• IGOR (8/5): Скромный номер с балконом и видом на Арарат - Больше всего в этот раз понравилось сидеть на балкончике с видом на Арарат - погода позволяла его разглядеть. Если бы ещё не стройка с подъёмным краном на переднем плане - вообще бы было прекрасно :) Персонал замечательный, встретили раньше времени заселения, помогли занести чемоданы на 2-й этаж. Оставленный в прошлый приезд багаж сохранился в целости и сохранности. В номере 1, где жили в этот раз, кроме балкона был холодильник среднего размера, электрический чайник, чашки и прочую посуду дали на ресепшене. Всё остальное подробно описал в предыдущем отзыве. Разве что напишу, что неподалёку, на ул. Пароняна, 7 есть "Таверна Ереван", где подают севанского сига на гриле и ещё много разных кебабов и шашлыков, в т.ч. "на вынос" - было замечательно этим поужинать на балконе! Который, кстати, хорошо защищён от дождя. В этом номере довольно узкая кровать для двоих. Санузел тоже небольшой, но душ удобнее того, что на 1-м этаже в номере 4 - вода не льётся на пол. Лестница на второй этаж достаточно крутая, если бы не помогли с подъёмом чемоданов - записал бы в проблемы. Но вниз нести полегче :) И это совсем не про отель, но настоятельно не рекомендую посещать маленький продуктовый магазинчик за углом, на ул. Пароняна 11 - там продают скисшее вино :(
• IGOR (8/5): Хорошее место для непритязательных туристов - Хорошее расположение, рядом с музеем Параджанова и площадкой с видом на Арарат (если, конечно, погода позволит его увидеть). В пешей доступности - круглосуточный супермаркет Ереван Сити. Заботливый персонал - приехали в 5 утра, нас ждали. Жили в номере 4 на первом этаже, там большая хорошая кровать, холодильник, электрический чайник. На ресепшене можно взять чашки, тарелки, столовые приборы. А учитывая, что мы возвращались в этот же отель через 2 недели - была возможность оставить лишний багаж. Номер 4 на первом этаже - темноват и сыроват, номера с балконами на втором этаже - предпочтительнее. Душ довольно неудобный, вода стекает в дырку посередине ванной комнаты.

• Martun (5/5): Not great, not bad, somewhere in the middle - The location is good, it is close to to city center, easy to reach everything by walk. For one person the room (3rd room on 2nd floor) was big enough, it had a balcony too. The owner is friendly and helpful. The place is so noisy, there is a heavy traffic, but I could sleep well at night. Walls are dirty, furniture is so old, it was poorly equipped, the whole room is so worn out. The bathroom was the same, there was not even a shower curtain, so after taking shower everything is wet and slippery. There are broken tiles, lamp out of it's place, old mattress. These are the things I noticed. This place is good for one night, especially if you don't have high expectations. Issues can be easily solved with a little maintenance, like painting the walls or putting the lamp back to it's place. Maybe the ratings and feedbacks on Booking will help them to realize the problems in their hotel and they will do something.

• Radek (6/5): Good for one night, not suitable for a longer stay. - Location - 10-15 minutes on feet to the central part of the city, 5 minutes away a huge foodcourt and supermarket (just opposite Blue Mosque). Not a big hotel, only a few rooms, so it was quite quiet. Staff - quite nice, but no command of English, you should learn some Russian before you stay there. The furniture and other equipment quite out-dated (except the fridge), no A/C but there was an electric fan at least. Dangerous stairs to the upper floor. Poor breakfast served in the room (2 eggs, a little bread but no butter, a carton of youghurt, tea, a biscuit).
• Xavier68 (3/5): - No se si me gustó algo Habitación número 2. Mobiliario anticuado y desaliñado. El desayuno siempre el mismo, 2 huevos duros, un yogur, te, 1 bollito industrial y 4 trozos de pan (recomiendo tirar el pan que no te comas, si no te lo volverán a servir al día siguiente, duro cómo una piedra). En 5 noches coincidí con dos recepcionistas. Una mujer mayor que no tiene idea de Inglés, y otra de unos 50 con cara de pocos amigos. Creo que tampoco tenía mucha idea de Inglés. El cuarto de baño de los peores que he visto (en una capital de país) en casi 30 años viajando. Al poner el aire acondicionado parecía que ibas dentro de un helicóptero. Este alojamiento no pasa de la categoría de hosta, y de los malosl. Hotel para nada, aunque así lo vendan. En 5 días ni hacen la habitación, cambian toallas o sábanas. Vamos, que no lo recomiendo.
• Jakub (6/5): - Die Damen an der Rezeption gaben sich immer sehr viel Mühe und waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Bett fand ich bequem und der zum Zimmer gehörende Balkon war praktisch. Das Hotel ist unweit der Innenstadt. Die Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel ist hoffnungslos überfüllt und extrem laut. Die PKW-Fahrer hupen selbst nachts. Dem Lärm war ich total ausgeliefert und musste durch den Balkon lüften, da eine Klimaanlage fehlte (obwohl sie in der Ausstattung aufgelistet wird). Ein ruhiger Schlaf war kaum möglich. Das Frühstück war extrem bescheiden und machte kaum satt. :-(

• Vitaliy (10/5): Exceptional - Location was fantastic. Room was equipped with so many facilities that I even couldn't expect. WiFi was good and staff polite and attentive. I think breakfasts choice could be improved, but I doubt if it would. Hotel is located near the city center, but the traffic on the street is intensive and sometimes noise was a bit annoying.
• Lucia (7/5): Good - Hotel itself is fine if you're looking for a cheap alternative in Yerevan. The room was quite worn-out, but overall okay for a short stay. It was clean. What I didn't really like was breakfast, most of it was just sweet yoghurt and some sweets (one of us was diabetic so it wasn't really appropriate)... of course I wouldn't expect big buffet, but maybe it would be better to ask guests about food preferences.

• Tomas (5/5): Passable - Location close to the city centre and an available parking space. The hotel should think of some ways how to increase the level of provided services. It is a hotel in the centre of a capital, therefore the following is essential: - English speaking and guest-oriented staff, - enough warm water in the bathroom all day and night long, - breakfast of at least average standards and quality, - cleanliness. None of the above mentioned points were met during our stay, which is alarming. The lack of warm water in the bathroom is unacceptable in an accommodation facility called "hotel". The quality of breakfast included in the room price is strongly below average - tasteless stale bread, boiled eggs that you can flavour with salt from a dirty salt cellar, hot water and a tea bag, some yoghurt and a biscuit of a questionable quality. The room, beds and bed linens were not dirty but also not clean. I would expect a higher level here. I'm giving 5/10 as the price of this stay was not high. If the hotel were not located so close to the city centre and if there were no parking, my rating would be even lower.
• Shahriar (10/5): Good and cozy hotel - I liked the behavior of the hotel staff and their effective relationship with me, and that I was given a good breakfast every day and they did their best to make me happy even more than their duties. Only a cold and clogged bath well, which was solved in less than 2 minutes as soon as the problem was told to the causes.

• Rina (7/5): Decent Place with good location. - The location is nice. It was close to wherever I needed to go. Also, whenever I ordered food or taxi, they found the place easily. The breakfast is good and the room that was reallocated to me was spacious and comfortable. The staffing could be improved. Need English speaking staff and with more professionalism. The breakfast portion size was big but no variety - everyday it is the same thing. The hotel does not provide complimentary coffee/tea and water bottles in the room.

• Haider (5/5): For the peaple who look for a dirty towels and nosy room and insects, please welcome to this hotel. - Close to down town. Very dirty towels, I bought a towel from the supermarket. . Also room does not clean every day and even do not clean after check out. Moreover, the room is very noisy as it is close to the road. The breakfast is only eggs everyday. Also there is insects in the room.

• Peter (7/5): Good - A pleasant room containing a bed, sofa, coffee table, fridge, dressing table and tiny wardrobe. Small attached bathroom and a little balcony overlooking the street. Ladies at reception were pleasant and managed to communicate despite limited English. Location was good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and not far from the city centre. Breakfast, which was served in the room, was nothing special: two hard boiled eggs, bread, a yoghurt and a chocolate bar. Bathroom floor got wet and slippery after a shower. I would suggest putting a bathmat on the floor.

• Tagir (1/5): One of the worst places I have ever lived in - Staff are alright and location is decent TL;DR: I have no idea how this place have rating this high (8.2 at the time of writing), it is awful. Everything else is nothing short of horrible. The room was old, dirty, smelly and uncomfortable. Bed mattress is so awful and saggy, my back hurt after several nights, so I chose to sleep at work, in my company office, for several nights, including the last one, instead. Instead of a normal wardrobe I had a shoddily constructed one in the cutout corner of the room, possibly to save on some "precious" construction material. Bathroom is just plain disgusting, it somehow was even older and smellier than the room itself. Holder for the shower curtain was hanging at an angle so that curtain was always sliding from both sides when taking a shower, resulting in a floor getting soaking wet each time. Washbasin is so small that it almost didn't have enough space to fit a small bar of a terrible soap they had, toothbrush and paste + shaving items. Towels and bedsheets...well, you can probably guess at this point. Overall, one of the worst places I have ever lived in, I can't recommend it to anyone.

• Shirish (7/5): If you’re on a tight budget and need a decent place on short notice, it’s livable. - They were accommodating and carried my suitcase up the stairs. Made me coffee even though it was late. The bed was comfortable and shower was good with consistent hot water and pressure. The soap was possibly the worst I’ve ever used in my life, the attendant lady was a bit rude. She even opened the door in the morning without knocking and waiting for an answer. They insisted on cash payment only. The ‘breakfast’ was two boiled eggs in shell, bread and fruit yogurt. They might as well have discounted 200-300 AMD instead of that breakfast.

• Marek (6/5): Short trip to Yerevan - I was particularly impressed that the owner personally waited for me at the airport and provided transportation to the hotel at a competitive price despite my late arrival at 3 AM. The convenience of an in-room breakfast was a delightful touch. The rooms, equipped with small balconies and a fridge, offered comfort and practicality. Its location within walking distance from the main attractions and the quiet neighborhood added to my stay's overall charm and ease. While my stay was pleasant overall, a few areas could enhance the comfort of future guests. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped and might benefit from an upgrade. Additionally, the bathroom fan emitted an unusual odor, surprising since smoking was not allawed on the premises. A minor refresh of the rooms could also add to the appeal and comfort for guests.

It's also a stone's throw from the Parajanov Museum. Great view from the museum and you can walk down to Hrazdan Gorge and the Children's Railway easily. The location is also close to Kond, a historical district in Yerevan. The hotel is small and provides basic amenities, but is of cosy vibe. The lady at the reception is friendly and helpful. Everything is accessible by foot. The staff are friendly and warm especially madame Dianne, Narci (hello, see I could have given an 11 rate :) and Mico! If I'll be back again, I'll definitely stay here. So good value for money. :) No bidet. Could have a variety of breakfast at least. But appreciated the food of course. And the warmth of madame Dianne and everyone. :)

• Minna (6/5): The price was very affordable, so don’t keep your hopes up and you will have an ok place to spend a few nights. - Very good location, near the airport shuttle bus stop and a walking distance to the city. Woman in the reception very nice, even though not speaking English much. The bed and pillow are so worn out, it was very hard to sleep. The bathroom is old and suffered from the moisture that stays inside after a shower. Hygiene needs improvement. The noise from the cars on the street comes inside the room. The man from the reception tried to come in the room without knocking to bring the breakfast, which was very basic.
• Golnaz (10/5): Great place to stay! - The “Manand Hotel,” a small cozy hotel located within one kilometer of the citycenter, boasts convenient proximity to various attractions. With a 20- to 30-minute walk, you can reach Republic Square, the National Museum, and the History Museum of Armenia. Additionally, it is close to the Blue Mosque and the Pak Shuka market. The hotel features an excellent restaurant called “Tavern Yerevan” and is also near fast-food options like doner kebab and grilled chicken. Despite being a small hotel, it is clean, with pleasant rooms facing the street yet free from noise. The staff, particularly the manager and owner, are very friendly and courteous. The hotel offers a quality breakfast served in your room, with a flexible breakfast selection. The hotel, situated on the ground and first floors, lacks an elevator. We stayed for eleven nights in December 2023, and the heating was satisfactory. There was a small kitchen on the ground floor where we could prepare our meals. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, sanitary services, a private bathroom, and an electric kettle. A hairdryer was also available if needed. Additionally, we received complimentary taxi service from the airport to the hotel. I would recommend this place to others. There's a good Wifi there.

• Anonymous (4/5): Good location but not good stay - Its location was good The bath was dirty,its bed was awful and even didnt use proper bedsheets,their breakfast was repeated, the stairs was so dangerous and gorge! They forced me to pay by the time i arrived there in midnight and when i said ihave to exchange money and will pay tomorrow the man said no and took me to an exchange shop with a very low rate of exchange!!
