• Bulat (1/5): Welcome to the cockroach party 🎉🎉 - I have stayed at many hotels in Istanbul (more than 30), but this one left the absolute worst impression. Yes, the check-in was fast and hassle-free, but it turned out there were cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room (if you are squeamish about this kind of thing, you'd better skip reading the rest). For example, one of the cockroaches died right by the front door. Now, I’m a tough guy, and things like this don't easily scare me. But I almost gagged when, a couple of hours later, the dead roach was swarming with tiny ants trying to eat its remains, and a trail of ants stretched across the entire room. And this wasn't just some tiny, fingernail-sized bug. It was a massive cockroach, about the size of a finger (around 5 centimeters). I found the second cockroach right by the toilet. Would you use it in a situation like that? The third cockroach popped up right in front of my face as I was walking into the bathroom. It quickly scurried toward the shower, fell onto its back, and couldn't get up. All through the following night, it kept trying to flip over but failed, and then a fourth cockroach came to its rescue. Knowing that cockroaches had been crawling all over my stuff all night, I didn't take a single item from the bathroom, nor did I use the shower. I didn't say anything to the receptionist because moving to a different room wouldn't have helped — if there are cockroaches in one room, they are all over the building. So, my sincere advice is: if you don’t enjoy the company of cockroaches, do not choose this hotel. L'arnaque j'avais réservé une chambre avec kichenette balcon donant sur la rue je me suis retrouve avec une chambre a la cave . Le vrai nom de lhotel cest (Noviva) Et sur les site ecrit (royal pera taksim) dailleurs on vous donne la clefs avec porte clef( noviva) Des menteurs et la porte ne se ferme pas de l'exterieur avec clefs ca ses ferme avec fermeture comme des wc .don pas de securité.

But the staff changed our room as we booked triple, and the room was nice. I would not book underground room, but high rating given because of the nice gesture from the staff with no questions asked.

• Feyza (1/5): - This hotel was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets were dirty, and the blanket looked burned and worn out. There was a terrible smell in the room, especially coming from the bathroom, which was very unhygienic. Ants were everywhere, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The furniture was very old and poorly maintained. Due to these disgusting hygiene conditions, I was unable to sleep at all. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Artem (6/5): Персонал отличный! Это сглаживало впечатление об отеле. Завтрак оказался не плох. Месторасположение отличное, полно мага - Расположение. Близко к метро. Близко магазины, кафе, банки и т.д. В номере есть вайфай, горячая вода, балкон для курильщиков. Чистые полотенца и тапочки. Дороговато для этого отеля. Очень уставшие комнаты. Пахло сыростью, хоть и верхний этаж. Телевизор не имел каналов и программ. Постельное чистое - это плюс.

La posizione è l'unica nota positiva, ma non compensa il pericolo, la sporcizia e l'aggressività del personale Scrivo questa recensione per avvertire chiunque stia pensando di prenotare qui: state alla larga, è un posto pericoloso. Il nostro soggiorno si è trasformato in un incubo. ​Aggressione e problemi di sicurezza: Avevo prenotato regolarmente per due persone. Ho effettuato il check-in un giorno prima della mia ragazza. Al suo arrivo, un individuo che si trovava presso la struttura ci ha bloccato, sostenendo falsamente che lei non potesse entrare perché non avevamo fatto il check-in insieme lo stesso giorno. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni per questa regola inesistente, l'uomo è diventato estremamente aggressivo e ha iniziato a urlare. Quando ho preso il telefono per registrare la scena, mi ha aggredito fisicamente, prendendomi per il collo. Ne è nata una colluttazione che mi ha lasciato segni e ferite sul collo e ha terrorizzato la mia ragazza. ​Gestione inesistente: Quando abbiamo detto che avremmo chiamato la polizia, non hanno fatto una piega, rispondendo che non gli importava perché tanto la polizia non avrebbe fatto nulla, e ci hanno intimato di lasciare l'appartamento. ​Condizioni della camera: La stanza era minuscola, sporchissima e con muffa ovunque, senza alcun tipo di ricambio d'aria. Inoltre, c'era una fortissima puzza di fumo, nonostante fosse venduta come camera per non fumatori. ​Accessibilità: La camera si trova al secondo piano ed è raggiungibile solo tramite una scala a chiocciola strettissima e minuscola. Non c'è ascensore, il che rende un'impresa portare su valigie di dimensioni normali. ​La zona: Il quartiere è pessimo, assolutamente da evitare. La zona è palesemente frequentata da spacciatori e prostitute. ​Un'esperienza traumatica. Segnalerò l'accaduto non solo qui, ma anche all'assistenza clienti e alle autorità competenti..

Même le papier toilette n’était pas fourni correctement. Le ménage n’est pas fait, la chambre était sale à l’arrivée. La fenêtre était cassée alors que la chambre se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui pose un vrai problème de sécurité. On ne se sent pas en confiance. De plus, le Wi-Fi bloque plusieurs plateformes, ce qui rend impossible l’utilisation d’un ordinateur pour le travail. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement
