- Harmik (8/5): Generally it was good and worth to stay 2-3 days. The location was perfect. - The breakfast was good, and the restaurant’s location was acceptable. It would have been better if the rooms had a coffee maker, or at least if one were available in the lobby. Additionally, having a staff member present in the area—at least during daytime hours—would improve the experience by providing assistance and support to guests when needed.

Every detail feels intentional - from the room aesthetics to the color choices. The vinyl records and music-inspired decor create a unique, stylish atmosphere. It feels modern, creative, and very cozy at the same time. Highly enjoyed my stay.

For a Hotel found around 140 KM from Yerevan with very few hotels in the region, Major's House Hotel excdeeded our expectations. The place was super cosy, the staff was sweet, and a very relaxing residence. The kids were very happy playing and running around in the back yard on the green grass. Our priority was the kids' happiness and comfort. These were met!

- Lisa (10/5): Great location to visit the beautiful Dendropark and go hiking in the vicinity. - Very attentive staff and beautiful rooms with a view of the fruit orchard with the backdrop of the mountains. Very comfy beds! :-) sumptuous breakfast… Unfortunately, we only spent one night there but it would also be a great location to go for longer hikes. Nothing!

I also like the vinyl player in the restaurant with the opportunity to listen to some good music. The only thing I didn’t like was the absence of air conditioners in the rooms, which made it hardly possible to stay in the rooms during the daytime.

- Pavel (8/5): Very good - We went on a short vacation and found the hotel stylish and vibrant. The staff was absolutely welcoming and helped to check-in as smoothly as possible. First, we highly relied on having a bar with cocktails advertised in the description but quickly figured out it was not a season yet and thus the bar was unavailable at the end of April. It could've been better to highlight this fact before we booked. Second, we looked for a wine opener in the room or table sets - nothing was there. Overall, it's not critical, but worth mentioning if we take in mind the price.
- Mane (8/5): Comfy place with amazing design and amazing staff! - I loved almost everything about the hotel. It was clean, staff was very accommodating. The room itself is very clean, very comfortable. The design of the hotel is amazing and the breakfast was good. First of all, it was very noisy since 7am because of neighbors' construction or other work and we couldn't sleep at all after 7am. That's something which I would suggest to negotiate with neighbors and make sure that at least till 10am there is no guest disturbing noise (if possible). Or at least improve the soundproofness of the rooms. Secondly, though the room was good, I still don't think that it worths the price, considering many factors. Apart from those 2 points, we liked everything.
