• Fazliana (4/5): Meh - The toilet was so smelly, the room was dusty, there was a hole on the floor which they patched with a tape, there was a bug in the room, the aircond wasn't cooling at all.

• Liza (7/5): - This hotel is not bad, but there were ants in the room and the exhaust fan in the toilet was noisy. The staff were very polite, so it was not bad overall.

• Nurul Hidayah (1/5): It was disappointing and uncomfortable. - None. I was disappointed with the room I received, as it did not match the photos shown. I was expecting a room with a platform bed, which gives a Japanese-style feel, but that was not provided. Although the room was spacious, I did not feel comfortable staying in it, especially as I was alone. The platform bed was an important part of my expectation, so not having it affected my overall experience.

One of the best perks was the free parking, which made arriving and getting around super easy. The room was clean and spacious compared to the same small hotel around town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm. nothing

• Damien (6/5): If I come back I would ask for a room as far away from the busy road as possible. - The room 12 is nice and big and clean and rather quiet! Upon check-in I went to my room. I got the room 38 which is a room which window is facing a very busy road where cars and motorbikes are passing all the time, day and night. I immediately went to the reception ask for a room change but they said that they could not give me another room right now because they were all occupied, I would only be able to change the next day. The next day I went back to the reception asking again for a change of room. They said they would move my luggage during the day. I went out the all day and came back in the evening. In the evening, I asked if my room had been changed as agreed upon. The receptionist was another one that I had not seen before. She didn't speak english very well and just replied "Change room? No impossible, all rooms are full now" in a not so friendly manner. Fortunately my girlfriend speaks bahasa malaya and was able to explain that we had requested the change the day before and another member of the staff that i had seen in the morning was there and was able to tell us that our change of room had been done as agreed. Our new room was much better, even though the AC didn't work very well. but it was a frustrating experience.

• Irine Duya (1/5): Poor, not clean. Pricey, does not worth the price. - None. 1. No Towel Provided Until Request: - I was disappointed to find that no towels were provided in the room upon check-in. I had to call the front desk multiple times to finally receive them, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. No Hairdryer: - The lack of a hairdryer in the room was frustrating. I expected basic amenities to be included, but I had to ask the staff for one, which took a long time to arrive. 3. Spoiled Light: - One of the lights in my room was broken, making it quite dim and uncomfortable to work in. I reported it, but nothing was done during my stay. It felt neglected. 4. Dirty Bedsheet: - The sheets on the bed were dirty and had stains. It was shocking to see such poor cleanliness in a hotel. I asked for a change, but it took quite some time. 5. Poor Internet Connection: - I struggled with a very poor internet connection throughout my stay. It was frustrating trying to work remotely, and numerous complaints were met with vague responses from the staff. I paid almost 400MYR for a night at this hotel, and it was not worth it at all. The service was lacking, with no towels provided until I asked, and there was no hairdryer in the room. To make matters worse, I found a spoiled light and a dirty bedsheet upon arrival. The internet connection was also incredibly poor, making it difficult to get any work done. I expected much more for that price and left feeling very disappointed.
• Hanbal (1/5): Very disappointing - Nothing Dirty bed sheets, pillows, bathroom, and walls. AC too noisy and not clean. No elevator in hotel. Corridors not air-conditioned and very humid. Poor cleaning service and no phone to contact reception. Curtains need cleaning as well. There was mosquitoes and spiders in the room.
• Norsahila (6/5): Unpleasant experience - Has family room with 2 double beds that can accommodate a family of 4 persons. The room located at ground floor so no need to climb stairs. There was no water supply for few hours due to some repair work. There were many ants in the room.
• Sheikh (7/5): - The room was spacious, comfortable and clean they provided us complimentary breakfast. Quiet and cozy place. There is no lift/ elevator, so you have to carry your luggage in upper level also none will help you to carry the baggage up there because they have only 2 receptionist and obviously they will not carry the luggage. The location is bit offsite no restaurant is near you have to take grab to go to Taman U then you will find restaurants, groceries and other shops. Other than that everything was good for me
