• Kimberly Mary (8/5): feels homey - we left the old-fashioned elevator, the friendly staff with coffee service when we get there, in the quiet clean room. for €18 you can get a nice breakfast and you can sit out on a terrace and look over Florence.

El personal, desde el manager, recepcion, cafeteria y mucamas, atentos y amables en todo momento. Muy bien organizado para salir y volver con códigos para puerta del edificio y para la habitacion. Muchas gracias x hacer agradable mi estadía allí. No tengo nada q objetar.

A proximité de nombreux restaurants, du centre historique et à 3 minutes d'un arrêt du Seesight City Tour . La chambre était spacieuse. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et pour les soirées une seule chaine française.

The hotel is well-located, close to the main sights and the train station, but quiet. The place was clean, sunny and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was stellar! Highly recommend. Not much to complain about.

El desayuno variado y muy rico todo y el trato de los dueños excelente , nos ayudaron con una llamada telefónica con el rental car. Súper amables !!! Sin duda lo volveríamos a reservar!!! Nada
• POLINA (10/5): Feel like a family - We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — very close to the train station and only about 10 minutes from the centre of Florence. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Breakfast each morning was perfect, especially the delicious cappuccino :) This is a lovely family-run hotel with very caring people. Whatever you need, they are always happy to help and accommodate you. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again! ————

• Dahmane (10/5): Super - On a vraiment apprécié notre petit séjour à l’hôtel. On a été super bien accueillies, et la chambre était très spacieuse, propre, avec un lit très confortable. Le personnel était très attentif, vraiment aimable et aux petits soins avec les clients. L’isolation sonore de l’hôtel est efficace, car on n’entendait pas les bruits de dehors. Le balcon est aussi très charmant, et on recommande vivement cet hôtel ! rien du tout!

• HIROTAKA (8/5): - 駅から本当に近く（徒歩5分もかかりません）、部屋は清潔で広さもあり、家族経営なのか、こじんまりとしていますが居心地はいいです。 良くないとまでは言いませんが、朝食はビュッフェではなく、担当されている方に逐一何を欲しいとリクエストする方式なので、若干気を遣います。たくさん取ってたくさん食べたい人には少し物足りないかも知れません。

• Gregory (8/5): Great location close to the train station, airport metro and city center - An excellent location very close to the train station and metro to the airport, where I was to depart in the morning. Still quite close to the Florence city center, and I ended up finding the Cappelle Medici close nearby which was a real treasure. If you're traveling with a rolling suitcase and no car, as I was, this location is far easier to get to and drop your luggage than other options further down the uneven Florence sidewalks.

• QING (9/5): - 地址位置还是很不错的，离火车站、中央市场还有各大热门景点都是步行即可到达，因为提前打过招呼说我们有两大一小的箱子，希望能住在低层电梯能到的楼层，老板很好的给我们安排了一楼（国内的两楼），除了办理入住和离店寄存时要带着箱子再上一层楼之外，其他时候我们外出回家直接爬楼梯就行。虽然进房间要通过三扇门，但好在都是电子感应不需要带很多钥匙，并且老板好心给我们安排了三人房，三个箱子都能同时打开，很感谢！！ 可能就是房间有点旧旧，灯光因为是暖色调比较暗，整体还是不错的

• Charles (7/5): This is an ok hotel, close to train station, run by a very nice family. - We came from Monterosso, Italy. There, we had a fantastic room in what appeared to be a new hotel, huge, with an expansive balcony, a self-serve breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. It was a bit less expensive than Hotel Joli. I have to say, it was one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in!! Why am I saying this? It colors my view of the hotel I am reviewing now, Hotel Joli. The room was functional but kind of sparse, the daily breakfast was food passed over to you by the owner, a very nice person BTW, but you had to ask for each little item. I found that irritating. A more decorative room, somehow. It was clean, the bathroom very nice! It was just a little too spartan. I felt like I was staying in a one nighter next to the bus/train station (actually the train station was right there : ). Set the morning breakfast up as a self-serve buffet. The breakfast room was a bit small so maybe that's a reason for no self service. It did have a balcony with two tables. That was nice.

• Sonja (7/5): - Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof Firenze S.M.N. (3 Min. Gehdistanz) & die Nähe zu Dom, Läden, Restaurants & Gelaterien hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir genossen es den Abend auf dem Balkon unseres Zimmers ausklingen zu lassen. Fazit: ein preiswertes Hotel, für 2-3 Nächte gut geeigent. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich in Zukunft ein etwas komfortableres Hotel auswählen. Das Gebäude des Hotels mit dem Lift und unser Zimmer war alt sowie selbst rennoviert. Deshalb etwas "muffiger" Geruch sowie kleine, knartschende Räume & Türen. In der Nacht war es immer sehr ruhig, jedoch morgends weckten uns teilweise die Türen ;)

• Marta (9/5): Klimatyczny hotel tuż przy dworcu. - Hotel bardzo urokliwy i klimatyczny. Pokój wygodny i przestronny. W pokoju było słychać dźwięki z korytarza, ale na szczęście zarówno personel, jak i goście byli cicho, więc nie było to w żadnym stopniu przeszkadzające. Hotel jest przy małej uliczce, ale samochody i skutery potrafią z samego rana trąbić, więc spanie przy otwartym oknie było raczej niemożliwe. Śniadania smaczne, raczej na słodko. Obsługa przemiła i kontaktowa.

• John Francis (10/5): Lovely stay in Florence - Best location in Florence. We were greeted and treated with respect and kindness by the entire staff. It was an entirely lovely stay. None so far.
• Elzabeth (10/5): Fabulous small hotel close to all! - This is a lovely small hotel close to the train station and an easy walk to all museums and sites. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food. I was a bit worried due to the affordable price that it would be “cheap”. But it exceeded all expectations. You will need to walk up a short flight a stairs to get to the elevator. If I am lucky enough to come back to Florence I will stay here again!

• karen (9/5): I went for work so I needed to really unwind, relax, sleep, shower in comfort. The place was perfect - Room of ample dimensions, lovely high ceiling, thoughtful design of lighting, nice wooden floor. Immaculate. Good windows. Good service. Fantastic location. Very well-done restructing of the space into a hotel. Only drawback here is that given that it is not a true hotel but a space subdivided into different rooms, in the contemporary way, sound travels between rooms. Nothing serious, but if you want a soundproof space this is not it.

• Brigitte (9/5): - Great location 5 minutes walk from Train Station. Very comfortable bed and large enough room to move around comfortably. Our room had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Shower was very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of cappuccino or other coffee choices. Perfect for our needs! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Nothing negative about our stay.
