• Claudia (7/5): Cómoda y bien ubicada - La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, cerca de Taksim, desde donde parten varias líneas de metro. Además, hay muchas cafeterías chulas si caminas unos 5 minutos. La habitación en la que nos alojamos tenía unas vistas chulísimas al Bósforo, las camas eran cómodas y no había ningún tipo de ruido, perfecto para descansar. El servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear. Cuando entramos a la habitación, todavía estaban en la ducha los botes de champú del anterior huésped. Debajo de los muebles, el suelo estaba muy sucio. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es el número de personas que se alojan en el apartamento. La capacidad del nuestro era para 6 personas, pero en nuestro caso nos alojamos 4. El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones con camas dobles y dos sofás, pero el personal del alojamiento asumió que solo utilizaríamos las camas dobles y no preparó ningún sofá cama. Tras razonarlo en varias ocasiones con el personal de recepción, finalmente tuvimos que pagar 15€/noche por pedir sábanas y almohada para el sofá cama, algo que no nos gustó nada. Nosotros pensábamos que este servicio estaría incluido… A tener en cuenta si viajáis 4 personas y necesitaréis utilizar uno de los sofá camas.

A little renovation and refurbishment could definitely help. The jacuzzi didn’t work as it should for example, but still you could have a Bosporus view from the warm water, but without bubbles :)

• Shirley (1/5): Don’t Stay Here - Nothing It definitely is not the same property as shown in the photos. DO NOT stay here. The aircon didn’t work. It was mouldy, floor collapsing, bathroom in disrepair. One if the worst places I have stayed.
• Ivan (6/5): Schönen Aussicht in einem bis auf die Lage, nicht sehr zu empfehlendem Hotel. - Das Hotel ist zentral in Taksim und daher gut gelegen, kommen Sie aber lieber nicht mit dem Auto. Die Aussicht aus den oberen Stockwerken ist perfekt, wer das also genießen möchte und nicht zu penibel ist, der kann das Hotel gerne buchen, ich denke aber, dass es bessere ähnliche Unterkünfte gibt. Die Zimmer brauchen definitiv eine gründliche Renovierung, nicht nur die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, sondern auch natürlich der Jacuzzi (wieso man den dann als "Möbelstück" im Zimmer lässt, ist mir ein Rätsel). Es wurde auch nicht versucht es zu erklären. Ich denke, es ist der Dauerzustand. Natürlich kann man für den Preis kein Edelhotel erwarten, aber dennoch würde ich es nicht wieder buchen. Wer seine Ansprüche runterschraubt, wird es aber aushalten können.

The staff are very helpful in general, particularly Mr. Servet. They were quite responsive to some maintainance-related inconveniences. Beds were very wide and quite comfortable. The elevator does not reach at the lobby level so we had to take the stairs to the first level. No microwave or ironing table or machine. The safe box was out of order so we weren't able to use it to keep our valuables. The owner abd staff have to give more attention to cleaning and mainrainance.

• Ricardo (2/5): This property offers a risk property scamming. Issues with Wifi and Toilet. - The location was as expected and close to restaurants and key touristic areas. The property manager tried to scam us with a lower class type of apartment, and refused to solve the problem. They did not acknowledge the mistake and only after heavy complaining they offered a partial solution. The property had wifi issues, the showers were partially broken, and the bathroom had a leak. As a heavy user of Booking's services, I recommend this property to be delisted as scam should not be tolerated.

• Polyanichko (9/5): - Отличное расположение и прекрасный вид из окна. Доброжелательный персонал. Номер не первой свежести, особенно когда джакузи стоит в углу комнаты, а на полу ламинат. И понятно его текущее состояние:) ну и душевую колонку я бы тоже заменил:)
• DMITRII (2/5): Обман персонала испортил все впечатление - Вид из окна Мошеннические действия руководства. Прошло уже 3 месяца и до сих пор не вернули аванс за номер 30% оплаченный еще год назад. Взяли 100% наличкой за проживание

• Barbara (4/5): nem tiszta - Környék és a kilátás szuper volt szállás nagyon sok hiba van benne, penészes a fürdő, és csepegett a fal is több helyen a szobában be volt ázva büdös volt és szerintem a kanapét sem tisztították ki évek óta :(
• Gavran (2/5): Wrong decision, our money got stolen by property - Amazing view, good location The service and hotel administration was terrible. They charged us 2500 TL extra in the name of inflation, although we had already fully paid before coming. They charged my credit card 20 days before the day they supposed to (and already 20 EUR more), and booking said it was okay but not usual. So instead of 792 EUR we payed more than 800 EUR at begining and then in shock they forced us to pay almost 100 EUR more in cash in Hotel and they refused to give a receipt. They refused for 5 days and claimed they will send us receipt in e-mail which they didnt. I came with my family so I did not have choice of leaving as we already payed. Room service was poor, and you should call them to come as if this is some sort of favor. For four days, they came only one time to clean. One window was cracked, the bathroom paper holder was outside the wall. Buidling itself seems hazardous; air conditioning wires are popping from the wall, and then it leaks at night. I felt insecured and trying to not touch anything so they dont trick me. Unpleasant stay that stole our money and made Turkey look worse then it is.

• FAISAL (7/5): كانت الاقامه جيدة لكن ينصح للشباب اكثر من العوائل - اطلالته ع البسفور الدرج صغير المصعد صغير لا يوجد فطور صباحي سعره مرتفع
• Ihar (6/5): 6 из 10. Отличное расположение, очень убитый номер (хотя на фото "все отлично") - Отлично расположение, 3-5 минут до площади Таксим и Истикляля. Рядом несколько неплохих кафешек, небольшой магазин. Баланс "ожидание vs впечатление" ужасный. На фотках все смотрелось очень прилично. Вживую же... Номер - очень потрепанный (протертые полы и стены), давно просит ремонта. Ряд вещей держится на "супер-клее и синей изоленте" - например унитаз стоит на каком-то гвоздике/металлическом стержне (и каждый раз замираешь в ожидании - не полетишь ли вместе с ним). За окном крыша - заваленная мусором, окурками, тряпками (и всем что (судя по всему) выкидывают из окон)
