- Diana (7/5): Хороший отель в самом центре исторического Дилиджана. - Отличное расположение отеля, старинная улочка, предоставили парковку для машины (запрашивали заранее), оформили быстро. Номер был аутентичный, очень симпатичный. Завтрак был великолепен, ресторанное обслуживание, стол к нашему приходу был уже накрыт очень красиво и обильно, с местным колоритом, горячее приготовили по заказу на выбор. В номере было очень холодно, температура воздуха на улице была вечером градусов 13, отопление было уже отключено. В номере стоял обогреватель, который не очень-то спасал ситуацию. В изголовье кровати металлические детали были ледяными, ночью их задеть рукой было неприятно.

- Stanislav (10/5): - Все отлично. Останавливались здесь много раз, каждый раз убеждаюсь что это оптимальное соотношение цена-качество. Отличное месторасположение, можно спокойно оставлять машину на парковке и гулять пешком. Чистые номера. Все сделано со вкусом, хотя после ремонта номера чуть осовременились, стали чуть меньше «туфенкяновскими». Отличные завтраки. Всегда готовы идти на встречу с точки зрения времени заселения, всегда ставится чистая удобная кроватка для ребенка и тд. Первый раз за много лет в номере не работал WiFi. Перезагрузки роутера никак проблему не решили. Еще выяснилось что теперь не во всех номерах есть рожок для обуви. Я думаю, что это не такой большой расход для отеля, но при этом вещь которая нужна и облегчает жизнь)) так что я бы рекомендовал убрать черные губки для обуви и лучше положить рожки. Ну и не минус, а субъективное мнение: в некоторых номерах после ремонта, заменили матрасы на новые, более мягкие и в первый раз спать мне было неудобно, болела спина, хотя раньше были везде жесткие матрасы, которые безумно нравились. Но тут каждому свое.
- Linda (5/5): - Frühstuck in Ordnung, der Zimmer war nicht als wie auf die Bildern. Es hat nur ein kleines Fenster, und wir haben uns sehr klaustrofobisch gefuhlt. Alte Teppiche, die ein nicht frische Eindruck gaben. Wir sind dann auch statt zwei Nachten nur ein Nacht geblieben. Viel zu touristisch und schon lange nicht so authentisch als auf die Bildern. Wir fanden Dilijan im algemein überschätzt. Das personal war aber nett und das Frühstuck war auch prima. Das Zimmer war nicht gemutlich.

- Aleksandr (9/5): - Well-maintained property in a prime location, great views and easy walking distance to just about everything in town. We stayed in a two-level room with no balcony and a tiny window facing the heritage street. The room was very warm (it was subzero outdoor), comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need: fridge, hair drier, kettle, toiletries, slippers, etc. Excellent bed linen and mattresses, we had a very good sleep at night. The attached restaurant offers 10% discount for hotel guests and serves a good buffet breakfast, they prepared on demand lunch boxes for us so that we could check out early on the last day of our stay. Poor soundproofing. No hooks to hang clothes in the room, no shelves in the wardrobe. Electrical switches are inconveniently located. Otherwise perfectly OK.

- Alexandra (10/5): Идеальное место для уик-энда в Дилижане - Историческое здание, вежливый и очень учтивый персонал, чудесный завтрак, даже арису подают, в январе в номере было тепло, горячая вода подавалась бесперебойно, халат и тапочки хорошего качества. Очень милый интерьер. Иногда в ванной появлялся потусторонний запах, ночью с улицы доносился собачий лай (это не имеет отношения к отелю, но спать может мешать).

Завтрак был в ресторане, 1-2минуты пешком. Завтрак очень сытный и разнообразный. Напротив отеля -сувенирный магазин. Пару минут от отеля- небольшая парковка. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный.

- ΑΝΝΑ (9/5): Ατμοσφαιρικό ξενοδοχείο. Το συνιστώ. - Το ξενοδοχείο στεγάζεται σε μία σειρά σπιτιών που αποτελεί το παλιό κομμάτι της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ιδαίτερο. Στον κάτω χώρο υπήρχε ένα μονό κρεβάτι και το ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Με εσωτερική σκάλα πήγαινε κανείς στον πάνω όροφο, όπου υπήρχε διπλό κρεβάτι, υπεροχα στρωμένο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό.

- Leslie (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Comfortable beds Food good. If go do book DO NOT accept rooms 3 to 8 as your bed will feel as if it is in the middle of the road. We were looking forward to three nights of rest after being on the go for three weeks. Room 4( our first room )was the noisiest we have ever encountered in 30 years of travel. The manager said the "other" rooms were for one or two night stays and we could change after the first night. After onr hour of sleep we wasted half the next day sleeping in the new, quiet room. However, this one had no fridge and any food had to be thrown away. Very unfair to steer three night stays into noisey rooms. The rest was quite good.
