Bárbara (10/5): Everything was perfect. - Our stay was perfect from the beginning. Sylvia, the receptionist, was professional, kind and caring. When we requested for gluten free bread for breakfast for one of us, she could get us some the next morning, even when they don't ussually have it . We could have a chat with her during our breakfast and she gave us great advices on what to visit and where to go. We had a real good Time with her talking about our lives! Thank you!! Everything was fine.

Georg (8/5): - Motorräder konnten direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden.Frühstück war gut. Zimmer gross. Lage sehr gut. Zum Essen sollte man zum Bazar-Viertel gehen. 10 min. zu Fuss. Dort gibt es viele schöne Speiselokale auf einem sehr schönen grossen Platz.

Alexandra (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο της Κορυτσάς. Το δωμάτιο άνετο για μια οικογένεια, καθαρό, το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλο και νόστιμο. Πάρκινγκ ειχε έξω στο δρόμο ξενοδοχείο . Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

Anna Maria (8/5): Our stay. Pros and cons - The staff especially the one young lady on Sunday, September 28 and the lady who cleaned our room were the best. Loved that you could open the windows. The bathroom was not my favorite but it sufficed. The stairs going up needed a bit more of a handle.

Andre (6/5): Misleading communication - Location was good, the hotel was relatively new and the breakfast selection was fine. I stopped here during my bicycle tour. They told me they had a safe place to put my bicycle when I contacted them in advance but when I arrived I was told to leave at the street in front of the hotel in a car spot, there wasn't even anything to lock it to. The room smelled like mold and it was on the third floor without elevator.

Sam (5/5): Good location and staff, but major safety issues and poor room maintenance. - On a positive note, the hotel was conveniently located, which made getting around easy for our group. The breakfast was good each morning with a decent variety, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which we genuinely appreciated. We booked 7 rooms for a party of 15, and unfortunately, our stay came with several significant issues that need to be addressed — especially for a group booking of this size. Safety concerns were alarming: Some balconies had no guard rails or walls, opening directly to a sheer drop where construction was actively happening. Even more concerning, several doors in the hallways led straight to another unprotected drop with no signage or barrier. This felt extremely unsafe for any guest, especially younger children. Room maintenance was poor across several rooms: - One of the toilets was missing a toilet seat entirely. - A bathroom sink drain didn’t function, making it nearly unusable. - There were bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. - Towel hangers were broken and couldn’t hold towels without them falling to the floor. Inconvenient design for travelers: The electrical outlets were blocked by wood paneling, making them inaccessible to standard travel adapters — a frustrating issue for international guests. While we appreciated the hospitality from the staff, these issues — especially the safety hazards — need urgent attention. I hope the hotel management makes the necessary improvements for the sake of future guests.
Jennifer (9/5): A nice central hotel - Easy to find, easy to check in. The room was exactly as expected, with a spacious bathroom and balcony. The staff were all friendly and attentive. There was not much parking, but we got a space for the hire car right outside the hotel. The breakfast was nice. This was our 2nd stay in Hotel Romeo (first was in 2021) and we were satisfied with everything.

Overall nice and clean hotel. We recommend. They are building a new elevator at the time we stayed (June 2025) but it did not bother us. The building has 3 levels. The only downside was a leaking toilet. Staff was notified at our departure. Still recommend the place!
