VINCENT LEE (9/5): It was a fantastic and relaxing stay with stunting view of KLCC - The unit is clean and cozy with a breath-taking view from the Balcony. And the 35th-floor swimming pool is fantastic with a full view of the KLCC prominent landmarks of KLCC. You will not regret! Getting the lift to the unit floor is rather slow, and also long waiting time for the lift to arrive.

Karolína (6/5): Není to klasický hotel, na pokoji brouci, ale pěkný výhled i poloha hotelu. - Výhled z balkonu a ze střešního bazénu byl super. V přízemí této budovy je obchod 7/11 i bistro, kde se dá najíst. Není to hotel! Je to spíš formou Airbnb, protože nikdo vám za celý pobyt nevynese koš, nic nedoplní a ani nedostanete čisté ručníky. Recepce je v prvním patře budovy, ale je to velmi špatně značené. Výtahy katastrofa, než se dostanete do svého patra, zastaví úplně všude možně. Na recepci vás upozorní, že u bazénu je jejich dresscode, ale tohle by bylo dobré vědět předem, ne až na místě, to už je k ničemu. Nechtěli mě v klasických bikinách pustit do bazénu, zklamání. V koupelně i jinde byli nějací brouci, nebylo to příjemné.

Nassima (8/5): - Personnel très sympathique et agréable. À l’écoute et réactif. La chambre possède une belle vue . Les équipements étaient pas très bon. Télé et télécommande très ancienne. Pas de bouilloire et arrivée en chambre pas de serviette de bain. Le wifi était très faible . Dommage d’exiger 200mYR de cautions pour une seule nuit dans une chambre où la moitié des équipements sont indisponibles et usagés .

Kitą vakarą einant draugės į baseino zoną neįleido dėl netinkamo maudymuko (tuo pačiu, su kuriuo praėjusį vakarą viskas tiko). Neįleidęs apsauginis visai nemoka angliškai ir niekaip negalėjome su juo pasiaiškinti. Labai nuvylė, nes tik tai ir buvo ok apie viešbutį. Tvarka- tragiška. Nuo pelėsio, dulkių, iki milžiniškų tarakonų. Neapsigaukit. Kaina užkelta už nieką.

Soufiane (7/5): - The view from the infinity pool was absolutely amazing. The room is not fully dark, which may be an issue for light sleepers. A deposit is also required even though it’s not mentioned in the booking details, better to pay it in cash.

Ruined the trip - Great location and lovely set out room The pool security guard on the top floor made us feel very uncomfortable the entire time. We sat down on the loungers and he sat directly facing us less than 1 meter away and was staring at us. He was disgustingly and kept laughing, as two women this is disgusting behaviour and made us not enjoy the rest of our stay

Pawel (9/5): Great host amd apartament - Great staff/host/service privider. Canopy lives have reception 24h and tgeir own agent all the time on place. Other host conoanies will change your check in process into a nightnare, trust me, so better to choose this one. Apartament is nice, clean, everything like on the photos. Smell from the toilet was quite bad all the time

Lexter (10/5): Amazing stay in Colony & Luxe by Canopy - The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with a great city view. Loved the stylish design and well-equipped facilities. The rooftop pool is a big highlight — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the KL skyline. Location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, great value for money and a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back! Nothing

Myrthe (8/5): - Het was een mega ruim appartement fijne ligging je was zo in de stad met een Grab taxi, zwembad was wel koud maar had een prachtig uitzicht. Let wel op dat je een badpak draagt anders mag je er niet in. Ruime kamers, fijne ligging en schoon.

Bjoern (1/5): - Gar nicht Wir hatten für 6 Personen mit 1 Doppeöbett und zwei Doppelschlafsofas gebucht. Es waren nur 1 Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa in der Küche vorhanden . Wir mussten direkt wieder auschecken und eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Zudem war die gesamte Anlage eher eine Baustelle und es stank. Derzeit weigert sich die Unterkunft die Kosten zu erstatten. Empfehlung: niemals buchen!!!

Jacek (6/5): Pleasant - The best thing was the pool on the 35 floor. The property is a walking distance from much places around. The place is worth to take few pictures at the rooftop. The room was small and it don't have a fridge what in Malaysia should be a must. We had a view on a wall, so the room was just for sleeping. The breakfasts was very small. If I would know it, I would go out for something to eat. Especially because it was a waking distance.
Kriel (7/5): All in all it we had an amazing experience, the pool was definitely the highlight. - We really like the location, everything was within walking distance.. the breakfaat was a bit too heavy for me personally I would have preferred something sweeter. The bathrooom had a wet smell to it that was very unpleasant. The device to warm.the water for coffee didn't work either.
Kishan (6/5): Worst place - Nice pool view Beddings seems unclean and not fresh changed.Also small in size.Hard to share between 2 people..Uncomfortable bed.Towels also looked not very clean.No hand towels or kitchen towels available. Concentrated shower gel with full of water.No provision in the bathroom to place shower gel and shampoo dispenser bottle .Had to be placed on the floor and picked everytime to use.Noted Bedroom cupboard doors jammed on the first day,raised the matter everyday but never got fixed.However at one day was told had been fixed but when checked nothing changed.Staffs just lying and excuses.Unable to stack clothing on the wardrobe or even use iron.Requested for iron from reception but been advised it's in the wardrobe cupboard, which never got opened...So no clothes ironing .One steam iron was there in the room,but couldn't use due to damage hose and water leaking from tank. Also in order to enter your room,you have to tap the room card and also enter additional long password key on door lock.Overall worst place to stay.Wont recommend anyone from personal experience.
Tomasz (1/5): A complete disappointment — poor hygiene, misleading breakfast, and no refund or response from the p - Very disappointing – poor conditions and no refund after 3 months I booked a 3-night stay with breakfast at The Colony & The Luxe by Canopy Lives (April 19–22). Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet even the basic expectations. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was also unclean and the terrace was unfinished. Since we arrived in the late afternoon, we didn’t immediately report the issue – but after assessing the conditions overnight, we decided to check out the next morning and move to Novotel Kuala Lumpur. The included "breakfast" was a joke – just one pre-packed meal delivered to the room, like something from 7-Eleven. No options, no fresh food, and nothing resembling a proper hotel breakfast. I was told that the refund request should be handled via Booking.com, but after returning home, I was informed that Booking cannot process the refund without a response from the property. Unfortunately, the property has not responded to Booking.com or to my messages on WhatsApp – for nearly 3 months now. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. The only thing worth mentioning is the pool – but that alone does not make up for the unacceptable state of the apartment and the complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend. The price is absolutely not justified by the quality.

Sarah (5/5): Fine but expected better - Large room with separate living area and shops nearby. Handy to have a washer/dryer. The facilities were very poor. I was not allowed to use the swimming pool because I was wearing a bikini - the main reason we booked this hotel. The kettle did not work, the hairdryer did not work, there were lipstick stains on the mug, the elevator was incredibly slow, the bathroom roof leaked onto bathroom floor, tv services didn’t work and when requested staff support, there was no action. Also not ideal that another room can lock your shared door into your two bedrooms as at one point we couldnt get into our room because our neighbour had locked the main door.

Katherine (5/5): Passable - Accessible to public transport, food places are walking distance. Messaged the host about the details to check-in prior about a day prior but no reply, I understand that the host had many other things to oversee but it took them more than 24 hrs to provide the details. There were issues with the apartment door that I stayed in, the access card wasn't working but it was resolved by manually keying the passcode. The water heater in one of the rooms wasn't working at all and the light was flickering.
Nor (4/5): Disappointing - Better do the smooth check in/self check in for Malaysian. Improve the cleanliness of the floor room. The pool water has a strong chlorine smell.

Heidi (3/5): Made to feel uncomfortable - My air conditioning wasn’t working so I messaged the hotel WhatsApp number. A man came up to fix the air conditioning, then asked me (a female 24 year old solo traveller) via google translate if I wanted a massage from him. He said that he does them for the hotel (I can see no reference to this hotel offering massages) which I found hard to believe as he was doing the air conditioning maintenance and had to google translate how to offer a massage to me. I felt very uncomfortable with this interaction and I would suggest that if this was a legitimate proposition, the staff should not offer it to customers when alone with them in their hotel room

Khairil (2/5): Car park need to pay every hours,seriusly...! - Overall base on room facilities not bad,but the most dissatisfied was the car park need pay per hours every day you staying at this hotel, the lift also take me 10-15 minutes just to go from you room to car park or the swimming pool..plus the reception was't give details on step how to start from finding entering parking to reception make it hard for me or any customer to come here for the first time..But for the car park that need to pay per hours every day you stay at the premise, I think this will be the last ever for me to come here
