• Azar (1/5): We are dissatisfied - Only hotel location. Rooms are not as pictured. The pictures are fake. Garbage bags, dirty socks, etc. were found in the rooms offered to us. there were things. When we refused to check in to the hotel, the hotel official wanted to deceive us and take our documents and pretend to have checked in to the hotel. The hotel was very dirty and the employees were scammers. We didn't stay at the hotel, they didn't refund our money. We are dissatisfied. All our plans were ruined because of these scammers.

The hotel is extremely aged with very bad customer service the receptionist is rude & aggressive the stairs are broken and dangerous, AC not working and Wi-Fi in the rooms not working too the toilet is broken, washbasin leaking and no water pressure overall a very bad experience and creepy place to be. Avoid it at any cost

Especially when i was sick and i ask if he knows some delivery 4 in the morning. Instead he went out himself and bought me food. Thank you so much for your good will. I will come back to this otel because of him, for sure!

• Asad (2/5): Very poor - Location Horrible, the hotel is so noisy, is not that much clean, and in the lobby doesn't provide that much help to find a taxi if you don't pay extra
• Vitalii (1/5): Worst travel experience I ever had. - Only one guy who speaks English from hotel personal is tried to help me. This is the only thing that good in the hotel. Based on the photos, we decided that the hotel was normal and therefore paid for the stay for 3 days through the site. We arrived at the hotel at 23:30. With 50 kg luggage I had to go up to the fifth floor without an elevator. The room didn't seem to be cleaned at all. The floor was littered with cigarette butts, empty bottles, dirt, dust and debris everywhere. There was rubbish in the bathroom, nothing was washed before check in. The faucet was leaking from the bottom right next to the trash can and it was completely filled with water. The toilet is full of mold, it would even be scary to sit on it. The only thing that was more or less clean - bed linen. We were very tired and decided to go to bed and leave the hotel early in the morning and ask for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. So we did, at 7:00 we lowered our suitcases, showed the employee photos of the room and the fact that it was not ready to move in at all, and from a sanitary point of view, it was generally dangerous for human health. The employee said that the room would be cleaned at 12:00 (5 hours later). I said that we will not stay in this hotel under any circumstances, we are ready to pay for one night, but for the remaining two I asked for a refund. The owner of the hotel refused to refund the funds and does not respond to requests from Booking.com. If you literally value your health, do not stay at this hotel. In the future, I will contact the sanitary service, as I am sure that the hotel violated all possible and impossible standards and it needs to be checked by the inspection. If the owner had gone to the meeting and honestly admitted his mistake and returned the money, I would not be so angry, but for the hotel, he believes that his guests are pigs and such an attitude is unacceptable for me.

• Joelle (1/5): Awful hotel - I DIDN'T LIKE anything about this ugly and dirty hotel, except the personal who was working at the reception (Yousef) and the location. I didn't like "Everything"... Hotel has absolutely no facilities, no elevator, no water kettle in room, stairs are made of wood with an old dirty carpet on it, you could hear everyone going up and down and you can hear every conversation from the ground floor and the loud noise on the street from people kept going until 3 and 4 am and wouldn't allow me to sleep. Room & toilet are extremely tiny. The toilet seat and shower got blocked and because of the blockage room was smelling like sewage. Water was spilling from the central heater had to put towels on the floor the entire time so I wouldn't slip. Wifi doesn't work 99% of the time because the signal doesn't reach 1st floor, only ground floor could connect with an extremely slow connection. The only good thing about this miserable unhygienic hotel is the guy on the reception "Yousef" he was very friendly and very helpful and also the location, apart from that I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND anyone staying there!! It's not worth it.
