- Valter (1/5): Pessimo - Niente Struttura pessima.
La prima notte ci hanno fatto dormire in un appartamento dicendo che non c'erano stanze.
Il secondo giorno trasferiti in stanza prenotata.
Senza acqua nel frigo.
Bagno ci siamo allagati.

- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sára (5/5): It’s supposed to be breakfast included, we got one flimsy croasant. Private parking non-existant, we had to park on the - There is 24-hour reception, which was the reason why we choosen this hotel, room was nice and clean It’s supposed to be breakfast included, we got one flimsy croasant. Private parking non-existant, we had to park on the street, we were looking for o space for 30 minutes, awful.
- Cw (7/5): Good - Nice room. Very good location in a side street with free parking. Easy walk to the centre. Ground floor cafe. No kettle, cup etc for tea, coffee. Very limited breakfast. I was lucky to get the free parking on the street.
Non- existent wifi two floors up. The smart tv couldn't work either.

- Simon (7/5): Nice hotel but restaurant a bit pricey - The room was lovely and quiet and was very close to the centre and there was 24 hour access to the hotel The breakfast was very small with no real variety at all your only option was a coffee with a croisant or a toasted cheese and ham sandwich also the drinks in the bar were very expensive at 4 eur for a small bottle of beer also when we asked where we can catch a bus to the main bus terminal the waiters had no knowledge at all
- Armand (9/5): Superb -
- Mellissa (9/5): Superb - Good location close to city centre.
Very helpful staff
Excellent value for money Says has parking but parking is close by although free is on street
- Samantha (7/5): A good stay overall - The location was great and the room was clean The wifi was very slow, there was no one at the reception desk and there were not a lot of options at breakfast.
- Atiqul (1/5): They did not give us the hotel room but asked to stay in a nearby apartment .although apartment lady was great and room - Helpful bar staff No receptionist , careless hotel business owner
- Mahmoud (7/5): Good -
- Noah (1/5): The lady was very rude and sent us away, while we had a reservation… - Nothing. We had a reservation booked several months before. Upon arrival, suddenly all the rooms were ‘full’. I showed the lady some proof of my reservation and she told us we had to go away. This caused me and my friend to be stressed out and look for other hotels. Because of her we had to sleep on the streets of Tirana. We got no explanation as to why we weren’t alowed in the hotel. The lady was very rude to us. She showed no empathy whatsoever. Nothing. - Hannah (1/5): Stay somewhere else. Unsafe hotel and absolutely disgusting. - Leaving. I got an electric shock from putting the lamp in the wall and it burned my finger. Dead flies in the light. Stains all over the blankets. Staff just took our money - over charged us the booking.com account by £10 - didn’t explain anything about check in check out as the whole thing took 1 minute literally. Was horrendous. Staff were really rude more bothered about the restaurant joint on to the hotel. Silverfish in the bathroom. Rubbish on top of the wardrobe. Do not recommend.
- Fazliu (2/5): I will never stay in that hotel.Breakfast was just a tost and coffee. Not happy at all. - The bedroom was on top, third floor,it was Luke sleeping in attic. Normal room, not Like attic.
- Ifeyinwa (7/5): Good value for money, location is central and accessible to other parts of the city. - The location is the highest selling point. The staff were pleasant. The bar is vibrant and is a good chilling spot at any time of the day, but non-smokers like me might not be very pleased to hang out there for long. It had good value for money in general. It would be nice to have more options for breakfast.
- Nuwaid (6/5): Good location, that’s about it - There is no parking even though the property says parking is free No parking, no staff at reception ever, no parking
- Maya (9/5): Superb -
- Henrietta (8/5): It was a fair priced stay, and overall a good experience. - The location and the bar at the hotel There was no hot water in the shower. Also the shower/toilet placement was weird.
- Tohvri (2/5): Sad room and arrogant reception worker. Dont recommend. - The location. They gave me a room in the basement, i didnt even know it was a possibility. The room was damp and dark. Little window under the seiling didnt cover the airconditions and i didnt dare to leave it open through the night because i was alone and there was no securitybars covering it. And the bathroom was partly shared or seemed so, because i had to leave my room to go there and go upstairs- altough there was somekind of door separating the area, but it was a broken foldable door, nearly falling off and it didnt lock. The staff seemed not to care at all, the girl from the reception just told me to take it or leave it, but i arrived quite late so i was kind of forced to take it. And although reviews praised the breakfast, they olny had two choices of croissants and one sandwitch to choose from. Since i cant eat gluten i had no choice whatsoever there. And here is why i gave it 2 points instead of 1, is that they brought me some eggs, cheese and vegetables from near shop :) Yet, the bartender asked, if i like my coffe hot or cold and even though i said hot, i got cold. I didnt even want to make the effort to ask another one, just ate my egg and tomatoes and left the hotel. Will definetly NOT recommend!
- Nora (4/5): Disappointing - Nice bar. Good space for two people in our room. The booking said breakfast included, we only got a coffee and a croissant. Our bathroom was dirty, disgusting og had mould. The staff did not speak very well english, and was never smiling or especially helpfull. Our room smelled like sigarettes.
- Shaira (8/5): Very good - The hotel is near the city. The staff is very friendly (In the hotel as in the restaurant next to the hotel.
- Era (5/5): Passable - The location is good and the staff is friendly. Wifi is quite good and the room was clean. The room is not well isolated. You could hear everything happening outside and on top of that, even that the windows were closed, the smell of cigarettes would penetrate and be smelled in the room. It was difficult to breath and sleep.
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ornel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kreshnik (7/5): Good -
- Ana (8/5): Good location, very good price, very clean, breakfast included. - Comfortable bed, big room, cleaned everyday
- Alexandre (10/5): Great stay and the miss enjoyed herself. - Nice and clean, for for purpose, lovely restaurant and bar downstairs. Breakfast could have been a bit better.
- Mohammad (7/5): Good -
- Festim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (1/5): sorry but the worst experience I ever had (and I travel a lot) - “non smokers place” and the whole place smells like a big massive giant cigarette, floor was dirty, no fan in the toilette, no floor towel for the shower (with open space shower, imagine the lake of water on the floor), no main faucet in the shower working, overall the bedroom had a really weird smell and because of that or all the smoke in the air (or dust who knows) both me and my friend had an allergy reaction (I had to take cortisone in the middle of the night), the staff was rude and not friendly at all, breakfast included means a couple of croissant and a coffee…
for paid for two nights and we checked out after one and the staff didn’t even force to say something, NOTHING AT ALL.
sorry but this was an horrible experience
- Erjon (8/5): Very good - The location, the interior was very nice. Our sheets had cigarette burns, the staff wasn’t kind… they said that the breakfast isn’t included in the price meanwhile the details on booking said it’s included. After i showed them my booking they accepted to offer a breakfast where we had to choose between toast or croissants and also we had to pay extra 300 lek for orange juice.
- Gresi (1/5): Bad -
- Mauricio (2/5): IT’S A RESTAURANT THAT OFFER ROOMS, IT IS NOT A PROPER HOTEL - Sorry but it’s written very clear that they did not accept cash at your booking site.
When I get there they say I could only pay by cash.
It’s not a hotel actually… ITS A RESTAURANT THAT OFFER ROOMS The staff of the hotel actually just work at the restaurant. The stay there all the time and as I said it’s not a proper hotel.
I asked for a quiet room they gave a room with a restaurant patio view, all the noise from the people one floor down.
Ive read the reservation very clear it states no cash payment and when I get there they only accept cash.
Very bad service. They are not impolite but they are used to restaurant service, not a hotel.
- Głowacka (1/5): The service was horrible, only one person could speak English so you had to wait for that girl to communicate. The girls - Location Service, communication, bathroom, breakfast, staff
- Ivan (10/5): Just a perfect hotel, very clean and delicious food - A perfect staff, very kind and helpful
