• Heliane (8/5): Wenn man erstmal dort ist, dann kann man dieses Hotel genießen. - Das Frühstück war etwas knapp bemessen, aber lecker. Das Personal war allzeit hilfsbereit. Unter der von Booking angegebenen Adresse war das Hotel nicht zu finden. Durch mehrmaliges Nachfragen und über abenteuerliche Gassen fanden wir das Haus. Man sollte in größere Schilder und eine Anfahrtbeschreibung (Skizze) investieren.

Buona colazione (no buffet, ma servita). Bagno troppo sparato. Senza bidet, ma c'è il "doccino" per lavarsi comunque. Phon molto piccolo.

Beautiful and clean bathroom. Well working WiFi. Breakfast was included and was very good. We enjoyed our stay here, it's good value. We would be happy to come back.

L’ospitalità è stata impeccabile: tutto il personale si è dimostrato cortese, educato e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Le camere sono comode, pulite e arredate con gusto, garantendo un’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente.Un ringraziamento speciale va al Sig. Altin, chef manager dell’hotel, la cui massima serietà e professionalità hanno reso l’esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Sempre pronto ad ascoltare e a consigliare, ha saputo garantire un servizio di altissimo livello con grande attenzione e gentilezza. • John (10/5): Great experience at Garden Boutique Hotel - Great location in the centre of Elbasan. Property is quite new with large, well equipped bedrooms. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable and professional. A very solid choice of hotel if staying in Elbasan. Nothing.

Tolles ruhiges Zimmer, top Ausstattung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht testen, da unser Shuttle - Service zum Ohridsee schon vor 8 Uhr kam. 😕

Lots of dogs could be heard barking through the night time which made it difficult to sleep without the white noise from the heating / AC unit! 😔. Such a shame because the hotel was lovely 🤷🏻‍♀️
