- Chaim (8/5): I recommend this property in Shkodër. - Clean, quiet, safe, in center of city, helpful staff, simple but adequate breakfast. The room available for lowest price is very small but the area is clearly stated and the price is indeed low.

- Frederic (10/5): Super hôtel bien placé du centre - Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hôtel super 👍 Bien placé du centre à pied Parking pour la voiture devant L' accueil et personnel très sympa Hôtel bien propre avec terrasse et cour privée Restaurant dedans ou terrasse Le gérant à votre écoute tout le temps. Nous sommes tombés en panne de batterie,il c est occupé de tout appeler l' agence de location voiture et c est occupé de nous changer la batterie avec l aide de son papa à la retraite très débrouillard. Bref vraiment f une gentillesse Merci encore pour l aide Fred

Staff speaks good English and both gals at the reception are very nice.Especially the one in the afternoon. She always smile to me when I pass by and say hi. Size of the room is a bit small. And the traffic outside in the early morning.

What truly elevated the quality of my stay, however, were Poli and Edona. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made my visit exceptional and are the reason why I will continue choosing this hotel for my future — and frequent — trips to Shkodër. - james (10/5): Excellent hotel with friendly staff close to everything in Shkoder. - Hotel Treva is very conveniently located within 10 minutes walk from the bus station, the city centre and best bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast and I love the courtyard garden for relaxing with a drink. Most importantly, all the staff were friendly and helpful making this a wonderful stay. I will certainly book Hotel Treva when I return to the marvellous city of Shkoder. Reading light or lamp would be good as can be a bit bright with the lights on. But otherwise, everything was perfect.

The Bar/Lounge service was very good, w an excellent atmosphere of the patio/garden thru the French doors. Thanks! TV set not functional for 2 1/2 of my 3 days visit, a “Network” issue, no one came for repair or re-set.

- Ivona (9/5): A great place to spend some time in Shkoder - This was our 3 rd time in Treva. That tells it all. The hotel was undergoing a change of “hands”, however, it was the same. We had a small room with a balcony. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. All worked well. Breakfast is good, they make a great coffee and we liked the staff who have been there for several years . We left some things in the hotel as we were coming back from the mountain and the staff was all changed. So who knows how it will be. Sometimes the changes are not for the best but we wish them good luck. The hotel is very central so close to everywhere.

- Rebekka (8/5): - Ich wollte einen Tagesausflug nach Theth machen. Das Personal hat dann abgeklärt und mir eineä 12 Euro-Ticket verkauft, sodass ich mit einem 'Holper'-bus nach Theth fahren konnte. Abfahrtort war 9 Gehminuten vom Hotel um 7.00 Uhr. Deshalb hat mir die Unterkunft ein Frühstück-to-go gemacht. Was ich herausfand: 12 Euro ist für einen Weg. Man braucht also zwei Tickets für hin und zurück. Ich wurde nie aufgefordert zu zahlen. Bei der Schlüsselabgabe erwähnte ich es. Ich musste dann mit meinem letzten Bargeld die Unterkunft zahlen, da die Kartenmaschine kaputt war... Ich buchte ein Einzelzimmer. Hab direkt eine Nachricht erhalten, dass es dieses nicht mehr gibt. Da ich anschliessend nichts mehr gehört habe, erhielt ich ein Dreibettzimmer für mich alleine. Zum gleichen Preis, weil der Fehler bei ihnen lag.:)

Desconec si hi havia algun problema informàtic o de personal però em va donar la sensació que a recepció no sabien ni que teniem una reserva ni quant havíem de pagar. I no van ser xapaços de donsr indicacions mínimes de què fer a Shkodër, lo de pagament en efectiu en un hotel és molt cutre. I el bufette esmorzar millorable.

È comunque una buona colazione.

The entire property was sparkling clean. The garden is an absolute gem and peaceful place for a drink. Breakfast was nice and most of all the coffee they serve is fresh and tastes fantastic 😍. I totally recommend the place for any type of traveler coming to Shkodra since the service is top and the location is perfect for any thing you need: old town, restaurants, bus stations, etc.
