• Sid Ali (1/5): Horrible - The location isn’t bad tho not suitable for elder people being on hill Room was very dirty, for 6 days only the bathroom was cleaned once and that’s after reporting it to reception. Toilet was damaged , floor dirty , door broken you have to force it to close it . Worse of all , was not allowed to pay by card and was forced to pay cash , forced me to cancel my reservation on booking so that i pay cash

• Martina (10/5): Good value for money - Location is perfect, 5 min walking from Blue Mosque and 10 min from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi palace, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 10 min from tram station to reach other attractions. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable, free coffee and tea anytime at the reception. The place is also travel agency so they can help with tours. Good value for money. We will recommend. Drain in the shower was slower. Rooms are quite small so it can be challenging if you have 2 pieces of big luggage.

• DANIEL AARON (6/5): Good location, thin walls, You can hear everything, don't stay on the last floor. - Very good location and the employees are very nice, kind and helpful I had a lot of trouble sleeping. They have a terrace on the last floor and my room was just below that and i could hear everything, kids were running and jumping and i couldnt sleep. I had to go like 4 times to tell them to stop running and making noise outside my door.

Appena arrivate inoltre ci ha offerto caffè e bottiglie di acqua fresca. È stato davvero disponibile per tutto quanto anche consigli di viaggio. La posizione è centralissima.

• Hikmat (7/5): pick up the roof top family room only. - the staff was so nice and very helpful, the location is very close to Balidya Restaurant on the beach, kids playing near the beach, close to the A101 shop the first room we took on the first floor was so bad in terms of surface area, a very terrible bathroom in all means, a bad, smelly bathroom, a broken bathroom door handle, and slow wifi. then we asked to move from it, and they provided us a family top roof room, which was larger and cleaner, and a good bathroom, high-speed wifi, but as it was close to the terrace, it was so noisy and very steep stairs.

Staff were SO helpful and really warm and welcoming. The bedroom served us well and was good value for money. Roof terrace and food at the restaurant were great too :) The only things were that the duvet is a bit small for the bed. In the shower door was a bit rickety and leaked a little and the bedroom was very small and tight around the bed. It served it's purpose and didn't make our holiday any less amazing. A few small tweaks there and it could be 10/0 affordable accommodation.

Just be careful of uneven steps when going up to terrace/restaurant but worth it for beautiful view when relaxing in the evening. While very clean, like many places we've come across in Turkey, we noticed the odd smell from the shower drain due to poor plumbing layout... a reflection of building practices rather than the accommodation. Staff were wonderful and considerate, giving us a bottle of water for our bus trip as we sadly departed from the beautiful, crazy city of Istanbul. Overall, very happy with our stay.

They answered most of our questions and recommended places as well as transportation i. e. taxi transfer to the airport - very helpful. Home-made soup was out of this worold. • Becky (7/5): Great location, basic - The property was in such a good location. 5 minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to the blue mosque & Sophia hagia and 12 minutes to the tram stop We were given the very top room which is located underneath the roof terrace. Every night we were woken by the noise of the furniture being moved around.

Room was 7/10 but the toilet was 10/10. The staff are not friendly. Sometimes they talk very rudely. No proper handover to the next staff coming for shift. Miscommunication between staff.

In spite of the very small room it was good value for the reasonable price. A few hooks in the bedroom to hang stuff would be helpful.

Staff speak 3 languages being English, Russian and spanish. We checked out at 12 but left our bags safetly at the hotel while we explored until late at night.

Room serviced everyday if needed. Staff are very friendly, especially Mehmet. The staff are accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to the main square (Mosques).
