Barbara (5/5): Was OK but - - Comfy bed was really a big plus. We are not really demanding guests but there were more flaws then not - nothing critical but we would not return if not absolutely necessary. Location is not sightseeing friendly. Good for rest but nothing much more. Rooms are outdated, shower leeks, not enough toilet paper, no coffee at the breakfast available and just one breakfast option.

William (10/5): William and Caroline - I had an amazing experience at this Olivar hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth asmy flights were delayed, and I was made to feel comfortable right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my visit. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was consistently attentive. The location is also perfect—quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything I needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. William None

Luigi (3/5): Disaster Hotel - Assolutamente nulla, quando sono arrivato ho pagato la Stanza ma solo dopo mi è stato detto che mancava l'acqua. Hanno chiamato una cisterna che ha riempito un pozzo che dava l'acqua alla struttura. L'acqua aveva un pessimo odore, il condizionatore in camera aveva la ventola rumorosissima, il televisore non funzionava, praticamente un disastro. Nulla nemmeno la colazione, struttura da dimenticare

Dzeika (7/5): - The staff (especially the one guy who was preparing as well breakfast) was very, very helpful and kind (he even called to pharmacy to check the medicine for us) - this was brilliant! The hotel has EXCELLENT location, on the hill with precious view on the city, in quiet surroundings (very good sleep), with private parking in front and behind the hotel. The hotel could be paradise for tourists/business people coming to Tirana if: - they would invest into some necessary repair of facilities (in the bathroom there was leaking shower, the couch was dirty from smoking, etc.) - if 4* hotel would offer at least some various breakfast menus (not only omelette with vegetables, sausage and bread, every morning the same- which we were dissappointed about)- e.g. muesli with fruits, normal coffee in cups( not in paper cups :( ), tea, etc. - if 4* hotel would have some toiletries in the room, some minibar, something extra - if there would be some seats on balcony, otherwise you can not really enjoy the balcony and nice view - if cleaning lady will provide you with fresh towels and will add more toilet paper without explicite asking for it - keep more care about hotel surroundings! We will keep fingers crossed for owners to make from this hotel such paradise- it has definetely the potential.

Patrizia Johanna Vivienne (1/5): Katastrophe. - Leider überhaupt nichts. Es roch komplett nach Zigarette im Raum. Es war super dreckig. Wir haben Frühstück bezahlt, Aussage unten an der Rezeption. Der Koch hat Urlaub. Es gab also kein Frühstück. Ich wünsche eine Rückerstattung.
Lorenzo (1/5): - L’hotel non è a 4 stelle, al massimo sarà 2 stelle, Colazione per 4 giorni sempre la stessa perché non hanno altro quindi solo uova e pomodori per 4 giorni! Lo staff siamo arrivati la sera tardi ci ha dato le chiavi senza dire una parola come se fossimo un nulla! Se avete bisogno di mangiare o altro non hanno niente solo acqua e coca cola a pagamento.. diffidatevi da questo hotel meglio pagare di più un altro ma non questo! Sedie sul balcone rotto inutilizzabili, lo staff fumava dentro senza problemi! Non alloggerei nemmeno gratis qui, meglio pagare il doppio da un altra parte!

Desislava (7/5): Good - The view was beautiful, the parking was convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the experience nice. . Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few small details that could be improved. When we arrived, the sofa was unfortunately damaged, and the ashtray on the balcony was overfilled, which clearly hadn’t been emptied after the previous guests. Also, the light on the air conditioner stays on during the night, which made the room a bit too bright for comfortable sleep. On the positive side, the parking was convenient, Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were kind and helpful. With a bit more attention to the cleaning and comfort details, the experience would be even better.

Dennys (10/5): Excellent option away from the chaos of the city - I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was the best option. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the bathrooms are great. The place is quiet and peaceful and has a good car parking. The breakfast is simple, with a few options available, but excellent. PS: I lost my documents in the hotel room, and even after checking out the hotel contacted me and kept my documents for me to retrieve later. This seems like a simple gesture, but it could have ruined my trip, and they saved that :) The location depends on what you expect. The place is quiet and peaceful, but far from the city. In my case, it wasn't a problem because it was what I expected. But I'll leave it here for future guests.
