• Анастасия (10/5): Хороший отель с шикарным видом из окна - Отель с шикарным видом на город. Удобное месторасположение, до трамваем, станции метро и фуникулера можно дойти пешком. Интересный интерьер. В номере очень тепло, 2 комнаты. Были 2 взрослыми и ребёнком, всего хватило. Для большего количества людей номер будет тесноват. Не помешал бы раскладной стол и пара стульев для обеда. Не всегда стабильная температура воды, иногда была прохладная.

• Arwa Gh (3/5): - The only good thing about this place is the location The rooms are verrrrry old need alot of maintenance, walls are broken, curtains are ripped off, lights are not working, the hot water is not available, no room service whatsoever we have asked them for that on daily basis but they don’t respond, the ACs don’t work, the bathroom smells so bad basically nothing is good in this place and they deserve below zero as rating

• KAORI (9/5): OK. - キッチンと洗濯機付きでイスティクラル通りからすぐという、リピーターや時間に余裕のある旅行者にはうれしいタイプのホテル。今回は使用しなかったが、簡単な料理をする設備と道具はひととおりそろっていた。連泊でお掃除を入れなくても、フロントで新しいタオルをもらうことができる。ソファベッドの寝心地も悪くなかった。 バルコニーの窓が開閉しづらい。バルコニーに置いてあるイスが壊れていた。湯沸かし器が遠いのか、お湯が出るまでに結構長い時間水を出しっぱなしにしなければならなかった（待てば出た）。夜、ときどき窓の下の道を大音量の音楽をかけて通過する車がいた。

В отеле понравилось все. Не понравился шум с улицы, отель в этом не виноват, но спать невозможно. (это пишут почти во всех отзывах)

• Elisaveta (5/5): It’s good that our child could fit on a non-folding sofa - The location of the hotel is great! It is a little further from the noisy Istiklal, but at night cars drive under the windows with loud music. Soundproofing is not very good. Both rooms have air conditioning. The room is dirty, the sofa does not fold out (an adult cannot lie down at full height) + there is a huge burnt hole in the sofa. The electricity was periodically cut off in the hotel. The hot water is not always hot - several times only cold water flowed.

Мы так и хотели, чтобы до основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В общем, расположение замечательное. Персонал плохо понимал по английски, но с переводчиком все получилось. На этаже по два номера, мы бронировали два номера рядом на этаже. В каждом спальня с двуспальной кроватью и гостиная с одним или двумя раскладными диванами. В гостиной кухня, чайник, холодильник, микроволновка. В основном пользовались лифтом, но есть винтовая лестница. Все понравилось. В самом отеле все замечательно, но на улицах, конечно, довольно грязно, но это уж такая видимо особенность, потому что гостей города очень много.

Dans l'ensemble, l'équipement de la chambre est confortable et propre. Les fenêtres ferment mal et le bruit de la rue passe comme si on était directement dans la rue. La nuit, c'est impossible de dormir, les voitures mettent la musique à fond et il y a énormément de bruit. Une rénovation des fenêtres permettraient de bloquer un peu le bruit et rendrait le logement bien plus agréable. Un passage de plus du ménage serait la bienvenue. Un seul passage en une semaine. La réception pourrait être plus accueillante, un simple bonjour aurait été agréable.

• Marc (6/5): - Bel appartement dans le centre de la ville. Peu d’accueil à mon arrivée de la part du jeune homme qui ne semblait pas très intéressé. Je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude le premier soir pour prendre une douche. La rue est bruyante.

Плита с огромным сколом, работает только одна сторона. Нет мусорного ведра на кухне. Нет капсул для стиральной и посудомоечной машин, а покупать целые упаковки на пару дней не выгодно. Нет губки и средств для мытья посуды. Нет сковороды для жарки яиц. Нет большого ножа. Полотенца требуют замены, они чистые, но с дырками. Очень шумно за окнами. Занавески ОЧЕНЬ грязные, пыльные и с пятнами, неприятно прикасаться.

Номера старые и жить не приятно. Как я мог так поверить рейтингу хорошему. Если вам комфортно жить в сарае за 80€ в день то окей.

Location was great in terms of closeness to the city center, Taksim square 5 minutes walking, but the location was also terrible in therms of comfort - Extremely noisy. I’m taking screaming, cars, sirens, police, drunks, dogs, you name it- we heard it! Closeness to the center has its good and bad sides of course. It is not the place where you can have proper rest. Plan for noise cancelling headphones if you’re are sensitive to the noise when wanting to sleep.

• Samet (8/5): Over all a good place to stay but it needs some work done. - -The Staff is really helpful and nice. -They do provide housekeeping every second day and the housekeeper does her job well. -The air conditioning works perfectly. -location is very good and central and well connected with the public transport. -the bed was really comfortable and clean. - it has a lift/elevator. This review is about room 201 only. I have no idea about the other rooms maybe they do have different facilities. - there is a washing machine in the room - which is good- to do the laundry but there’s nothing to dry the laundry. - The room has a kitchenette but there is no any proper table to sit and eat. There are two sofas in the room which I think one of them could be replaced with a table and two chairs. Also there was no any trash can available for the waste from cooking. I personally didn’t cook but it could be relevant to the people who wants to cook. - they do have double glass windows but due to the weak seal it’s unfortunately not soundproof. I did use earplugs to be able to sleep. The street is extremely noisy until late in the morning. - they do not have a lobby to hang out with visitors or friends. -smoking is allowed in the rooms therefore there’s a smoke odour in the room. As a none smoker that has disturbed me. -the bathroom needs a better lighting it’s quite dark with the lights on.

Есть кухонный уголок, всё работает. Замечательный вид из окна. Отель расположен рядом с улицей Истикляль, где можно гулять круглый день. Идеальное соотношение цена/качество. Номер немного "уставший". Например, на электрической плите не видны цифры уровня мощности нагрева. На диване есть прожженные дырки от сигарет (но они закрыты пледом). Ночью под окном периодически проезжают машины с громкой музыкой, хотя нам это не мешало.

It appeared that a staff member was using the room for cigarette breaks when I was out, which spoiled my stay. The apartment (Deluxe Double Room) I booked was large and well-designed, featuring some traditional Turkish style elements. Since I was on the 4th floor (unit #401), the apartment was very bright, with plenty of natural daylight, and I had a spectacular view of Istanbul. The 4th-floor location also helped reduce street noise; when the windows were closed, I heard almost no sounds, and even with the windows open, the noise level wasn't too bad and didn't bother me much. The small kitchen in the apartment was a plus - it had a dishwasher, microwave, spacious refrigerator, and other necessary kitchen amenities. It was also nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. The bed was soft and very comfortable. There was plenty of closet space to store things. The Wi-Fi worked fast throughout my entire stay. The housekeeper did a nice job cleaning the apartment. The hotel has a great location, very close to Taksim Square and right next to Istanbul's main shopping promenade. I also want to mention the very friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were available 24/7. The rate I paid for my stay - €47 per night - was reasonable for the overall experience at the hotel. «-» My apartment was not in the best shape - there were lots of scratches and even a few big holes on the walls. Plus, some furniture was in very bad condition. Some electrical outlets in the walls were broken, especially the one in the kitchen; it completely fell apart, so it was impossible to turn on the electric kettle to boil water. By the way, the kettle was very dusty and rusty. The kitchen stove looked disgusting, with some parts showing rust. The washing machine was very simple and outdated, with no option to dry clothes. Plus, there was no dryer in the apartment. There was also no drying rack to hang and dry clothes. Additionally, no washing detergent was provided by the hotel. The sofa in the living room looked nasty, with a lot of dirt marks all over it. The TV in the living room was very small and outdated. I didn't like the pillows on the bed very much; they felt uncomfortable. There were two air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the bedroom - but the one in the living room didn't work. It blew cool air for a short time, then stopped working altogether. The bathroom was very tiny, with a small, uncomfortable shower stall and a low, uncomfortable toilet. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bathroom amenities were of very cheap quality and smelled awful. If they fix all these issues, the apartment will be a great place to stay!

• Alyona (9/5): Приятные хороший отель , в следующий приезд вернулась бы туда ! - Прекраснейший вид на Босфорский залив из спальни ! чистое постельное белье ( с приятным запахом ) и в целом чистота номера , удобный матрас , месторасположение отличное , центральное , но не шумное , спалось прекрасно ! Наличие лифта в отеле . Дверь на балконе была сломана , очень сложно было ее открывать и закрывать , администратор отеля сказал , что на следующий день исправим проблему или переселим в другой номер , но этого так и не произошло )) но в целом это не большая проблема . Еще было бы прекрасным дополнением на балконе стульчик или что-то на чем можно было бы сидеть .

Es war nicht ganz so komfortabel und gerade in den „Ecken“ blieb Male as liegen. Wir hatten 1 kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen… auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann ein 2tes. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber absolut top!

За поворотом сразу улица Истикляль , главная достопримечательность района ! Все в шаговой доступности, очень удобно! Персонал приветливый , в отеле очень тихо и спокойно !
• Esma (6/5): Sympa mais sans plus - L’hotel était bien climatisé et grand Les vitre son pas du tout bien on entendez tout jusqu’à des 3h du matin on avait du mal a dormir il faut mes changer et on 1 semaines la femme de ménage et passer qu’une fois alors que normalement c’est un jour sur deux.

• Tamerlan (4/5): Wouldn't recommend to anyone because it's impossible to sleep because of cars playing music at night - The room was nice and had a lot of amenities such as a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. Windows have no noise isolation and for the entire night every 15 minutes there passes a car or a scooter playing music on full volume. Even though the hotel itself is pretty good for the price, I would not recommend anyone to stay there until they fix this issue.

• Polina (10/5): Супер 👍 - Отличный отель со всеми удобствами. Большие и светлые номера, чистота и потрясающий вид на Босфор из окон 5-го этажа. Персонал приветливый и уважительный. Девочки горничные большие молодцы 👏 Огромное спасибо, обязательно вернемся! Немного шумно от проезжающих мимо машин, но беруши отлично с этим справляются.

• Евгения (9/5): - Из окон пятого этажа открывается необыкновенный вид на Босфор, ради которого в этот отель можно возвращаться бесконечно. В номере тепло и чисто, порядок с горячей водой. Прекрасное постельное бельё. Радушные администраторы, круглосуточная работа ресепшена. Номер требует небольшого косметического ремонта (пятна на стенах и мебели, разбито стекло на варочной панели, оторван держатель для туалетной бумаги - для кого-то это ерунда, а кто-то из-за этих мелочей сильно огорчается, учитывая, что сам номер и вид из окон очень красивые). Очень не хватает мыльницы в ванной комнате и кухонного полотенца чтобы вытирать посуду. В идеале было бы неплохо предусмотреть для гостей моющее средство и губку, чтобы гости не оставляли после себя грязную посуду. Ещё, как пожелание - в качестве расходников предусмотреть соль и сахар на кухне.
• Sara (10/5): Incredibile - La struttura era a pochi metri dalla via principale dello shopping, circondata da ristoranti e locali aperti fino a tardi. Da ragazza sola mi sono sentita sicurissima a qualunque ora del giorno. Staff gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Stanza pulita e letto molto comodo, un plus la vista meravigliosa! Essendo una zona con movida notturna non è molto silenziosa la notte ma un paio di tappi per le orecchie sono sufficienti se avete il sonno leggero!

• Sandra (10/5): Amazing Stay - Apartments are very clean and spacious. Location is amazing, few minutes walking from the main Istiklal street. I will definitely come back to this place. The lobby bar is missing to make a better first impression

• Anna (8/5): Удобный вариант проживания на длительный срок. - Удобное расположение. Номер соответствует фотографиям. Удобная кровать. Хороший размер номера, просторно. Отдельные гостиная с кухней и спальня. Много шкафов. Есть где разложить вещи и куда убрать чемодан. Много окон, светло в номере. Уборка раз в 2 дня. Наличие большого зеркала. Холодильник хорошего размера. Под окнами оживленная улица по которой все время ездят машины, мотоциклы и ходит много людей. Очень высокая слышимость в номере всего, что происходит на улице ночью. Разговоры людей, смех, ругань (в 3 часа ночи). Музыка, включенная, на полную громкость в проезжающих машинах. Азан около 6 утра. Слышно все при полностью закрытых окнах. Очень маленькая ванная комната. Сложно сушить волосы феном, т.к. справа локоть упирается в стену, слева в душевую кабину. В номере была стиральная машина, но к ней не была подключена вода.
