• Guest (7/5): Ok pentru tranzit prin Istanbul. - Aproape de centru, destul de linistita zona, aproape de Moscheia Albastra si magazine. Destul de accesibil dinspre bulevardele orasului. Camera curata, frigider, AC, apa calda. Lipsa contact personal cu gazda, baie foarte mica. Imposibil de parcat pe strada, doar parcari cu plata in apropiere, cca 100 m, adevarat, gratis in weekend.

Особенно хотим поблагодарить девушку на ресепшене — она была невероятно доброжелательной, отзывчивой и всегда готова помочь. Благодаря ей мы чувствовали себя как дома. Большое спасибо за теплый приём! Обязательно вернёмся снова и рекомендуем этот отель всем!

• Marković (10/5): The perfect getaway in Ora Bella Hotel ✨ - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeded by Seyit. He was very kind, he offered us tee and coffee. Whatever we needed we could turn to him. He carried our suitcases to the room. I also want to praise the lady at the reception because she was also kind, she helped us find our car to the airport. Thank you so much for everything and i hoped that we will see you again ❤️ The only complaint was that the room was cramped.

There was no light in one of the toilets, the window of one room even couldn’t be opened. Walls were dirty. Also from your windows trash view!!!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK 1- Fraudulently gave the wrong room of smaller size, we booked 2 big size room for 4 people with advance payment. 2 - No ELEVATOR, you have to climb stairs every time 3 - Room size is super small you cannot walk nor keep luggage 4 - No wardrobe facility 5 - The air conditioner was dead during the night, and my friends had left the hotel and booked different. 6 - Bathroom very conjusted and small and bedside no charger facility. 7 - Nearby area is also not as great as many drunk and smoking people roam around. 8 - No cleaning done in 4 days of our stay 9 - We paid a premium to get this, but the images are truly misleading. Try different hotels nearby 10 - Staff is good rest everything is worst. 11 - WIFI was down 80% of the time. 12 - No waterbottle in our 4 days time.

You will be very to attractions but also from convenience stores and restaurants so you easily a week there. The staff is very talkative and nice. It was a good stay, but the WiFi broke at some point. The surroundings are not very horizontal and there is no elevator so it can be a bit tiring if you are not the athletic type.

• Neil (4/5): A bit disappointing given the problems we had with the room and it didn’t really seem like anyone cared to try fix the s - The location was pretty good near the blue mosque and grand bazaar if that’s what you are wanting to see. The shower leaked and the bathroom smelt quite mouldy - although the owner did try to seal the shower to prevent it leaking, it meant we weren’t able to use the room for a few hours. The air conditioning also didn’t work and would intermittently turn off. We were told that it was being fixed in a few days time once we had left.

The location is comfortable enough: nearby, there are restaurants and little cafes where one can have breakfast or dinner. However, one needs to "climb" while going to the tram station, the area is steep indeed, so for senior guests the location can be uncomfortable The humidity is bad so the room was full of mold and the AC didn't work correctly: it was shooting down every 3 hours and we had to turn it on again and again. so at night, we had to wake up to turn it on several times. Also, the fridge's door was broken

The area's pretty safe too, did not experience anything uncomfortable or unwanted throughout my stay there. Close to main attractions, covenience stores, there's even a place to get food just around at the corner. A lot or nearby restaurants. Slept well in the room. Bed's comfy enough for me & the space was more than enough for me too. Didn't have any problems while I was staying there. My room's equipped with curtains that mostly blocks the sunlight so I slept really well. There's aircondition, fridge & water boiler in the room. The edges at the shower (in and out) maybe needs deep cleaning & thorough brushing. It did not bother me, but some other might feel & think that it's unclean. It might be difficult for taller people to go in and out of the shower, the space for the sliding door is a bit narrow too. There was one day when I was gonna take a shower midday, waited for hot water for minutes (usually just takes seconds) but no warm water came out. But during summer I have no problems showering with cold water so it was fine for me and it only happened once. Probably just ran out of hot water from the tank and needed to generate for some time. For older people, you might want to reconsider bec it will involve uphill walks going to the old town. Though it's not very long uphills, and besides, it should be expected that walking around Istanbul involves walking uphill.

• Alina (6/5): you can visit if your stay is about 2 nights, if more, then I recommend finding another hotel - the location was really good, by request they really gave us a sea view, but in the evenings in this area streets are quite dirty. But the staff was always smiling and pleasant in our room there were absolutely no lockers or clothes hangers to put things, the bed linen they gave us was not clean, the shower was leaking

The apartment was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and the tram station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. Our host Yavuz was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. He was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations on places to visit and eat. Yavuz's hospitality truly made our trip to Istanbul a memorable one. Overall, we highly recommend Ora Bella hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location, apartment, and hospitality make it a perfect place to stay for both business and leisure travelers.
• Eder (9/5): I recommend and I would stay again. - Well located, 8 minutes walking to the tram stops, 15 minutes walking to the main attractions. Staff was very helpful. The room was good enough for a solo traveler, bathroom was spacious. The shower door was broken so it got a bit wet outside the shower place. There was no window blind in the room so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll wake up as soon as the sunrise starts. There was also a wire splicing by the bed with no insulation.
