• Dion (10/5): Freundliches, Familiäres Hotel zum erholen direkt am Meer von Saranda - Das Zimmer war sehr schön: sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir der tolle Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, vor allem dass großer Wert auf regionale Produkte gelegt wurde :)

The most important thing they arranged the breakfast so beautifully and with a lot of love. Must try place to have a perfect stay. Nothing much as everything was outstanding. Only i felt one thing that was it didn’t had slipped but it was missed so not a problem.

Le petit déjeuner etait assez redondant car identique tous les matins. Etant donné la basse saison ( mars ) nous étions servis directement en chambre ! Au bout d'une semaine nous nous sommes vite lassé !

• Maciej (8/5): Nowoczesny hotel w Sarandzie zdała od centrum - Blisko plaży, nowoczesny obiekt Okna na ruchliwą ulicę, śniadanie dobre tylko codziennie takie samo więc nie dłużej niż na 2/3 noce

• Barbara Delmotte (5/5): Hôtel tape à l'oeil - La proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre de Saranda. 5/6 minutes en voiture. Hôtel propre La gérante avait oublié qu'on arrivait, la chambre n'était pas prête à 19h. Chambre très petite, juste une penderie pour ranger nos affaires, si pas de compte Netflix pas de télé, pas de place pour se garer. Le petit déjeuner une catastrophe. Le "buffet" est ouvert de 8h à 10h. A 8h rien n'est prêt. Le fils de la gérante installe la cafetière à 8h15, petite cafetière 10 tasses entartrée qui coule en gouttes à goutte. Nous sommes 4 couples il ne fait qu'une demi cafetière donc premier arrivé premier servi. Une seule carafe de jus de fruits. si on ne mange pas de salé le matin on a juste droit une pomme tranchée pour deux et à un croissant rien en remplacement même pas une tartine. Et le dernier jour c'est la mère de la gérante qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais qui s'est occupée du petit déjeuner. Google est votre ami! Je pense que les gérants n'ont pas de formation en hôtellerie.

• Mohammed (10/5): - THIS HOTEL IS A MUST IF YOU ARE IN SARANDE. Where do I start this hotel is a excellent choice and value for money, the service the hospitality is so good I can't say enough, I had a motorbike accident and was injured the managers went above and beyond for me I can't thank them enough for what they did for us, we were treated like family, they even went to the pharmacy and got me medicine, bandages, and did not charge me for any of it. The next morning the breakfast time was over but they still gave us breakfast on our balcony, and kept checking up on us to see if we were ok and needed anything else I will never forget what they did for us I wish them the best in the future. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH LIKE I SAID WORDS AREN'T ENOUGH THEIR HOSPITALITY IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ALEX, HIS AUNT, AND UNCLE 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
• Maylee (3/5): Nous n’avons pas vécu les vacances mais subi les vacances - Concrètement, l’hôtel n’est pas catastrophique, mais de nombreux points sont à améliorer… Si vous êtes JEUNE ET SANS VOITURE, passez votre chemin, les autres avis de cet hôtel ont été émis par des personnes de + de 40 ans à coup sûr. Premièrement, emplacement de l’hôtel, très nul, rien à côté la vie de la ville est un minimum une heure de marche. Secundo, petit déjeuner mensonger pas du tout comme le site, et nous pouvons pas du tout nous resservir sous peine d’extra. Tertio la moitié des lampes ne fonctionnait pas du moins quand elles ont envie, le sèche-cheveux n’avait une durée de vie que de 10 secondes. Bonne chance pour se sécher les cheveux. concernant la douche, impossible de se laver sans en foutre partout. De plus, l’eau avait une odeur de caca. Pour finir vasque comme douche bouchée. Si vous êtes frileux, sachez qu’il la taille de la couette est semblable ben un drap.

Herzhaft, süß und mit Obst. Trotz sich wiederholendem Frühstück gehen die Gasgeber auf Wünsche ein z.B Jogurt und Müsli.

Het appartement was super! Ook de badkamer was ruim en heel proper. We sliepen geweldig dankzij de rolluiken en goede isolatie. Het ontbijt was heel lekker en vers. Ze brachten een eitje, groentjes, sandwiches, croissants,.. met een grote glimlach. De hosts gaven ons steeds goed advies over wat we in de regio konden doen. We zouden meteen terugkeren! Zeker een aanrader! Alles was goed !

Parcheggio garantito è stato un bel vantaggio. La colazione poteva essere organizzata meglio ma nel complesso era buona, sia dolce che salato.

• Luisa (9/5): Family stay over - It is a family run hotel. Staff is super friendly. Their willingness to accommodate our requests and make our stay as pleasant as possible was remarkable. Cleanliness is 10/10. Location is great, easy to reach both Saranda and Ksamili/ Butrinti. It is not very suitable for families with young children, as it is by a busy road and the breakfast area/ outdoor space does not feel safe if your little ones run around. No highchair available.

• Melita (10/5): We loved it, you'll love it! - The hotel is modern and in a strategic position, especially if you plan to move between Saranda and Ksamil. Rooms are cozy and clean, they have all the necessary for long and short stay, and - above all - they have a relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant balcony to enjoy the sunset. There are parking spots for the guests. On top of all this, the hosts are very kind and helpful, they make you feel home and welcome. Every morning we had delicious breakfast prepared with care and served by them with warm smile.It absolutely exceeded our expectations and we recommend it to everyone. We really felt pampered, and we'd love to book this hotel again... Thank you!!!
• Karen (10/5): Feels Like Home :) - Room was comfy. Location is around 20 minutes by bus to Sarande Town. 5 minutes walking from Mango Beach, which has an amazing sunset spot. Around 30 minutes by bus to Ksamil Town. Bus stop less than a minute walking. Few shops and also restaurants/bar around walking distance. Aida and her family/staff were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was simple, but lovely. They make fresh croissant and also Petulla that I was crazy about it haha! I recommend 100%! Thanks a lot for the great hospitality and kindness :)

The beach is less than a minute walk away and you see where the river and sea meets. The host is amazing and she makes you feel like family, she truly cares about you and is always checking in and making sure your needs are met. We were going to leave early for a tour and she woke up early to deliver us coffee before we left! She’s an absolute gem! 💎 Parking is limited, but we never had trouble finding a spot 👍🏼

The rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean and cleaned well during our stay. The hosts were very kind, giving us recommendations and helping us with whatever we needed. It was a little bit noisy, some rooms are right off reception and the road outside is loud if you have the balcony door open. It wasn’t too loud at nighttime just sometimes during the day.

• Charalampos (10/5): Beautiful memories from Agious Saranda and the rich Byzantine cultural heritage - Aida, the owner, is a very kind, hard-working and dynamic person, putting a lot of effort to offer the best impressions to her guests and to create a friendly atmosphere. She gave instructions for all inquiries and helped to face problems, that came up. The hotel is ca. 7 minutes by car to the center, while anyone can go on foot to the nearby beach. All facilities of the hotel are new and modern.
• Natálie (9/5): Very nice and convenient place to stay in Saranda. - Very nice staff. Great breakfast on a terrace with sea view. Balcony included with the room. The whole room very modern and completely new. Location is great, just a small walk to a beach and lot of restaurants around the area. We struggled a bit with ants there - they were on the balcony and then also a few of them inside, but they were harmless. Maybe its a general struggle around the area.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean.
