My favorite part was the location -- SO convenient, walking distance to a lot of museums, trams, and the Vondelpark! The shower in my room was a bit small.

It's located in a quiet (but not dead) neighborhood very close to the museums and the largest park in the city. Our room, with a window opening to the garden was remarkably quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast delicious. Place also has a nice patio in the back. Shower had great pressure and drainage. The toilet paper was not the best. Pleased with literally everything else.

Mijn man miste de karnemelk hahha Maargoed je kun niet alles hebben. Het ontbijt was verder erg divers en erg lekker.

Huone viihtyisä, vaikka toki jo aikaa ja kulutusta nähnyt. Sijainti rauhallinen ja kätevä, jos jaksaa vähän kävellä tai kulkea julkisilla. Museoita, puistoja ja ruokakauppa muutaman korttelin päässä. Myös ravintoloita lähellä, jäivät meiltä tällä kertaa testaamatta. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleenkin!

- Andrew (8/5): A very pleasant boutique style hotel ideally located for the museum quarter. - The hotel is in a very pleasant neighbourhood close to Vondelpark and a short walk from both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. It is easy to reach by tram from Amsterdam Centraal Station. The buffet breakfast is excellent and staff always helpful. Our room was compact but well appointed and comfortable enough. Overall, a very nice boutique style hotel. Our room was on the small side for the price paid but was perfectly adequate for a short stay.

To be between the Museumplein and Vondelpark is my idea of paradise. The room was great- comfortable bed, hot shower, excellent use of space! Perhaps just the variety at breakfast, but honestly that is not a big deal. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

- Kristine (9/5): Cozy, friendly, perfect location in a quiet residential area. - Great location, within walking distance to the museums, shopping, and tram system. Quiet residential neighborhood. Great Italian restaurant across the street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t purchase the full breakfast package, but on our final morning, we were able to purchase coffee and pastries for a small fee. Definitely would stay again but perhaps on a higher floor. We had Room 1, right next to the reception desk, which was super convenient and surprisingly quiet. However, because we were on the ground floor, we couldn’t really leave our french doors open to get fresh air, so it got a little stuffy. I would imagine it would be very warm in the summer. The patio was gorgeous, and although not private, we rarely saw anyone else out there. There was a cat roaming around that really wanted to come in our room, so that was another reason to keep the doors closed. Other than that, we loved our stay. Staff was exceptional.
