- André (8/5): Belle hôtel au centre-ville - L’hôtel est au milieu de la ville de Tirana, ce qui est un peu embêtant quand on arrive est de trouver une place de parking pour que l’hôtel puisse nous dire où est le parking si on en a réservé un. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était très bon et copieux.

Dat vind ik niet van deze tijd En dan komt er nog bij wanneer dat wanneer je met de bankpas wil betalen er nog 1 Euro extra wordt verlangt.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt Leider war unsere Toilette defekt. Dies haben wir direkt nach der Ankunft gesagt, wurde jedoch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Schade, dass das Frühstück erst ab 7 Uhr verfügbar ist und es keine Möglichkeiten für Frühstückspakete zum mitnehmen gibt
- Rolf (9/5): Schönes, gemütliches Hotel für einen City Trip nach Tirana. Wesentliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar - Super zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich bekam einen kostenlosen Upgrade mit toller Dachterrasse und schöne Blick auf die Innenstadt. Auch das Frühstück war etwas besonderes mit den frischgebackenen kleinen Krapfen.

- john solley (9/5): lovely little hotel in a good location - everything about this small friendly hotel was good, from reception welcome, room and service all very good. price was very reasonable. the 2 girls on the reception very welcoming and helpful, the girl at breakfast friendly and accomodating to our requests. The room was large not massive but very nice, clean, tidy and well appointed, bed was good size and comfortable, Balcony was small with only room for 1 chair. Breakfast was good, food was fresh, choice was good and portion size very adequate for the start of the day. Location was very good and 5 minutes walk you were in the city centre or Skanderbeg square. nothing really could have been better with the service, Our only concern was the noise from the road imediatley at the front door it is constant and audible even with windows / balcony doors closed.

- Catalina (2/5): Decepcionante - Estaba relativamente cerca del centro y la habitación es amplia. Cuando llegas la habitación está aceptable, pero a lo largo de tu estancia la limpieza diaria brilla por su ausencia, tan solo estiran la colcha de la cama sin importar cuántas arrugas tenga debajo. Bajo mantenimiento no funcionaba ni la caja fuerte ni el espejo que tenía las pilas gastadas. No te vuelven a dejar champú ni gel e incluso el papel higiénico es escaso ni siquiera retiran los botes vacíos. El desayuno está bueno, pero si no te gustan los huevos no es tu sitio, lo anuncian como desayuno a la carta pero lo que no dicen es que en la carta solo hay: huevos fritos, huevos revueltos y huevos en tortilla con dos salchichas, un trozo de queso, tomate, pepino y aceitunas, todo esto va acompañado de una bandeja de fruta que nadie se come y una especie de buñuelos con mermelada de higo. Con el desayuno solo puedes tomar un café, si quieres otro lo tienes que pagar, aviso son los cafés más caros de toda esa calle, aunque para los europeos es barato para Albania son caros. Tener cuidado a la hora de pagar aunque tengas tú precio cerrado con Booking te cobran más, cuando vas a pagar directamente y sin preguntar te ponen el datáfono en euros argumentando que es el precio de Booking pero como todos sabemos si llevas fuera de Europa visa revolut, imagin ó similar no te cobran comisiones, aunque dichas tarjetas te avisan que debes pagar en moneda local ya que si pagas en euros los datáfonos locales te cobran comisión, así es que pedí pagar en Lek ( moneda local ) y cual fue mi sorpresa que me cobraron 500Lek extras. Cuando reclamé a través de Booking me contestaron que el hotel cobra una tasa de cambio fija, de la que nadie te avisa y que no aparece reflejada en ningún sitio. A día de hoy todavía nadie me ha explicado que tasa de cambio se le aplica a la moneda local de un país pagando con su misma moneda local?

Se vuoi un succo d'arancia lo paghi apparte e se pagi con carta devi pagare di più, l'ambiente è molto pesante non sembra di essere i benvenuti. Il gestore molto aggressivo e arrogante.

- Chiara (1/5): Absurd - The breakfast just absurd. The room did not have plugs to plug in your phone or the kettle. Actually the kettle was on a desk unplugged because there was no way where to place it. The only plugs were in the bathroom. Our stay was so horrible that we left.

Plenty of cafes and restaurants around and a good variety of stores to get snacks etc. The breakfast was adequate, they had a set menu which you could chose one hot item from - the fruit tray and Albanian pancakes were complimentary. The bathroom was a definite bonus, spotlessly clean, big and a rainforest shower! Well done to the housekeeping team. The staff were polite and available 24/7, we checked it after midnight and checked out v early - and both times someone was there to attend to us. Our room size was small. We stayed in a standard double room but there was barely any space to move around for 2 people. One tiny window in the corner made the room claustrophobic. There were 3 different hangers in a large wardrobe, 1 broken - perhaps better to get rid of the wardrobe as its taking so much space. No teas or coffees which was a shame but I guess there are many cafe's around. We survived because it was a 2 day stay with 1 day fully outdoors so didn't spend much time inside - best for a single person.

Fatta eccezione per il bagno ampio, la camera era davvero piccola. Inoltre la colazione inclusa non ci ha per nulla soddisfatti. L’hotel consente di ordinare solo un alimento per colazione incluso nel prezzo e solo una bevanda. Il cornetto in questione era pessimo e per avere una seconda tazzina di caffè ho dovuto pagare un’extra.

- Angelika (8/5): Very good. - Small nice, clean boutique hotel and very near to the centre and all places of interest. The breakfast is a la carte but it is quite good and enough. The staff speaks English not that good, especially in the restaurant. Just 1 coffee for breakfast included is not enough - it is strange and even kinda shame.
