• Marte (5/5): Best selling point was the cheaper price and the location - Close to everything, walking distance to everything Bed was rly hard to sleep on, and there was 30000 stairs. Tv did not work properly. Otherwise it was fine!

• Anton (10/5): - Very close to the Center and all attractions. Clean and nice room. Grate service and support. Can keep luggage for latter time But....the staircase is very narrow and steep. No elevator. It is not a place for travelers with la lot and large luggage.

• Melanie (6/5): Por el precio que pague, estuvo muy bien. - La habitacion era exactamente igual a las fotos asi que ya sabia a lo que ibamos. Estaba muy limpio y la cama estaba comoda. El acceso al lugar fue rapido y me permitieron dejar el equipaje antes sin costo extra, lo cual fue muy bueno. En el bano, la ducha no tiene borde por lo que todo el agua se riega y es muy incomodo. Adicionalmente, la llave del lavabo en el bano disparaba afuera del lavadero, por lo que todo el agua se regaba tambien.

• Jeroen Verboven (5/5): Zeer basic kamer, recht in centrum Amsterdam - Locatie is vlag bij historisch centrum. Je kan van daaruit makkelijk overal naartoe wandelen of de tram nemen. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer eenvoudige kamer. Deur van badkamer ging maar 1/3 open door het bed. Weinig ventilatie in badkamer. Handdoek werd niet vervangen en bed niet opgemaakt tijdens de 2 dagen. Zeer stijle trappen in hotel, niet voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn. Baggage kan alleen onbewaakt achter gelaten worden in gedeelde zaal

Manglet lyspærer, 2 av 3 på badet og 1 av 3 på rommet. Vindu lot seg ikke lukke. Ingen frokost, men det var jeg klar over. Meget bratte trapper og ingen heis.

La ducha no tenía soporte, o sea con una mano te enjabonabas y con la otra agarrabas la ducha. De la escalera no diré nada porque todo Amsterdam es igual, pero tiene muy poca accesibilidad para personas adultas y ni hablar si tiene que subir maletas grandes.

Sali corriendo, suerte que siempre reviso las camas al llegar. El baño olía muy mal al igual que las instalaciones en general y las escaleras para subir son horribles

• Nene (3/5): Nie wieder. Das ist kein Hotel. - Das einzige, das gut ist an diesem Hotel, ist die zentrale Lage. Das Hotel verdient den Namen Hotel gar nicht. Es ist eher eine Absteige. Es ist dreckig. In den Fluren. Im Treppenhaus. Im Zimmern. Im Bad. Es ist in schlechtem Zustand und die Streicharbeiten sind sehr dilettantisch durchgeführt (Türrahmen teilweise mit Wandfarbe überstrichen). Vereinzelt hängen die Deckenlampen nicht richtig und die Verkabelung zeigt sich. Es gibt Schleif-Spuren an den Wänden vom Hin- und Herschieben der Betten und Möbelstücke. Es war nicht geputzt. Überall lagen Haare und dicker Staub. Der Fernseher und die TV-Box waren an der Wand installiert und die Kabel hinten einfach in der Luft. Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen und die Dusche ist falsch konzipiert, so dass der ganze Badezimmerboden voll Wasser steht nach dem Duschen. Außerdem ist der Duschkopf alt und kaputt und der Wasserdruck sehr spärlich.
• Shay (7/5): Simple cheap room with a decent balcony. - Nice view from the balcony (ignoring the roadworks), good location everything you need close by. Staff were nice, couldn’t complain too much especially when it was quite cheap. Light in the bathroom is on a really short sensor if you don’t keep moving it turns off. Stairs on the way up to the rooms are really dark could use some lighting up as the stairs are hard enough to walk up anyway.

• Lilibeth (4/5): I would not go back to this hotel again, it was an unclean experience and hard to access even for able-bodies. The lack - The location was decent, it was super central and easy to walk around. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and had smiling faces. SOO many things I did not like this property. 1. No lift - that was okay as it was already stated prior to booking. But we were on the fourth floor, the stairs are super narrow and steep so going down with baggage felt super dangerous even for able bodies. 2. Unclean - Even though the beds were made, there was a singular stale french fry (or chip) on the bedside table that was not from our stay, an empty ketchup container and an empty water bottle. It was evident that it was NOT cleaned prior to us staying there. Our beds were also unmade when we came back, even though we moved all our personal belongings out of the way. Our family felt super unclean and unhygienic everytime we walked into the room. 3. Pricing did not justify the stay - The room itself was super expensive! Even though it was at the centre of Amsterdam the amenities did not do it justice. For almost €400/night ($700 CAD/night), no lift, no cleaning, uncleaned room to begin with, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERING and no breakfast it did not seem like a great price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s has been give so many noises every night, rather to say the whole day, like someone is drilling the whole time, like moving chairs and furniture above us. We couldn’t sleep well. A huge disappointment . The facilities like shower : so many molds all over the the bathroom. Scale ripide e strettissime ( due rampe) per arrivare in camera. Abat jour non funzionante. Nessun armadio nessun cassetto per i vestiti, solo un attaccapanni con 3 grucce.

Během pobytu topení sálalo v noci i ve dne a teplota nešla regulovat, v pokoji bylo velké teplo, nedalo se vyvětrat, špatně se spalo. V koupelně stále svítilo světlo a běžel ventilátor.
