Die Serviceleiterin beim Frühstück wollte immer schnell abräumen, obwohl wir noch beim Frühstückstisch blieben, weil der WiFi Empfang in unserem Zimmer 406 schlecht war und die Frühstückszeit eigentlich bis 10:00 Uhr dauert und es erst 09:25 Uhr war. Ich habe sie dann darauf hingewiesen, dass sie mir mein dreiviertelvolles Saftglas zurückgeben soll, was sie dann etwas unwillig dann auch tat (diejenige, die für das Ausschenken von Kaffee und Milch verantwortlich ist und andere anweist war es). Die anderen Servicemitarbeitenden hatten im Gegensatz zu ihr immer ein freundliches Lächeln und waren sehr angenehm.
