Al no tener parking, dejas el vehículo en la calle, la recepción te dice que no hay inconveniente porque tienen cámaras de vigilancia, sin embargo a la mañana siguiente le habían roto un vidrio y robado pertenencias al un huésped del hotel y nadie le avisó nada. Se dió cuenta el cuando fue al auto que estaba a 5 metros de la puerta de entrada del hotel. Pedí un carro para pider bajar mi equipaje que era bastante y me trajeron el mismo carro donde habían sacado las bolsas de basura hacia 5 minutos... una falta de educacion, higiene, servicio y empatía.

• Maria (4/5): Pésima atención personal nocturno - Las habitaciones cómodas. No había toallas para todos, el control de TV no funcionaba. Pero lo lamentable fue la inoperancia del personal de turno que no tuvo la proactividad de llamarme cuando me rompieron el vidrio del auto, cuando estaba frente a recepción, en el lugar reservado del aparta hotel, frente a la puerta de ingreso, teniendo el registro del libro y la habitación dónde estábamos para haber sacado lo demás a tiempo. Si bien no es su responsabilidad lo que pasó (camión de basura lo golpeó), sí el hecho de no haberme avisado en el mismo momento de la noche, xq el camión le dejó sus datos y todo para contacto, y no al otro día, hubiera evitado hurto de otras especies, que tampoco vieron por supuesto, las cámaras están de adorno. Además, cuando reservé fue x la cochera y al llegar no había, también les pasó a otros pasajeros que solidariza ron con lo ocurrido. Por el costo que cobran por los servicios, lo elegí por la disponibilidad de estacionamiento justamente.
