- Hans-Peter (5/5): An sich ein gutes Hotel, aber mit zahlreichen Defiziten in der Kundenorientierung. - Grundsätzlich ein gutes und schönes Hotel. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr netter Bademeister, der uns beim Ausladen des Gepäcks geholfen und auf den Hotelparkplatz aufmerksam gemacht hat. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt. Einen Plan, wie man wohin gehen muss (z.B. dass die Bar im Untergeschoss liegt), bekommt man aber nicht. An der Rezeption wurden wir nicht auf den Hotel-Parkplatz aufmerksam gemacht. Das Hotel hat ein Schwimmbad, aber Bademäntel gibt es auch auf Anfrage nicht. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Minibar und keinen Wasserkocher. In der Bar kein Bier vom Fass. Im Restaurant keine albanischen Weine. Offensichtlich sind Hotel, Restaurant und Bar drei getrennte Betriebe, denn Getränke auf's Zimmer Schreiben geht nicht, auch nicht die Mitnahme einer Aperitif-Rechnung der Bar ins Restaurant -- man muss immer gleich bezahlen. Schlechte Englisch-Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, daher Missverständnisse und Reklamationen.

Petit déjeuné de qualité ainsi que le restaurant de l'hôtel avec des prix très abordables pour la qualité de la cuisine. La taille de la chambre était vraiment petite, ce qui explique le prix. Isolation sonore médiocre, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue. Et pour finir, très difficile d'ouvrir les volets, on reste dans la pénombre. Le massage était prévu pour une heure finalement, 45 min...
- Francois (10/5): - Nos avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hotel. Nous avons profité du restaurant le soir. Le petit déjeuner était tres bon et copieux. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et très bien équipées. La piscine est magnifique. Une des 2 chambres que nous avions réservé, donnait sur la cour servant de bar, il y avait un peu de bruit en soirée.

- Claudia (9/5): - Das Hotel ist extrem geschmackvoll bis ins Detail. Es hat einen mediterran gestalteten Innenhof, einen sehr schönen SPA Bereich und feines Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Ganz wunderbar. Das Personal im Restaurant war nicht sehr motiviert und sprach nicht gut Englisch.

- Pedro (10/5): Fabuloso - Todo, todo, todo... Hay sitios algo más baratos pero este merece la pena. Son varios edificios clásicos perfectamente restaurados y conectados entre sí. Tiene ascensor ;) La cafetería muy animada, con distintos espacios, gente del lugar y los camareros, como la recepción, perfectos. El spa está muy bien y está abierto durante casi todo el día, sauna, piscina, etc. Probamos el restaurante, buenísimo. El desayuno, el mejor que tuvimos en Albania, fabuloso. Nos costó dejar el hotel para hacer de turistas :) Que teníamos que haber estado algún día más allí.

- Vesna (10/5): Very clean, luxurious hotel. It represents Korca in the best possible way. - It was spotless. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful. The prices on the restaurant's menu were not the same as the prices we were required to pay. Also, they don't offer drink menu besides regular food and wine menu.

- Klotilda (10/5): - Everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely professional, polite, and welcoming, and every area of the property had its own unique character. The breakfast was excellent, and the service staff were particularly attentive and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

- Barbara (9/5): - Für uns war alles bestens. Spa Bereich ist super und Frühstück exzellent! Wenn man das Zimmer im linken Trakt hat, ist man direkt über dem Restaurant. An Wochenenden spielt laute Live-Musik —> es ist in den Zimmern bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Wir waren im rechten Trakt und bekamen nichts mit, aber unsere Freunde waren im linken.

- David (9/5): Eine der besten Locations in Korça - Durch den neuen Spa-Bereich hat sich das Ensemble aus alten Häusern noch einmal gemausert. Das Zimmer war geräumig, stilvoll und komfortabel. Das Frühstück wie immer perfekt. Es herrscht immer noch ein zu laxer Umgang mit Rauchen, sodass es den Qualm schon auch mal hochzieht. Im Spa Bereich werden die Gäste vom Personal nicht auf Baderegeln und grundlegende Hygiene hingewiesen. Wir hatten eine Gruppe pubertierender, lärmender Jungs und einige Familien, die alle ungeduscht (auch nach der Sauna) ins Schwimmbad hüpften.
