• Bianco (10/5): Excellent position - The property is in an excellent, very strategic location, making it easy to get around without really needing Google Maps. You can comfortably head either south or north and find all the services you might need along the way. If you continue south, you’ll reach the city’s main museums, such as the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. If you go north instead, you can explore other interesting parts of the city. Overall, the location is ideal and allows you to do pretty much anything with ease. The owner, Mario, is very kind and welcoming.

• Tomas (9/5): - Location can not be beat. The building is old but in a very charming "old-Amsterdam" way. Our room was on the top floor and had an incredible view of the main street below. We had no issues, but the stairs are steep so it may be difficult for some to carry their luggage up. There was also trash in the nightstand leftover from the previous stay.

Merci au personnel pour sa bienveillance. - Lits confortables, hôtel très très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! Et le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis. Les escaliers sont assez raides mais c’est le charme d’Amsterdam.

• Duan (10/5): Thank you Mario for the attention and support during the day. - Mario was really nice and kind. The hotel is like to live in an actually Dutch house. You can feel the experiences. Towels and sheets, there too old, but it didn’t matter to me because I was prepared for something like this hehe.

• Simone (6/5): Centralissimo e strategico, ma non per tutti. - La posizione è ottima, dato che la via dove è ubicata la struttura è una parallela alla Damrak, che collega la stazione centrale a piazza Dam, che dista dall'hotel solo 300 metri; a 200 metri c'è un grosso supermercato (catena Albert Heijn) dove poter fare spesa, mentre La stazione è a soli 10 minuti. Staff molto cordiale. Non è una struttura per gente schizzinosa, la pulizia non esiste, anche se i bagni e le docce in comune erano accettabili. Se non siete abituati agli sforzi fisici, evitate gli ultimi due piani, perché le scale sono tante e molto ripide.

• Schofield (2/5): - It is good location but outside of that I don’t have much else to say that’s positive. Rooms are not the cleanest and same with the bathrooms. Had to pay a €20 key deposit in cash that I couldn’t get back since I couldn’t make it to reception during the one hour they were open on the morning I was leaving. Also be prepared for steep skinny stairs, staying on the top floor was less than ideal.

La personne à l'accueil (ou gérant) paraît de bonne volonté mais la réception n'est pas forcément ouverte aux horaires indiqués.

• Luna Olmo (1/5): Very poor hygiene conditions - The location as it was close to the city centre The accommodation was in very poor and unsanitary condition, posing a risk to health and safety. The actual state of the property did not match the description or photos shown on the platform, which constitutes a serious breach of the service provided. I was forced to remain at the hotel only because there were no affordable alternative accommodations available in the area. The place was smelly, we found bedbugs, chewing gums and snots in the room. The 2 out of the 3 sheets had stains, furthermore the mattress was uncomfortable and also had stains (money). The towels provided and the shower were dirty and it had strong smell. I also asked 3 times for a hairdryer and the owner constantly said “a customer has it. Due to the severity of the hygiene and maintenance issues, the stay was not fit for purpose.

El personal amable La limpieza, lamentablemente la limpieza parecía que no existía, camas sucias, con manchas, incluso el colchón debajo de la sábana tenía pequeñas pelotas negras que hasta el momento desconocemos que eran. El alojamiento queda perfecto para pasar una noche o dos como máximo, para un fin de semana completo no lo recomiendo.
