La persona che ci ha accolto Markus veramente gentile , ci ha aiutato e supportato in tutto . Stanza ampia , bella e pulita . La colazione servita sul balcone con affaccio sul lago è stata spettacolare . Bagno top con prodotti a volontà ' . Abbiamo cenato anche lì, ottima cena . Unico rammarico esserci state solo 1 notte perché di passaggio.. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

• Tina (5/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten und scheint verwahrlost. Der Pool ist schmutzig, die Möbel im Aussenbereich alle voll mit Spinnweben und Vogelkot. Die Dusche ist verschimmelt. Der Minigolf Bereich ist überschwemmt und der See voller Abfall. Wer eine Spinnenphobie hat sollte das Hotel meiden.

• Riccibo (7/5): Potenzial aber braucht Erneuerung - Die Aussicht auf den See war einzigartig. Sowohl vom kleinen Balkon, als auch durch die riesigen Fenster konnte man den See und die Berge genießen und viele Vögel in den umliegenden Bäumen beobachten. Auch der Frühstücksraum und das Café bieten dies. Die Außenanlage und auch die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Erneuerung, um den 4 Sternen gerecht zu werden. Viele Stellen wirken wenig gepflegt. Handtücher, Sitzmöbel, Ausstattungsmöbel sind teilweise defekt oder sehr abgenutzt. Das Hotel sah verwaist aus. Dadurch fehlt die Atmosphäre.

• Soledad (7/5): Falta inversión - La atención Conocí el hotel hace 10 años y se quedo en el tiempo, todo muy viejo y poco conservado, tenía los mismos cubrecamas, la pileta poco agradable y ya no se ve como en las fotos que publican. Hay que levantarlo!
• CHRISTELLE (8/5): Superbe emplacement mais hôtel un peu vétuste - Cet hôtel profie d'un emplacement superbe sur le lac. La vue est magnifique. Nous avions 2 chambres dont la suite. La suite est magnifique et la vue a 120 degrés sur le lac est superbe. Les volumes de la suite sont top. La piscine aurait pu être superbe. Le mini-golf aussi. Dans l'autre chambre la vue était moins bien. Cet hôtel a malheureusement perdu de sa splendeur faute d'entretiens reguliers et c'est bien dommage... Les 2 pontons au bord du lac sont Hors services et dangereux. Plusieurs rénovations seront a prévoir pour qu'il soit en bien meilleur état. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas propre : il y avait énormément de particules blanches (algues ?) en suspension dans l'eau. Petit-déjeuner moyen.

Al ducharnos había una filtración del agua que llegó a la habitación. Tampoco me gustó que nos abrieran la puerta mientras estábamos adentro, en horario muy nocturno, pasada la medianoche. Llamamos a la recepción y nos dijeron que era imposible y no se disculparon 🤷

• Sigi C (2/5): Schöne Lage, aber leider wenig Freude - Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage am See. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Schön angelegter Pool. Wir konnten den Pool nicht genießen, da uns dort am Nachmittag gleich ziemlich viele kleine Blutsauger-Mosquitos (vermutlich Kriebelmücken) überfielen. Nach 10 Minuten hatten wir keine Lust mehr. Am nächsten Morgen hatte meine Frau an den Armen, den Beinen und am Hals mehr als 50 dicke Pusteln. Dadurch aufgeschreckt, haben wir weiter recherchiert und es sind offensichtlich Bettwanzen gewesen!! Erst später lasen wir hier von einer gleichartigen Erfahrung, da auch mit entsprechender ärztlicher Diagnose. Keine Gäste-Steckdosen, außer im Bad. Ein altes Wrack eines Anlegers zum Baden im See liegt noch am Rand am Seeufer. Das Haus hatte offensichtlich schon mal bessere Zeiten. Das Hotel kann die veranschlagten 4 Sterne nicht erfüllen. Der Preis war (trotz des netten Booking.com- Rabatts) daher auch zu hoch.

Excellent location to explore the beautiful Quebrada de las Conchas (Conchas Gorge), but you need a car. Not all rooms have the same great lake views.

La conectividad fue un problema ya que nunca me pude conectar al Wifi. No se si fue problema del momento o es algo que les sucede habitualmente, solo estuvimos un día. Las vistas exteriores son impresionantes.

La chica que nos atendió durante la cena hizo toda la diferencia por la buena predisposición y los platos abundantes pero el lugar no es agradable, de noche todo oscuro sin una sala de recreación y durante la tarde si hace frío no hay nada para hacer dentro de semejante infraestructura

The setting has potential — just needs fewer nocturnal bloodsuckers. bed bugs again We had the pleasure of sharing our bed with very active bed bugs. The silence from the staff was louder than our scratching. Zero apology, zero assistance. Honestly, I came for rest and left with PTSD and red spots in the shape of Argentina.

Fabulous location, the views are amazing, and very friendly staff. The ambience is to be enjoyed but I suspect that 20 years ago this place was exceptional. But it’s still good. Stairs. I’m getting old and there seemed to be so many stairs. Perhaps it kept me fit.

The door from our room to the garden could not be properly locked, big dogs barked and tried to enter the room at night. Uncomfortable feeling, when big dogs, Boxer type, freely run in the garden, disturbing people. We were offered another room the next day.
