• SHARON (7/5): Vienna Break - The room was clean with good quality linen and towels. The shower unit was very small. Although the breakfast was good the dining room was tiny. We had no view as windows looked directly into dining area.

• Yvonne JF (7/5): Central location with a fabulous breakfast (at an extra price) - The location was 10 minutes away from the centre. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel was small and cosy and boutique-style, with a small reception area with teas and coffees etc. We were in Room 21 which was in the stairwell and not part of the main hotel / rooms. We were behind the cleaner's toilet and facilities. There was an open plan sink and shower (not enclosed bathroom) so not great if travelling with an offspring (as I was, my 20 year old daughter). The pillows could have been plumper and the room was dusty in parts. It was expensive for what was provided. The breakfast was extra. The reception was only manned in certain hours but the staff did message me when there were problems with my room.

Everything else was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful and the small reception area with drinks and snacks was very welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding! Would highly recommend. Pillow soft and need a second large one
• Alexandra (9/5): Wundervolle Unterkunft mitten in Wien, ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende. - Ein ruhiger Platz fast mitten in der Stadt, überall ist man schnell zu Fuss. Nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich willkommen und gut versorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem, das Bad sehr klein, die Dusche sehr gut. Unser Zimmer guckte in einen Lichtschacht, somit sehr ruhig, aber keinerlei Aussicht.

• Rıdvan (10/5): Mükemmel - Otele normal check-in saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen kabul ettiler. Check-in işlemini konaklamadan bir kaç gün önce online yapabilirsiniz, otele vardığınızda sadece masadan anahtarınızı alıyorsunuz. Kapı şifresi de aynı şekilde bir kaç gün önceden size iletiliyor. Konum olarak çok iyi yerde. Karlzplatz metro istasyonundan bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Özellikle opera binası olmak üzere ziyaret edilecek yerlere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Lobide atıştırmalıklar, çay, kahve ve meyve ikramları var. Kahvaltı ücretliydi, kişi başı 18 € ücreti var. Otelin yakınında kahvaltı için mekanlar var. Viyanaya tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercihim olacaktır.

Biraz pahali geldi. Ayrıca odalarda su ısıtıcısı yoktu, resepsiyondan alabiliyorduk. Bu da biraz uğraştırıcı oldu.

• Ralf (10/5): Alleine schon das Frühstück ist ein Grund, wieder in dieser Hotel zu kommen - Alleine schon das Frühstück in dem kleinen, aber liebevoll her gerichteten Frühstücksraum war besser und gemütlicher als in den bekannten Wiener Kaffeehäusern.

• Birgitta (9/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt - Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich herzliche und zuvorkommende Personal, man fühlt sich bestens betreut. Die Lage ist ideal und macht den Aufenthalt zusätzlich entspannt und unkompliziert. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem und Dank der hervorragenden Schallisolierung war es zudem wunderbar ruhig. Besonders angenehm war der unkomplizierte Check-in und die vielen durchdachten Extras im Zimmer, vom Fön über Minibar bis hin zum Safe ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eine Flasche Wasser stand bei Ankunft frei zur Verfügung, im Foyer hat man 24 Stunden die Möglichkeit , bzw. Zugang, um sich Tee und Kaffee zuzubereiten. Zudem gibt es einen „Trustkühlschrank“ mit Weißwein und anderen alkoholischen Getränken. Kartenmaterial und Bücher zum Ausleihen stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auch die Sauberkeit ist positiv hervorzuheben. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, das wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ♥️

It was on first floor so not much of a view but it was ok with me. I could not open the windows (seems they are blocked) and the room was over heated

Walking distance to historical points and museums. Room was really large just like as it is seen in the pics. Very aesthetic, clean, practical. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

• Alex (7/5): Aufgrund der düsteren Lichtgebung kein Wohlfühlzimmer für uns. - Die tolle zentrale Lage, das gemütliche Ambiente im Eingangsbereich und das sehr freundliche Personal. Kaffee- u. Teezubereitung im Foyer + Obst und auch Kuchen einfach zum Mitnehmen. Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit der Lage des Zimmers in den Hinterhof, der mehr einem Lichtschacht entsprochen hat und das Zimmer ganztägig düster wirken ließ. Keine Sonne, kaum Tageslicht.

• Coca (10/5): We only wish we could've stayed longer - The hotel is small and charming, full of details that give it style and its own personality in every corner. We arrived late, however the check-in instructions were clear. They left us a note with general information and the room's key, first thing it said wad "please enjoy some tea or coffee while you read this" that made us feel welcome immediately, there were cookies and some fruits too. The beds and especially the pillows are really confortable, good selection of TV channels. We highly recommend to have breakfast there. The breakfast room is completely adorable, selection is good and beautifully presented. Thank you Lucie for your effort, food was a feast to the eyes and we enjoyed chatting with you. Monika and Rita at the front desk were super helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Definitely the staff there was the best of all of our experience!! Room temperature was a bit warm for us.

• Xietao (8/5): Great value for money - Superb location at great price and en-suite. The room somehow was too warm, even though it was -6C outside. Keeping the windows open would make it too cold. Little soundproofing in the rooms. We checked-in late so they left the keys outside in an envelope which is fine, but I’d rather they left the door closed.

• Dina (10/5): Great value for money stay in the city center - The location in the city center yet it wasn’t a crowded area. I felt very safe even late at night and early in the morning when I was checking out. The cleanliness of the room is immaculate! I spent three nights there and the cleaning was done every day. It was warm in the room despite the fact that it was -7°C outside during my stay in early January. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of lighting in the room. Even with all lamps on, it was still darkish.

• Seçil (10/5): Harika bir misafirperverlik - Güleryüz, yardımseverlik, misafirperverlik ve daha bir sürü şey.. Otele birkaç saat erken gelmeme rağmen çok yorgun olduğum için dinlenmek istediğimde müthiş bir güleryüzle yardımcı oldular ve erken check in yapabildim. Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha büyük çok daha estetik, resepsiyondan odaya kadar her şey o kadar minik ve tatlı detaylarla düşünülmüş ki.. Tek gece kalmama rağmen mükemmel bir deneyim oldu, otelin işletmesine ve çalışanlarına çok ama çok teşekkür ediyorum gerçekten çok yardıma ihtiyaç duyduğum konularda çok nazik davrandılar.. Bir daha geldiğimde yine mutlaka burada kalmak istiyorum, normalde hiç yorum yazmam ama bana güvenin burası harika bir işletme♥️

The bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful considering your in the middle of a city. The breakfast was fabulous. There was so much on offer, it was beautifully presented too. We would definitely recommend this bed & breakfast.
