• Silvio (8/5): Istanbul è una città fantastica. Far fase in questa struttura è il massimo - La posizione, lo staff e la colazione Un solo ascensore impone delle lunghissime attese, soprattutto nelle ore di maggior utilizzo, come per esempio la colazione

Purtroppo c’è un solo ascensore e in alcuni orari, come per la colazione e il check out, si possono creare dei lunghi tempi di attesa. Anche le pulizie non sono ottime, sebbene gli asciugamani vengano cambiati quotidianamente.
• Branza (9/5): foarte frumos, dar foarte frig si ploaie pentru perioada in care am fost 01-04 mai 2026 - Amplasare hotelului foarte buna, langa obiective si marele bazar, metrou, tranvai, etc., mic dejun -ok 1. Daca ajungi in Istambul cu avionul este ok, Hotelul nu are parcare (am luat aici crezand ca gasim o parcare in apropiere, personalul hotelului informandu-ne ca sunt parcari cu plata), numai ca parcarile au fost pline, noi avand si un Ford Turneo mai mare de 9 locuri si personalul hotelului nu nea ajutat deloc. Dupa cateva ore de plimbat dupa parcare unde nu am gasit, nea ajutat seful unui restaurant unde am mancat pe langa hotel (aceiasi parcare din apropiere), cu cinstea de rigoare, dar macar am rezolvat problema. 2. Avand camera la etajul 1, se aude foarte tare galagia facuta la receptie de persoanele care asteapta, intra sau ies din hotel (zici ca sunt langa usa ta), precum si galagia din strada (ferestrele nu sunt foarte bine izolate)

• Slavka (10/5): Top lokacija udoben in čist hotel - To je najboljša lokacija za bivanje v Istanbulu. Vse znamenitosti so na dosegu "nog" in metro postaja je tik ob hotelu. Čeprav je v opisu sob izolacija se ponoči zelo močno sliši vse iz sosednjih sob.

• costantina (8/5): E' stata un'esperienza bellissima da ripetere al più presto. - Personale gentile e disponibile sempre sorridente. Camera bellissima con vista sul mare, sempre pulita e accogliente. La posizione centrale dell'hotel permette di muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici per visitare la città. La fermata della metro per il centro a pochi passi ti permette di raggiungere i musei e i monumenti più importanti come Santa Sofia e la Basilica Cisterna. Inoltre ci sono negozi e ristoranti con ampia scelta gastronomica tutti intorno all'Hotel. La sera si possono fare passeggiate oppure osservare il panorama dalla terrazza dell'ultimo piano (mozzafiato).

• figen kubra nur (1/5): Ik heb niet me zin gehad. - Helemaal niks, ik ben niet geaccepteert in de nacht, omdat ik een turkse id kaart heb laten zien. En de manager die over boekingen ging die sliep en ik werd weggestuurt, omdat ik een turkse id. Ik werd niet toegelaten terwijl ik betaalt heb.

У нас было два номера - удобные, очень чистые. Окна выходили на улицу, но улица спокойная. Завтраки понравились - и меню большое, и вкусно приготовлено. Особенно хочется выделить персонал: внимательный, приветливый, ответственный. Любой вопрос решают быстро. У нас было пару проблем, которые не относятся к вопросам гостиницы, но администратор помог разобраться и решить. Всем советую эту гостиницу

• Loveesing (10/5): Great vacation - Hotel staff were very friendly and so helpful. They advised how to travel by metro and tram, also provide sim card and taxi services. They also advise directions of destinations. It felt magical staying in the city of Istanbul.

• Francisco (4/5): If I hadn't paid in full at check in I would have looked for a different hotel the next day. - The hotel is in a very good location, right in the centre of everything. Staff at reception were very polite. First thing when we booked we specifically asked for two rooms on the same floor. I was given the 6th and my brother the 1st floor, then was told to check in the morning if there was rooms on the same floor. My room on the 6th had a very strong smell of cigarettes that it gave me an instant headache. They were very understanding and gave me a different room on the 1st floor, which kind of irritated me as that could have been done at the start. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but acceptable I guess. The pillows in my brother's room didn't have any pillowcases so I had to give him one from my room. Breakfast is nothing compared to the pictures. For the 5 nights all I had was bread with butter and jam with a watered coffee. The rest is not really targeted for international guests so was very disappointing.

• Drazen (4/5): Disappointing - It is close to the all important things for us. The room was very small, bad also very small. Bathroom is old and dirty. The walls are moldy and water leaks from the shower and toilet. Should be much better for such price. Will not come back!

• Khalida (8/5): Its good hotel but we need to make some changes - I liked the location, noisy area, but there is everything you need nearby. The staff tried to help me, especially with heating... unfortunately, there are problems with this. I arrived for a few days and the first 2 days I was uncomfortable because there were cold batteries, it's not good at all when the weather outside the window is cool and it's raining. I have no questions for the staff, they tried in every possible way to help especially Isa, Batu and the manager (I don't know his name) helped to solve everything at the same time. Breakfast is delicious, good serving as in many hotels. Maybe I'll come again on sunny days) Check the batteries in all rooms,Refresh by repair

• Afaq (4/5): Okay - I liked that the lady came every day to clean up the room And make it look nice. The AC doesn't work and is not even powerful enough. The staff apart from the manager are not really bothered, don’t even reply when you greet them and are no help at all. I needed some quiet space and asked for a spare room for an hour and was not provided.
