• Andra (10/5): Foarte multumita! Recomand! - Totul foarte bine! Recomand cu drag! hotelul amplasat foarte bine, central si aproape de linia de tramvai principala, iar personalul extrem de amabil. Curatenia a fost facuta zilnic si a fost liniste in camera. -

Măcar să nu scoateți omletă și clătitele ….. ca nu prea mai avem pe ce pune mâna … doar unt pe pâine cu gem…

• Rashid (7/5): hotel experince could have been much better given the size, location and staff. - breakfast and staff. outdated furniture, my original room was smelly as bathroom was emitting bad smell. in addition, i smelt smoking is coming to the room at 3 o'clock in the morning. so, i had to change my room to a smaller and interior room to get some sleep. The room i went to has rusty water mixer and outdated painting but no smell.

• Marouane 4 (6/5): - Emplacement Petit dej Très bon emplacement. Cependant, l’hôtel est ancien, avec des chambres petites, vieillissantes et qui ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos présentées. La propreté est moyenne et l’insonorisation est inexistante entre les chambres. Il y a beaucoup de bruit, notamment à cause des groupes (surtout tunisiens) présents dans l’hôtel, ce qui rend le séjour peu reposant. Le seul véritable point positif reste le petit déjeuner, qui est bon et varié.

• David (4/5): Below expectations... - Breakfast was not bad. Location is good. That's it. Below expectations. We had room in first floor, equipment old, worn out. View into some scary court yard. Cleanliness - there is lot to improve. Cockroach 🪳 in bathroom. Reception is holding your passport for the entire stay - very weird practice. Reception staff was pushing us number of times to give score 10 at booking (was that a joke?). Cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 10am to vacate the room (despite that checkout is at 12:00). There are many better options for same money in the area.

• Sanela (7/5): Ispod prosjeka - Dobra lokacija, blizu tramvaja. Većina osoblja je bilo ljubazno. Recepcionar Yavuz vrlo ljubazan, prijateljski raspoložen, nagodan. Cistacica posteno radi svoj posao, pedantna, ljubazna. Kreveti su u solidnom stanju, udobni. Posteljina i peskiri uredni. Dorucak ispod prosjeka, tanko, previse salate i maslina..jednoličan, svaki dan ista ponuda, voca skoro nikako, nije prilagodjeno manjoj djeci. Bez nekog glavnog jela, samo 100 salata i jos ponesto. Uposlenici forsiraju cim prije da se završi dorucak. U pola jela odnose tanjure, nisam sigurna da li zbog nerazumijevanja jezika, ili je to politika hotela. Doslovno pokupe tanjur sa hranom bez pitanja, ako si slucajno spustio escajg da se naprijes vode i slično. Zidovi kao da ne postoje, cuje se doslovno svaka riječ gostiju iz susjedne sobe. Potpuno neuslovno! U sobi i kupatilu smo imali zohare. Objekat je sazrio za renoviranje, kupatila posebno. Dio osoblja namrgođen i neljubazan.

Desde los recepcionistas, Selcuk fue muy amable, hasta los camareros y el personal de limpieza son de 10. El desayuno estupendo.,hacen crepes y tortilla al momento,deliciosas.Limpieza de la habitación excelente. Habitación muy tranquila, camas cómodas.El wifi va como un tiro. La relación calidad precio es estupenda. Muy cerca del gran bazar y santa Sofía, mezquita azul. El tranvía está a una manzana Recomiendo este hotel 💯 Todo muy bien.

• Fahad (8/5): موقع رائع قريب من الترام و بوتيكات التسوق و فطور متنوع جميل . - قرب الأوتيل من الترام و الموقع كان جداً رائع في منطقه تسوق ليلي إسطنبول من اهم مناطق التسوق بالجمله و المفرد ، بشاشه موظفين الاستقبال و على رحب و سعه من التعاون ، الترام يبعد 3 دقايق مشي البوتيكات التسوق بكل مكان قريبه من الأوتيل . تم وضعي في غرفه لها رائحه تدخين بشعه و عندي أطفال و بعد التواصل مع موظفين الاستقبال تم تبديل الغرفه ل مكان آخر ما فيه رائحه دخان و شكراً لموظف الاستقبال للتعاون اسمه يافوس .

The chairs a - The rooms were cleaned everyday, sheets and new towels replaced daily. The location was great easily accessible to everything The WiFi on the first few days was non existent. It only started to work fairly normal only our last night there. The breakfast options were extremely weak. If you don’t eat eggs you don’t have much. The hotel is fairly old and in need of renovation but for the price and location it was a okay stay overall.

• Yasmine (8/5): - The location is exceptional 1min walk to tram 2mins to metro and walking distance to attractions. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Selçuk abi and Yavuz abi at the reception and to the beautiful woman with them, didn't catch her name unfortunately! The 3 of them are always smiling, greeting, and here to help with any questions or asks! The breakfast is varied and good. The people working there are super friendly as well. Thanks to the beautiful lady there who helped serving us some spices for our flu as we fell sick and to the beautiful woman who makes exceptional crepes for breakfast! Special thanks to Kenan abi as well who served us tea and coffee at the reception upon order. Calm nice hotel overall would visit it again. The slippers are very risky I do not recommend using them. I fell badly on the stairs behind the reception while heading to breakfast and got bruised real bad (still blue everywhere till now 10d later). The hotel really needs to consider changing them! The housekeeping (daily upon request) will make fix your bed and throw the trash only. nothing more. Small Water bottles (1 for each) are only served the first day. Would be nice to have it daily.

• Dimitrios (9/5): - Ein kleines gepflegtes Hotel, nahe der Universität und der Tramhaltestation Laleli. Die Gäste sind eine Mischung aus Geschäftsleute und Touristen, die eine preiswerte Unterkunft nicht weit vom Zentrum Sultanahmets benötigen. Mit der Tram ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, bei der Hagia Sophia und Blauen Moschee. Das Hotel besitzt ein Fahrstuhl (zu eng-nicht für Rollstuhl geeignet) und einen großen Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich mit viel Gemüse,Wassermelonen,Käse, Eierkuchen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Aussicht aus unserem Fenster war phänomenal! Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen (Badezimmer, Flure). Für Menschen die keinen Luxus benötigen, aber eine gute und saubere Unterkunft, ist das unwichtig. Der kurze Anstieg zur Tramhaltestation ist für gehbehinderte schwierig.
