- Maciej (3/5): - Kontakt z panią gospodynią bardzo miły i sprawny. Cena niska. I to by było na tyle z zalet. Pokój dla dwóch osób był bardzo malutki, po otworzeniu walizki nie dało się w nim przejść, ani otworzyć drzwi. Dywan w pokoju nie był odkurzony, dodatkowo w łazience nie było zbyt czysto, brakowało deski klozetowej. Cały pokój, a szczególnie łazienka śmierdziały papierosami. Nie dość, że było to niekomfortowe, żeby tam spać, to jeszcze zaczęły śmierdzieć ubrania. W pokoju brak okna. Uszkodzony włącznik światła do łazienki, przez co nie można było nawet włączyć światła i trzeba było myć się w ciemności. Co więcej, od wieczora do kolejnego poranka nie było w ogóle wody, o czym zostaliśmy poinformowani, jednak był to duży problem, mając zaplanowaną godzinę wyjazdu.

- Kristina (10/5): - Девушка администратор это милый и добрый ангел . Она очень любит своих гостей и старается решить проблемы , которые возникают . Постоянно на связи . В отеле имеется стиральная и сушильная машина , фен ,гладильные принадлежности. Я в этом месте чувствовала себя в безопасности.
- Ekaterina (10/5): - Очень спокойный район, в гостинице тихо, чисто. В номере кондиционер и свой санузел, что очень удобно. Постельное белье белоснежное, полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности - всё предоставляется. Замечательная администратор Рита была готова решить все вопросы, даже в 6 утра)) В пешей доступности магазины, кафе. В 10-15 минутах ходьбы находится ТЦ Эребуни Молл, на втором этаже очень много фуд кортов, от супов до мороженного - есть всё, порции огромные. Далековато от центра, хотя это можно рассматривать как плюс, поскольку, во-первых, добираясь на транспорте можно посмотреть улицы города, а во-вторых, район Эребуни очень спокойный, спать никто не мешает.

- Nejteh (9/5): The place was very pleasant. I would come and stay there again. - Rouzanna was extremely helpful with everything. She was very kind and helpful. The water was unavailable for a few times during our stay but I'm sure that wasn't the hotel's fault.
- Ohanyan (10/5): Exceptional - Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, private toilet + bathroom, perfect shared kitchen, location a bit far from the center but still a good location with good transport connection. I didn't like it, that the personnel would sometimes knock on the door, for example to ask to close the entrance door late in the evenings. However the personnel are very friendly and always available for support. The care products, like shampoo and soap, were only enough for 1 day, although we had booked for 4 days.
- Elias (1/5): Worst customer Service - I didn’t like it. Worst service ever. If you want to stay at this hotel make sure you have a local number to call the receptionist. Because no one will be available in the hotel. This is not a hotel, it is a kind of apartment run by some people who live very far away from the hotel. I reached there by 2 pm and after calling the owner, someone came with the building keys at 4:30 pm. I have waited outside the building for more than 2 hours. I have paid extra 610 AMD because he didn't have change at that time and he told me he will get back soon. But no one came to give my refund. And no one was available in the building during checking. No cleaning service.
