Had thought to throw in rubbish bin which they prepared to throw rubbish but end up fined for smoking in room The aircond was too loud and the heater never worked

- simon0426 (7/5): You get what you pay for. - The hotel is located near many eateries, making it easy to find food nearby. So far, everything has been satisfactory for the price paid. The room is clean and in acceptable condition. I guess it depends on which room you get. The room assigned to me was the last room in the hotel and was close to the outside. When people walked past and spoke loudly, it could be heard clearly, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

- Eehsan (6/5): Only thing location. - Location Aircon not cold and also some of the lights switch cannot off the lights , hair dryer not in working condition. Toilet not clean enough. Room was big but kind of smelly.

- Oh (5/5): Passable - A reasonable budget stay The room was very smoky. The staff quickly went up to spray refresher but the smoke smell still lingered; in the bedsheets too; through out the stay. Walls are thin so can hear neighbours; too noisy. Not enough toilet rolls always, so meed to request for more.

- Eric (9/5): Perfect room for friends travelling in a group - The room has 3 beds and 2 toilets which is very convenient for group travellers. AC is relatively new and works perfectly Can improve with more Toilet fixtures like toilet paper holder and shower screen. Nice to have body shampoo too

- Joyce (9/5): Superb - Location is good. Room size is good. There's a rack for luggage and hanging of clothing. The basin and cups still have stains on them, should be cleaned more thoroughly.
- Yin (4/5): 1 night stay - Location is good as eateries all around. Building looks outdated. In the room, there are spider webs on the ceiling, lamp shade and many flies spotted at the drain area. Just before enter building, the foul smell coming from the drain is bad as you can smell it from across the road. Can't image a beer house is right there too. Lift is slow moving. Can hear people talking along corridor inside room. The bidet spray in rm 205 is faulty as no water came out Overall, can improve with a reno, new coat of paint, touch up the lobby area for a modernised look. Price is of course low because of the quality you get now so no comments to that.

Perhaps you can add a mini refrigerator if possible to the room. Certain time, parking quite hard to get but other than that, all is okay.
