- Kim (4/5): VERY Disappointed in this hotel! - It was centrally located, the staff were awesome, the room was spacious and clean, the bedding and pillows were lovely . I booked this hotel understanding there would be air-conditioning! When we checked in, we were told that it was too early in the season for air conditioning - it was 24 degrees! Our room was stifling hot and we left the windows open - my husband experienced horrible mosquito bites all over his back AND our room (room 8) opened to a lively square where there was INTENSE noise and partying until 4:30AM EVERY NIGHT!! We literally only had a few hours sleep per night!! I asked for a fan to move the air so we could close the windows and I was told they didn't have any! SO DISAPPOINTED! This one was recommended by Rick Steeves!

- Prem (1/5): Worst hotel we ever stayed at! - Nothing, there was nothing to like Horrible location, extremely noisy. The loud noise from outside all night long made it impossible for us to sleep. The breakfast was horrible and the dining area was not appealing at all. Overall there is not a good vibe at this hotel. We were booked to stay here for 3 nights and we checked out after 2 nights. We were not even refunded for the night we did not stay there even though the hotel staff agreed that the high level of noise outside made it impossible to sleep. We have been travelling all over Europe for the past 6 weeks and by far this is the WORST hotel we stayed at.

Es war wie unser „kleines Zuhause“ in Venedig, vom Gefühl und Komfort her gesehen. Wir haben uns total sicher und willkommen dort gefühlt. Die 24 Std. besetzte Rezeption ist immer einsatz-und hilfsbereit gewesen. Gute Tipps wurden zum besichtigen und Essen gegeben. Die Lage ist perfekt, gleichzeitig zentral und ruhig. Sehr sauber und im alten Villa Stil. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Immer wieder!

Se torneremo a Venezia il nostro soggiorno sarà sicuramente all'hotel Guerrato - Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse che Venezia offre e personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Noi eravamo in 8 suddivisi in due camere da 4 e le camere erano sufficientemente spaziose per tutti, dotate di bagno in camera anch'esso molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. La colazione è stata ben servita e ricca e offriva anche prodotti per celiaci.

- Ricardo (9/5): Ótima localização e hospedágem - No começo eu estava pensando em ficar em Mestre por uma questão de valores. Fiz um esforço e acabei optando por ficar em Veneza e não me arrependi. A localização da acomodação é ótima, fica muito perto de uma estação de Vaporeto o que facilita muito chegar e sair de Veneza, além disso por ficar no meio da cidade você nunca está longe de nada. A decoração é linda, parece cenário de filme antigo, ajuda a manter o clima da cidade. A equipe é super simpática e prestativa. O quarto é bem grande e confortável. O café da manhã é bem honesto sem exageros mas sem faltas também. Um conselho...não se hospede fora de Veneza, o movimento diário de chegada e saída de pessoas é intenso no começo e no fim do dia, é visível o movimento de pessoas nesses horário em direção as estações e isso pode atrapalhar a sua experiência em Veneza, além disso até umas 8:00hs e depois do entardecer a cidade esvazia muito e quem está hospedado consegue vivenciar uma Veneza muito mais agradável. The breakfast was great, many options and fresh made coffees. The room was really large and had a lovely interior. One of the beds was more like a fold out chair, at least that's how it looked like and it wasn't so comfortable.

Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor es difícil subir con las maletas pero no son muchos pisos, el resto el hotel es estupendo !

El personal es amable y te dan recomendaciones de que visitar etc. El desayuno es tipo buffet y era muy rico, tiene muchas opciones, en verdad me gustó mucho. Lo único es que estos edificios son de techos altos, así que recomiendo que viajen ligeros porque subir maletas pesadas es un poco engorroso, pero de resto está perfecto

The staff was friendly and informative, making sure we had everything needed (even it was after check out they agreed to store our luggage which was super helpful because we could still explore the city). The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The hotel’s quiet atmosphere provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a calm, well-maintained environment, close to the most important places in Venice.

- RAQUEL (9/5): Ótima opção de hospedagem em Veneza - Ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã. Toalhas felpudas e ótimo sistema de aquecimento. Não ter elevador é um grande problema, tornando o hotel não aconselhável para quem tem problemas de mobilidade e pessoas mais idosas, bem como quem viaja com malas grandes.

- Heike (8/5): Hotel in great location with old world charm - Great location in São Paulo. The hotel oozes old world charm. Our four bed room was large. There is a great pizza place around the corner. Breakfast was disappointing. The two ladies taking coffee orders, stocking the food and clearing the tables were overworked and had trouble keeping up. Also, it was disappointing that only 6 croissants were brought out for 20 odd people.

- Patricio (10/5): Execelente experiencia en Venecia - Cumplen de forma excelente considerando que es un edificio con siglos y restaurado hace más de 50 años. Buen tamaño de la habitación y baño nuevo, considerando el tamaño de los edificios en Venecia. Su personal excelente, muy gentil y muy preocupado por el pasajero. Te permiten guardar tu equipaje después del check out sin ningún costo, lo que es un alivio para poder terminar con el recorrido por Venecia. Lo recomiendo 100%

- Robert (8/5): Top Lage zur Erkundung der City - Lage Top. Frühstück gut, könnte etwas Abwechslung vertragen. Personal durchgehend nett und hilfsbereit. Kurzer Weg zum Wasserbus Unser Bad war nicht im Zimmer integriert, so dass wir immer über den Gang mussten. Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer sauber. Aber die Spinnweben bei den Deckenlampen waren nicht so schön anzusehen.
