel trés appréciable Le Jakuzi en panne, parking payant, salle de restauration un peu bruillante. Difficulté à echanger en Français avec le personnel qui reste un détail...

La localisation de l'hôtel au pied des pistes, le parking sécurisé de l'hôtel moyennant un cout de 14E, les places de parking extérieures avec horodateur, et la facilité d'accès. L'accès aux Chambres se fait par ascenseur. Chambres très confortables, bien chauffées et très spacieuses. Nécessaire de salle de bain en suffisance. Literie très confortable. Balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Télévision, mini bar, penderie et coffre fort. Restaurant avec un large choix de hors d'œuvres à volonté sous forme de buffet, une partie plats chauds adaptés aux gouts de chacun et bien évidement le buffet de desserts. Petit déjeuner riche et complet et toujours à volonté. Piscine et spa moyennant un surcout. Séjour très agréable. Le fait de devoir repartir ;-)

• Hervé (5/5): Chambre bien mais séjour gâché par le repas du soir. - Chambre bien, bonne literie, vue extérieure très agréable, parking privé très bien Repas à 28 euros par personne le soir LAMENTABLE, entrée nul ( crudités et deux salades composées sans goût, viandes sur cuite, bouillie, fromage nul, désert n en parlons pas. 4/20. Si on demande pas au personnel de salle ou cuisine de remplir les plats , ils ne le font pas. Salle à manger tres bruyante avec des allemands qui parlent très fort et qui en ont rien à faire. 90 % d allemand en groupe.

• David (10/5): Fantastico hotel, no solo para esquiar. - Acogedor, trato excelente , comodidad e instalaciones. Inicialmente la distancia con Andorra la Vella, pero descubri lo bien comunicado mediante bus, que en 20 minutos te dejaba en el centro.

• vanessa (8/5): The hotel fulfills the minimum requirement, ie a good night’s sleep. - The room is quiet , a good size and comfortable The spa area is not very welcoming or comfortable. The restaurant looks more like a cafeteria than a restaurant and the quality of the food is not worth the price.

• John (4/5): Great location. Clean hotel. Needs happier more accommodating staff - Great location, clean. Spacious. Nice rooms. The staff. Miserable. Not welcoming. Robotic. They forget that we are paying customers so should go out of their way to make us welcome. Maybe it’s a cultural thing that they don’t like the English. We’ve stayed here multiple times but this year was particularly bad. Maybe it’s since they got acquired by Nexta in the Andorran Hotel group. Think we’ll stay at the park piolets next time.

• Andre (6/5): Niet coor herhaling vatbaar - De liggen vlak naast de skiliften. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het eten was lekker en gevarieerd. Normaal boek ik bij zusterhotel Piolets Park Mountain & Spa. Ditis weliswaar duurder maar er is een enorm kwaliteitsverschil. Piolets Centre is een typisch touroperator-hotel. Wie dol is op Engelsen die net teveel gedronken hebben en net te lawaaierig zijn komt hier aan zijn trekken. Het lawaai in de bar en zeker restaurant was heel onaangenaam. Ik zal hier niet meer boeken.

Bedroom a little disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Promised bathrobes for going to spa but was told the don’t have any. Hot tub actually a tepid tub. Room okay but a little tired in decor.

• Sharon (5/5): - The bar was reasonable. Cheaper than some bars on the slopes. Restraunt food was nice. Nothing special put on for Christmas dinner. Terrace heaters were not on. Nor the seating area with fire etc. All covered up. Unlucky to have a room facing the road with no balcony. Room was stuffy even with the thermostat turned down. Couldnt open the window due to traffic noise. I wanted a bit of luxury for Christmas but was far from it. Not worth the money

There was everything we needed, the staff were extremely polite, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent, there was a huge selection. The towel hooks were located above the toilet. It was really inconvenient. There was no way to dry the shoes.

• Judith (8/5): We would go back! - Excellent location for ski lift. Excellent breakfast at a great price (for hotel breakfasts!). It has spa facilities. You have to pay for spa use and the pool itself is very small. I found the pillows uncomfortable.
