- Margarethe (6/5): You are booking a Restaurant - not a Hotel. - Nice scenery with a gorgeous view, pretty rooms, good breakfast, a pool&sauna - this "hotel" has so much potential, unfortunately their focus lies only on the restaurant and not the hotel guests. Cold shower. No additional towels for the spa area (we wanted to ask for fresh ones, but hotel & reception were already closed in the evening). They use their own exchange rate, so when we asked to pay the room in local LEK we ended up paying 5% more than the Euro value we booked @booking. Invoice from restaurant was wrong by 20€, which we had to find out on our own afterwards. At breakfast the Cappuchino from the good portafilter coffee maschine had to be payed additionally. Basically everything had to be payed on the spot: room at check-in, lunch right after, etc... I would kind of expect at a place like this to be able to pay all at checkout (which we were able to do at all the other hotels/homestays). You are also not allowed to eat leftover food from their restaurant in your room/balcony - they want you to order and pay again. All in all I really missed the warmth and hospitality which we encountered in so many albanian places, which makes it then easier to look over small unpleasantries - and the cold shower at the end of the day was the final disappointment.

Ich denke die Bäder und gewisse Ausstattungen des Zimmers hätten eine Renovierung langsam verdient. Trotzdem ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis!

- Alison (9/5): Fantastic stay - Great hotel , staff were very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Children loved the table tennis and pool table and visiting the animals outside. Food in the hotel was excellent. Our room was a little dated, noticed a lot of the rooms looked like they had been recently upgraded though.
- caroline (9/5): Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble grâce à l’emplacement et la beauté des chambres - Hôtel merveilleusement situé avec vue sur les montagnes et le château, le personnel était agréable, la nourriture était bonne. N’hésitez pas à prendre les plats recommandés. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible. Le pain était dur, pas de céréales, pas assez de choix. Nous étions dans la chambre 108 juste à côté des compteur d’eau donc très bruyante. La musique de l’hôtel va très fort donc pour dormir pas facile.

- Nicole (8/5): Super uitzicht, prima kamer. - Prachtig uitzicht over de rivier. Heerlijke sauna en zwembad. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Kort stukje rijden naar Shkoder (stad en meer). Ontbijt was 2 dagen exact hetzelfde (wordt aan je tafel uitgeserveerd), prima voor 2 dagen, maar als je er langer bent, wellicht wat eentonig. s avonds om 23 a 24 nog veel geluid van vertrekkende gasten van restaurant. Ook de andere kamers best gehorig.

Un grand merci tout particulier à l’un des serveurs, qui a fait preuve d’une attention et d’une gentillesse remarquables envers nous. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. C’est rare de rencontrer un service aussi attentionné, et nous lui en sommes sincèrement reconnaissants. L’hôtel en lui-même est très confortable, les chambres sont soignées et l’ensemble de l’établissement dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse. De plus, la situation face au lac est tout simplement magnifique — un cadre idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et espérons avoir le plaisir d’y revenir prochainement. - Saskia (8/5): - Mooie ligging, leuk zwembad, vriendelijke receptionist, lekker eten, fijn dat een meeneemontbijt mogelijk was toen we heel vroeg naar Shalariver vertrokken. Het personeel in het restaurant: de oudere lange man was wel vriendelijk en correct. De jongere kelners echter vonden filmpjes op hun gsm duidelijk veel belangrijker dan klanten laten afrekenen/ bestellingen opnemen. Wij hadden een kamer waarvan de badkamer echt wel gedateerd was en die een sterke putjeslucht verspreidde.

La piscine était incroyable avec le Jaccuzi - La piscine chauffée, le grand lit, les rideaux occultants, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, la vue, la proximité du centre en voiture. Le chocolat au lait pour mon fils était payant pour le petit déjeuner et on entend beaucoup les gens parler dans leur chambre.

- Aniko AJ (10/5): Don't skip this place - Everything was perfect. We had a nice stay for our anniversary. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring a balcony with a fantastic view, and the pool was fantastic; we spent many hours swimming (the pool is warm, as it is closed with glass, and can be used in the winter, with a great view). The food is fresh, homemade and with quality ingredients. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, with home grown eggs, both fried and cooked, dry meat, cheese, vegetables, traditional fried dough with jams and honey, and traditional cake. We cannot wait for another opportunity to return, and bring our friends and family.

- Damir (10/5): - The room was spacious, the receptions and all other staff were very polite and helpful, they speak good English. The view is nice, there is private parking. The food in the restaurant was good.

Piscine chauffée et couverte top pour le mois d'octobre avec le sauna. Monsieur a l'accueil très serviable Juste le bruit du frigo qui était un peu gênant la nuit.

Dans La chambre 105, on entendait les voisins parler assez fort mais ils n’ont rien faits d’autre, ouf.

- Dana (10/5): מלון מהמם, אוכל טעים ונוף משגע - מעבר לכל הציפיות שלנו! מלון עם נוף מטורף מהחדרים ומהמסעדה המאוד טעימה, יש בריכה מקורה מאוד יפה (היינו באוקטובר אז היה כבר קר) סאונה , חדר משחקים עם בילארד ופינג פונג. באיזור המלון יש לבעלים חווה עם חיות ובוסתנים מהממים ואפילו גן שעשועים נחמד לילדים. המלון שהכי נהננו בו מכל אלבניה! ממליצים בחום הכל היה מושלם

- Leo (7/5): Mooi verblijf op prachtige locatie - De locatie is prachtig, helaas niet op loopafstand van stad of andere bezienswaardigheden. Je kunt er prima eten en drinken voor hele nette prijzen met een prachtig uitzicht Eerste ochtend zijn we al heel vroeg vertrokken en hebben we een ontbijtje mee gekregen. Daar werden we niet heel blij van. De volgende ochtend ontbijt buffet. Prima in orde.
