• Walter (10/5): Warm and cozy, great location 10 minutes away from Hallstatt - The room had a full size bed and a sofa-bed, it was well furnished and cozy, the bed was comfortable, it was roomy and the balcony was very nice as well, it was decorated in traditional Austrian style which was very good. The doors have traditional locks with keys, on the last day the lock got stuck so we couldn't exit the room. Luckily the hotel staff was well prepared and opened the door for us and promised they would look at it later. There was a trash bin only in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have one in the room, the TV was a bit old and didn't have netflix capabilities, it wasn't an issue for us, but might be for families with children.

• Gerhard (9/5): Ein ganz toller Kurzurlaub bei Traumwetter - jederzeit wieder! - Zimmer schon älter aber sauber - Bad war komplett neu und modern hergerichtet. Frühstück toll mit frischer Bestellmöglichkeit für Eiergerichte. Lage für uns super - waren mit dem Rad am Hallstätter-, Wolfgang- und Grundlsee. Haben auch zweimal am Abend gegessen - Essen war hervorragend. Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern.

• Susanne (10/5): Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! - Das Besondere am Moser Wirt ist nicht nur die bestechende, ruhige, zentrale Lage, Mitten in Bad Goisern, sondern vor allem das überaus freundliche Personal. Wir wurden bei einer Familienfeier, sogar noch zu später Stunde, vom Junior Chef überaus nett und zuvorkommend betreut. Auch das andere Personal war sehr engagiert und hat dazu beigetragen, allen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Essen war sehr gut, auch das reichhaltige Frühstück ist erwähnenswert. Danke, wir kommen alle gerne wieder.
• Christian (8/5): gerne wieder, etwas hochpreisig für meine Verhältnisse - aber Preis Leistung stimmt - verspäteter Check-in problemlos möglich, kurzfristige Terminänderung problemlos möglich, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück Lärm anderer Gäste nach 22 Uhr etwas störend...aber aushaltbar, Storno-Bedingungen sind in Österreich leider nicht so gegeben wie in anderen Ländern - das ist aber generell so und nicht auf diese Unterkunft bezogen.

• Andrea (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - komme gerne wieder - Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenso wie der Seniorchef und der Juniorchef. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen oder auch mit dem Auto und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wanderwege sind ganz einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß mit wundervollem Blick auf die Berge. Mein Highlight war das die Toilette und das Bad getrennt waren. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man kann am Abend noch gemütlich im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Das war sehr lecker. Die Sauna und der Naturpool waren Mega. Ich komme gerne wieder. -

The room is big and nice with the good view from the window. As there are no people on reception late that evening, I tried to explore the area. I got a creepy feeling when I went to the spa as there were no people around.

• Michaela (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Sehr nette/s Gastgeber und Personal, jedem Anliegen und Wunsch wird nachgegangen. Super zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Suite über den Dächern von Bad Goisern traumhaft. Frühstücken top! Suite z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Licht im Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer könnte man etwas „gemütlicher“ gestalten. Vorhänge an der Fensterfront sollten ausgetauscht werden bzw. Verdunkelung im Kinderzimmer fehlt. Bitte als Positive Anmerkungen sehen😉 Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

• Ariana (8/5): Cozy alpine stay - The hotel was very sweet, authentic but modern. The room was very spacious and cozy, with comfy beds. It also had a lot of light thanks to the two windows in our room, with the beautiful view (mountain and alpine neighbourhood). The room was warm enough for winter travellers and there was free parking outside. I also liked the little city Bad Goisern and the whole neigbourhood, the whole location of the hotel. The sauna in the basement was a great addition, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff seemed cold and even irritated at times (especially the one at the breakfast) so it felt like we're not so welcome. They served coffee and warm punch (but no tea) in the lobby, only until 5 p.m. It would be great to have a kettle in the room so you can make yourself a warm drink then (especially during winter). The wi-fi was also very poor. A smart TV option would be great especially for foreigners (since all their TV programmes are synchronized in German).

• Alexandra (10/5): - Wir können über diese Unterkunft nur das Beste sagen. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich gibt es einen sehr gemütlichen Kamin sowie Gesellschaftsspiele, die man frei nutzen kann. Besonders geliebt haben wir, dass im Frühstückspreis den ganzen Tag über kostenloser Kaffee und kleine Süßigkeiten inkludiert waren. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig – alles, was wir wollten, wurde frisch für uns zubereitet. Unser Kellner Günter war einfach großartig: Er erinnerte sich jeden Morgen daran, was wir zum Frühstück bevorzugen, war äußerst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ohne Aufpreis stellte uns das Hotel ein größeres Zimmer zur Verfügung, das aus zwei Wohnbereichen bestand – perfekt und sehr komfortabel für uns drei, meinen Mann, unseren kleinen Sohn und mich. Wir haben hier Silvester verbracht, und das Hotel bot ein tolles Programm: ein ausgezeichnetes Abendessen, Bingo und später in der Nacht einen Walzer sowie ein Feuerwerk. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar, dort haben wir ein großartiges Café entdeckt. Außerdem liegen St. Wolfgang, Hallstatt und Bad Ischl ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wir waren mit allem vollkommen zufrieden und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. So etwas gab es nicht.

• Heidi (9/5): Es war prima !! Immer gerne wieder! - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, zentral aber sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles da, was man für einen Start in den Tag braucht. Wenn wir mal früher vom Wandern da waren, konnten wir in der Lobby noch einen Kaffee trinken und ein süßes Teilchen genießen. Ich habe manchmal einen Apfel oder Birne vermisst.

I chose this hotel because the sauna was included which open until 9PM. After dinner we when there before 8 PM. The sauna room was hot, but the reception did not allow us entry because they had a technic problem. I think they closed earlier because there was no one used the sauna. We was not happy.

Schlafbereich renoviert (die Möbel im Eingangsbereich waren noch alt, haben aber auch ihren Zweck erfüllt).... kurz vor dem Betriebsurlaub/Saisonende war zwar das hauseigene Massageangebot nicht mehr verfügbar, dafür der Zimmerpreis umso interessanter.... Und am allerbesten war die hauseigene Sauna! in unserem Zimmer waren die Matratzen doch schon sehr durchgelegen

• Gauravee (8/5): Good hotel - Spacious rooms. Cleanliness. Staff in kitchen is helping. Sp that young guy who prepares omelette. Noview from the room. No keytle in the room. I did not like the behavior of one of the housekeepers.. she yelled at me for checking out the room without knowing my real check out date. Thats not the way to talk to guests evenif once I am checking out late.
