- Jónbjörg (4/5): It was not that great but the outside was beautiful, would not book again. - Beautiful garden Very dirty, dirty sheets when we came, stains in them, bathroom dirty and alot of bugs in the room. I understand that it can happen but we had ALOT, like a whole army of ants. And the wall was water damaged, dripping from the AC

- Loida (4/5): Its a horrible stay but staffs were great. - I like the room itself because its spacious and The staffs were nice and attentive.. I have a lot to say what I didn’t like. The room is very nice but the aircon doesn’t get cold very well. Its not sound proof at all so we ended up waking up all the time when the people next door is dragging chairs, tables and god knows what else, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! So so upset that we dont have a proper sleep for 4 nights until we decided to leave. (We were supposed to stay for 7nights, and didn’t get refund for that) I regretted I didn’t leave earlier. The bed is very uncomfortable. Feet is a bit elevated and head part a bit lower.. there’s a bed bugs and my tough skin husband were still feel itchy until now.. the towels are not white at all. So to all of you holiday makers, dont be stingy when it comes to booking a room because its very very important otherwise it will ruin your holiday..

- Ella (6/5): I hate to give negative reviews but this hotel needs some major upgrades fast. - This hotel has massive potential but it needs some major TLC. I would have loved to given it a good review but I had a very different experience with this hotel, I’m puzzled to why it has so many good reviews. The first room I had was smelly, the bathroom, well I wouldn’t even step in it let alone shower, there was mould everywhere. Ants everywhere there was even marks on the walls and my bedding. So I switched rooms to find the second room wasn’t the best either. opening the shower door to realises the hinge came out of the wall and the shower leaver fell off as I was using. The complimentary cups and spoon has stains on it from the person before, I had black mound on the ceiling. I couldn’t seem to relax.

- Emma (2/5): Unforgettable and an awful start to our holiday in Bali. - The pool seemed ok! Where to start? Ants crawling up the walls of the bedroom. Bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Bed sheets had stains and also a hole in it. Unfortunately we got no sleep and left early in the morning due to ants, mosquitoes (not sure where they were coming from) and geckos running around making noise. Would not recommend to stay here even if it is for one night. The property’s pictures must be from 10 years ago as it does not resemble the room we stayed in.

The main door to get Into our room was always unlocked when we came back from a day out Bathroom was absolutely disgusting the toilet was not screwed into the floor I could go on but I'm not going to bother anymore 😕 The Pool was the best part of the place

- Catcat2 (1/5): Disgraceful place - Nothing This place was a disgust and shame. The room was old and lack of care. The bathroom was filthy and mouldy. There was an odd smell of the room when we walked in. We also discovered a used mask lying on the couch. We found lots of dust on an ornamental frame. Wall paint came off probably due to leaks and humidity. We stayed only one night there as we could not stand one more minute there. No idea why there were good reviews about this place.

Hairs on the towel, hairs on the floor, dirt in the floor, blood on the bedsheets, a thick layer of dust. Very very gross.

- David (7/5): Good - This hotel has good sized rooms and comfy beds. The rooms are located around a very nice pool. Location os about 20 minutes walk from the center of town and the museum. It is slightly further to the big markets. It is next door to an excellent good value restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as a local much cheaper eatery. However there was no place nearby to get breakfast. The room particularly the bathroom needed a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was not available for guests as stated in the information.

- Andrew (9/5): Beautiful property for a visit to Denpasar - Clean, well maintained modern property close to many good restaurants and Warung. Quiet with a refreshing swimming pool also near shopping centres. The only thing I can say is that the road in front of the property was difficult to cross!
