Το καπάκι λεκάνης στεκόταν με μεβράνη!! Μικρό το δωμάτιο. wifi με το ζόρι δούλευε. 70 σκαλια ξύλινα στενά για να φτάσεις στο δώμα.

She was responsive and gave us recommendations of things to do around the city. Th bathroom was not clean. Sink was leaking, no ventilation, mold and the shower water pressure was weak. Overall cleanliness was not that good, especially the bathroom.

Станция метро за поворотом, остановки общественного транспорта также рядом. Ресепшн нет, сотрудники приходят только на уборку или по особым запросам. В номере был чайник, чай, кофе, в холодильнике питьевая вода, в ванной мыло и шампунь. Полотенца приходили и меняли на новые , хотя мы жили всего 4 дня. Комната большая , есть куда поставить чемоданы, есть вешалки для одежды. В целом все необходимое есть! Кондиционер работает хорошо! Гостиница маленькая , находится в маленьком переулке, вывески нет и приехав утром по адресу, мы не смогли ничего найти. Администратору нужно заранее отправлять гостям информацию о точном местоположении и как зайти внутрь. Феном, висящим на стене, было опасно пользоваться, после включения чуть не ударило током. Иногда в переулке собираются группы людей и курят прямо под окнами (

• Nik (10/5): Great Value and Hospitality. - This hotel exceeded my expectations with their above and beyond customer service, their amazing hospitality and the value I received during my stay. The entire experience was absolutely incredible! Bahar, who’s a day time manager made everything possible to make sure I had a great stay! She was always on top of everything and I didn’t even need to find her and ask for anything. Onur - the night manager helped me out with a small issue I had during my stay. They are some really awesome people! I received a free upgrade to a larger room and I didn’t even have to ask for it. This is the hospitality I’m talking about. My room was large with a king size bed. The bedding was white and clean. The mattress and pillows were awesome. Extra towels and bottled water were in my room. A true 5 star hospitality. When you leave the place to go out, only if you decide to walk around, try to either take pictures with your phone of the location because I got lost finding this place after exploring the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there’s no sign for this small boutique hotel and the only way I was able to find it when I showed a screenshot of the address to the local people. And this was during the day. At night, i think would’ve been more difficult to find it. But if you take a taxi, I’m sure the taxi’s GPS will find it easily.

I spoke to the manager and explained that we were dissatisfied and asked if she could help us find another option. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating — she moved us to an apartment that was not only much larger but also even closer to Galata Tower. I really want to highlight how wonderful she was: genuinely passionate about her job, eager to make sure we were happy, and committed to making us feel as comfortable as possible. She answered all our questions, shared great tips and tricks for getting around the city, and was always just a text away whenever we needed anything. I honestly can’t recommend booking her accommodations enough — thanks to her, we felt so welcomed and cared for, which made our trip truly memorable, despite the small hiccup at the start. She was truly super kind and I will definitely reach out to her again for an accommodation if I am back in Istanbul. The location was absolutely perfect, could not imagine anything more ideal — just a 3-minute walk from Galata Tower, nestled in the beautiful Pera district, surrounded by charming cafés and adorable little shops.

• Anna (6/5): VFM but don't expect much - Best location close to everything by foot. Spacious enough and a comfortable bed. Very warm. Moldy bathroom and a run down room in general. Dark because the light above the bed did not work. The water was only reaching lukewarm temperature.

The room was also clean and they left a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. There was an unpleasant smell in the room which I think came from the bathroom when I arrived. Bad smell in the room, not a suitable room for living, dirty, the room is falling apart, the plaster has fallen off the walls, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet is full of urine, the shower is rusty
• Derek (6/5): Perfectly acceptable... but hectic. - Good location. Strong air conditioning! The room is quite small and the bathroom and fixtures probably need an update. Our room was on the top floor with no elevator. It was about 70 steps; so, not a good room for people with luggage!!! The lock on the room door also needs to be replaced as we struggled for many, many minutes to open it. So... be warned. Otherwise the stay was fine, particularly for the price we paid and since we were only staying one night. Bathroom and fixtures need updating; the lock on the door doesn't work well. Please warn your guests that the room as on the top floor of a building with no elevator!

Nice host, she checked us in and offered for each room free local candies, very helpful and friendly. She even offerd restaurant tips. Nice experience overall. We only stayed for one night. Some of the rooms had a humid and moldy smell. The cleaning was not as expected. We noticed some stains on the bed cover, the AC remote had a black circle of dirt around each button. Very noisy as the inside structure is made of wood, and you could hear the neighbours climbing the staird. The shower holder was broken.

Wifi was super good. The location was beyond perfect. Few steps away from metro station that you can go every where you want. Very good restaurant near by. Close to lstiklal street but quiet. We've been to Istanbul many times and so far this is the best boutique hotel we stayed in The building does not have elevator but it was not an issue for us. Our room shower is a little small for tall people but the water was good enough that you can ignore the size of shower.

• Alexey (9/5): Superb - I spent one night in this apartment house. The room was quite tiny and it looked a bit better in the pictures than in reality, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. The room was very clean, equipped with all the tiny shampoo bottled you would normally expect from the hotel and it also was quiet in this place during the night. The staff was also very friendly and upgraded my room for free. The place is also very close to Sishane metro station that is very convenient! Have a pleasant stay here dear aftercomers :)

Hotel staff use Whatsapp and replied very promptly and helpful. Toilet no place to hang my cloths and towel. Alot of stuff need to replace. Sink tap is broken, toilet cover need replacement as it has dirty stain, headshower holder is broken, hot and cold water is hard to find the right spot. Toilet exhaust fan is not working. stayed at level 4, very steep and cramp to bring luggage. Can caused one to fall if not careful. No lift!!! Very exhausting steps to climb.
• Nikola (9/5): Superb - Very central location, we never used the metro, because you can reach the "highlights" of Istanbul within 20-40 minutes of walking time. The bars and restaurants in the surroundings are quite neat aswell. Bookcafe, Que Tal Bar, NaN Şişhane are strong recommendations for going out to eat/drink, as they have very OK prices and nice staff. Thanks to Bahar and Akram, really kind people, who made the stay at the Hotel as nice as possible. If I come back to Istanbul, this is definitely going to be the place I'll stay next time. Nothing.

The room also have good soundproofing to ensure a peaceful stay. WI-FI is available throughout the hotel. The staff it is very friendly, professional and attentive to guests needs. Akram assist us with all our requests. Prompt and efficient CHECK-IN ( even we have arrived at 4 a clock in the morning) and CHECK-OUT ( he arranged for us a taxi to the airport, keeps our luggage in the office) processes. The bed is very big something very important in this city where all double beds are tiny. The bedroom is big and comfy. There is everything you need. Tea, coffee, water, fresh towels, toiletries and hairdryer. The location perfect. Next to Shishane metro station but in a quiet road. Everything is really accessible and I felt really safe as a woman in this neighborhood. There was a small party these days under the building but it was lovely, only for a few hours and with good music. Comfy beds-slept really good.Near great coffee shops and good restaurants. 5 min walk to center and next to metro.The hosts came to get us and help with bags, answer all questions. • Zhanar (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located in the close proximity to metro station and Galata tower. The staff is very amiable and helpful, we are very grateful for all extra help they provided. The bed is very bid and comthy with orthopedic pillows. All in all the deal is,worth the money
• Anrenat (10/5): Exceptional - Best location - just 4 minutes by foot to Galata Tower and 5-7 minutes to noisy Istiklal street. But it's a quiet place! Good building with the spirit of the end of XIX century. Hotel's team ready to help you in any moments - thank you Bahar and Volkan 🙏 Huge bed, refrigerator, good wi-fi, hospitable team and the best location. Big room! I should recommend it to each tourist, but, from another hand, I want to hide this place for myself 😇 Of course, I'll recommended it -

• Azim (8/5): Brilliant Service - A very nice stay for a reasonable price for 2 nights. My flight landed at 5am and Akram was on hand to message me as soon as I landed. He kept in touch and gave me a few pointers when I negotiated a price with the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel. I arrived roughly around 6am and Akram was there waiting to check me in. Brilliant service

• Safiya (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Everything was amazing! The room was beautiful and spacious, well furnished, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It looks like an apartment not like a hotel. The location is also amazing very close to Galata tower (2 mins walk), shopping street Istiklal and metro station. The hotel manager Bakhar was so sweet and super helpful 😍! She upgraded our room for free, helped us with our luggage, advised how to get the airport and also let us keep our luggage after checkout. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be happy to return there again! Çok teşekur ederim 🌷 As there is no reception and the room is located in a building without hotel name I would recommend the host to send in advance instructions how to find the hote and that manager will meet you in 2 mins after you arrive (the office is in a next building). They can also share WiFi password via booking.com or WhatsApp (WiFi works outside the building) in case a guest doesn't have an Internet connection.

• Murat (9/5): Good experience - Location is simply the best in İstanbul,everywhere is just walking distance. It’s a bit hilly location but considering the city of Hills that’s acceptable.
• Aru (9/5): Superb - Everything was wonderful, we liked our staying. The staff is polite, always asked if we need anything, the only thing is that unpleasant smell came out from the toilet but it was immediately eliminated. The location very convenient.

• Omar (1/5): It's a hoax - Nothing! Be careful! The images posted by the property don't reflect reality. 1) The rooms are mouldy and the bathroom is a disaster 2) they will offer an upgrade after you arrive in favour of cancelling your booking so you won't write a bad review (Look at the pictures I've attached to see the "upgraded room") 3) I waited 40 minutes at night in a sketchy alley waiting for someone to open the door and check me in. 4) There is no reception or a front desk. 5) there is no elevator, just narrow spiral steps up to the 5th floor. 6) I booked 3 nights and left after one because it was that bad. And refused to refund me for the two nights.
