- Dmitrii (10/5): - Заезд был вечером заселение прошло без проблем, оплатили долларами по курсу хозяину апартаментов, так как не успели поменять в городе (в аэропорту курс невыгодный). Вид из окна просто замечательный на башни близнецы (номер 19а). В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания (микроволновка, стиральная машинка, холодильник, чайник) . Рядом с аппартаментами находятся бизнес центры, где на первых этажах имеются фудкорты с блюда на разный вкус. Хозяин квартиры был всегда на связи, все вопросы решал быстро. Нюансы, для того чтобы включить горячую воду нужно включить выключатель снаружи туалетной комнаты рядом с выключателей света и подождать 15-20 минут. Бассейна на 8 этаже твидовый на башни супер. Приедим ещё раз.

- Prasad (9/5): - Stayed here at 37'th Floor 2 BHK apartment. The view from property was mesmerizing. The location is absolutely perfect infact KLCC, Bukit Bintang etc are at a walking distance. Society is absolutely safe and secure with infinity pool at 10'th floor. All amenities like TV, Washing Machine, AC etc were new and working perfectly fine. Complete value for money stay. Although the property was super clean, there was a pungent smell coming from master bedroom washroom. Unable to guess the reason but had to switch on the exhaust constantly to get over with it

Just don’t expect a luxury 5 star experience—this is - The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we really appreciated having a washing machine available for laundry during our stay ( I had to google how to work this). The view from the apartment was fantastic, especially in the evenings, and the location was excellent—close to restaurants, transport, and major attractions. Communication was also very smooth, with quick responses to any messages or queries we had. Negatives: Despite being advertised as a 5-star luxury stay, the apartment didn’t quite meet that standard for us. There was no housekeeping during our visit even though this was listed as a daily service. The general maintenance left something to be desired—several areas looked a little tired and in need of attention. There was also a strong drainage/ sewerage smell coming from the bathrooms. We noticed there was no welcome information or instructions provided, which made settling in more difficult than it needed to be. Small details were overlooked, such as the lack of mattress protectors and heavily diluted hand soap, which gave a slightly neglected feel. The pool area looks nothing like the photos and is more accommodating for children. This is a real shame as the apartment has the potential to be something really outstanding.

L’appartement est spacieux et les lits sont très confortables. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’un appartement (cette information n’était pas très clairement indiquée). Dans notre cas cela a été quelque peu gênant, car nous aurions aimé déposer nos affaires avant le Check-in et prendre un café au restaurant de l’hôtel mais puisqu’il n’y avait pas d’accueil à l’heure d’arrivée cela n’a pas été possible. De plus, nous avons sélectionné ce logement car on y apercevait les tours Petronas sur la photo de référence mais l’appartement qu’on nous a alloué ne donnait pas sur cette vue.

An independent 'agent' wanted upfront cash only payment without warning for basic amenities in an unclean- dusty & grubby- 2 bedroom. Also the pictures of the pool deck are misleading as the whole area is a kids play area so we were surrounded by a kids party. Not really fitting a weekend escape.

- Syuhadah (4/5): - So Much Hidden price. Me and family will not coming back.. I made a booking on Booking.com with a displayed price of RM500++ for 2Days. However, after confirming the booking, i received an email stating the total payment was over RM761++. I’m very dissatisfied with the hidden charges that only appeared after the booking was confirmed. On top of that, parking was charged at RM40 and deposit Rm200. The room itself was very basic and definitely not worth the price. I also tried to cancel the booking but was unable to do so after it was confirmed it is unrefundable if do so and I would still be charged the full amount of the room. Very disappointing experience.

- Andrei (9/5): - Фото апартаментов соответствуют действительности, что редкость. Заселение было очень быстрым. Матрас удобный, три подушки. Да, есть мелкие недочёты, но надо понимать, что проходимость гостей высокая. Действительно, вид на одну из башен петронас из апартаментов есть (у меня был номер именно на сторону центра).. С бассейна открывается вид на башни, хотя он находится на 8 этаже. Есть зона скай лаундж, подняться стоит. В номере не было переходника для розетки, принесли в течение 10 минут. Что бы была горячая вода, включайте бойлер, выключатель рядом с душем. В двадцати минутах пешком есть супермаркет, до Петронас идти тоже минут двадцать. Остановился бы ещё раз? Да. Из минусов: это все-таки квартира для троих (я был один, возможно, мне достался такой номер). Кровать во второй комнате односпальная, без окна. Туалетов два, но душ тоже только в мастербедрум. В гостиной есть ещё диван, поэтому в четвером можно разместиться, если вы не пара. Минус ставлю за выселение: написал за час, что выезжаю из аппаратаментов, напомнил за 10 минут. В итоге прождал ещё 15 минут, так никто и не пришёл. Оставил ключи на столе и уехал.

The first unit we were in had 2 nights of drilling into the early hours, when we complained the drilling stopped, when it picked up again we were transferred to a property on a higher floor and extended our stay by another week. Amazing views, and 5 min walk to the KLCC mall/ towers and 2 min walk to the world famous park. Just the drilling, but that was solved and quickly :)

- Queen (6/5): Centrally Located with Great Views - Comfortable property in a central location with a great view of the Patronas towers. Very basic amenities. Hard to maintain cleanliness without any cleaning products. The walls are very thin and music from neighbouring apartments can be heard. The swimming pool is also bang in the middle of a children’s play area so expect loads of kids.
