• Vojtěch (9/5): Superb - We got a spacious 3 bed bedroom with comfortable beds. The breakfast is in a cafe on the same floor.

Just small points for improvement: ventilator in bathroom made a lot of noise, some cups would be appreciated. and a little mat to put on the floor in the bathroom would be nice. But really great room, can recommend! Big room and very good bed!
• Alejandro (9/5): Great accommodation option. - Big room, very clean, AC, no noise. Great breakfast. The owner is not there so they put you on the phone with him because the staff doesn’t speak English. Not a big issue though.

• Ariadne (8/5): Very good - Perfect location if you do not want to drive far into the city and do not mind a walk of about 1,5km (partly uphill, but that is what you know if you prepare and read about the town, but really you do not want to drive up there, little bit of free exercise!). There are also some nice coffeebars/patisseries closeby! Great coffee at breakfast and different breakfast with a wooden tray with some byrek and something sweet too!

• Riccardo (8/5): Very good - Really big room, clean and comfortable, even if the furniture was not properly assembled along the finiture. Staff even if not speaking english or Italian were useful and cordial. Shower did not drain the water properly, some finiture does not look completely finished. city center is not so far... but will request a small walk.

• Joel (10/5): Its an excellent place to stay moreover the price of the room was very suitable - The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I will recommend to everyone to stay there . Nope 😃
• Stamjh (7/5): A little underserviced - Proximity to the intercity bus station (it's a taxi ride up to the old town), spacious rooms, value for money We couldn’t communicate easily with the staff - one man who met us on arrival but we didn't see him again. We were the only overnight guests and there were no staff in the hotel. There is a lift in the building but it is not made available to visitors (the lift was a key criterion for us). We didn’t find any tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.

• Laura (9/5): Spacious and comfortable! - Nice big spacious rooms, very comfortable and the hotel was really close to everything we needed. It would be great if there were tea/coffee making facilties in the room, and also some water available for guests, as when we opened our fridge there was a half empty bottle in there from the people before.

• Nathalie (10/5): Good stay - Good bed, good location near bus stop, good AC, big, clean, good wifi, 15 mins to the center by walk and 5 mins to the bus stop You have to climb a very steep mountain to go to the center but is like 15 mins. It is ok if you have legs, or you can take a taxi. payment only cash. Ther was nobody when we arrived but then somebody showed up

• Myron (9/5): Superb - The people who work at the hotel are very kind and accommodating and helped us with activities in Gjirokaster e.g. checking bus times to Tirana or contacting a horse riding agency. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were large and comfortable. Would recommend staying here for a trip to Gjirokaster, especially if you are traveling by bus (5 min walk to the hotel from the bus station). There is also a small supermarket next to the hotel and a restaurant, so very convenient !
