• Jericho John (9/5): Will be my go to Barcelona stay - Great neighborhood location, markets, shopping, eats, exercise, close to ocean Cat smell maybe from previous guests .

• Dominika (10/5): - Idealna lokalizacja, apartament czysty, super wyposażona kuchnia. Obiekt wyjątkowo ciepły jak na tę porę roku ☺️ Wynajmujący niezwykle mili i pomocni.
• Sara (6/5): Air vicié mais emplacement sympa - L’emplacement était parfait, Mario était super gentil et serviable avec de très bonnes recommandations. L’air était vicié, humide ça sentait le moisi même les déshumidificateurs d’air n’arrangeaient pas l’odeur. La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre et mieux entretenue (mérite un rafraîchissement). La plaque à induction était cassée et l’une des clim ne fonctionnait pas.

• Ewelina (8/5): Idealny na wakacje z dziećmi - Blisko do plaży, wspaniała kameralna okolica, super plac zabaw obok. W apartamencie było wszystko do wygodnego mieszkania, nawet zabawki plażowe. Codziennie mieliśmy kuszący zapach cynamonek w pokoju z sąsiedniej modnej kawiarni. A obok wspaniała pizzeria, jedna z 50 najlepszych na świecie w rankingu. Najwyżej oceniamy Mario, który nas przywitał, wysłał przydatne linki, w trakcie pobytu szybko odpisywał. Dodatkowo wielki plus za taxi w cenie z lotniska! Jedyny minus to brak okien oraz zwiększona wilgoć.
• Andrii (7/5): В принципі непогано для співідношенян ціна/якість. - розташування непогане, біля моря. Поруч пішохідна зона з ресторанами, барами, супермаркетом. В оселі була велика вологість, були кондиціонери, але їх давно не чистили, містили плісняву, проте ьули осушувачі повітря.

• Karine (5/5): Nous aurions choisi un logement plus sain avec 2 jeunes enfants. - L'emplacement, tout près de la plage et à proximité de tout avec les bus, accueil très ponctuel et la personne de l'agence était très gentille. Le logement est très humide, la chambre en bas sentait la moisissure, presque pas de fenêtre, beaucoup de poussières pas nettoyées, le logement n'est pas très bien entretenu (accroche-serviettes qui tombent, sèche-serviettes qui ne fonctionne pas alors qu'on en aurait eu grand besoin car les serviettes ne séchaient pas seules...), beaucoup de marches (3 dans la salle de bain, 1 dans la pièce principale, plus l'escalier pour aller à l'étage). Logement pas adapté avec de jeunes enfants et très bruyant (on entend tous les voisins). Il y avait pleins de petits sachets pour absorber l'humidité ainsi que 2 machines électriques pour réduire l'humidité du logement, nous avons dû nous en servir quotidiennement. Ce ne sont pas des choses que nous avions envie de gérer en vacances avec 2 jeunes enfants. Egalement, les photos ne sont pas fidèles au logement, notamment la luminosité et l'état général.

• Klaudia Anna (9/5): Very nice apartment in good location - Very nice location - close to the sea, restaurants and shops around, but not too loud, and close to the metro. Apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful and responding quickly. There is dehumidifier and AC available. We enjoyed the stay and we can recommend the place :)

• Daniel (8/5): Great apartment for a short stay in a local area of Barcelona - Easy and effective communication with Mario, location is great, we had a bike with us and it was very handy that the apartment was ground floor, everyone had a separate comfortable bed, modern looking design Lack of natural light, drain in the bathroom was clogged, towel rail wasn't functioning and it was difficult to dry towels etc, booking requires deposit that should be covered by Booking than the individuals, bit noisy neighbours in the morning

• Stephanie (8/5): Modern loft by the beach with super nice host - You can walk to go at the beach (5-10min), there are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and bathroom is very modern and works well. Mario was super nice and welcoming, he gave us a lot of recommendations for things to see in Barcelona. The place is very humid, even though there is a dehumidifier. If you close the door of the bedroom downstairs it is hard to breath at night even with the AC on so we had to keep it open.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Amazing location - Amazing and comfortable duplex attached to the rambla of Poblenou and really close to the beach. Really quiet street, with lots of restaurants and tapas places all around. All facilities working well. All these at a reasonable price.

From the pictures is serms like a design studio, in reality it is an old house with a nice finishing touch. Shower is an old small space. Beds were not very comfortable; for that amount of money they could have invested an Ikea bed every year or so.

• Jarzynka (3/5): The Host blocks 200EUR deposi at arrival which has to be given back on departure. We were leaving at 8am and Mario aske - Location near the sea and in a nice street. Design of the flat Musty air. Its an old building below sea level ( like basement). Mini Windows stright at the wall and clotheslines over the closet, terrible view. No chance of the syn ever reaching the flat. You can see that hosta fight with the moiature, there are devices to remove the moiature. On arrival Mario pośrednictwo a full container of water from these draina into the sink. The moisture can be flet in the whole flat. It is very bad for health to breathe such air.

• Kinga (8/5): Wonderful time :-) - Clean & very cosy apartment. Close to the wonderful beach and different shops or restaurants. There was everything what you need on holidays :-). The owners care about the needs of their guests. Coffee machine was great :-). Despite small windows, the apartment was well lit inside. We spent very nice time. Thank you! The bathroom is well equipped but the water drains very slowly after each shower - I'm sure that the host will check that.

• Yo (9/5): Superb - We absolutely loved the location and Mario was great with lots of recommendations where to drink and eat! As cozy and comfortable as it is, there really isn't any natural light. But then again, we spent most of our time out and about!
• Anonymous (8/5): good value for money - the flat is very brand new, lots of kitchen appliances were used. we were very happy with the condition of the flat. the TV should be changed, it was impossible to connect to Netflix or Disney plus or amazon prime, which is bad for someone who does not speak spanish. the shower head wasnt working properly, however we managed to wash ourselves properly the AC wasnt working properly, even though there were portable ACs, the feeling at home was still very dry and hot at night.
