• Mbali (1/5): - Wifi is good False advertisement, called the owner to check if they do have a TV since there's a TV stand and the response was called "if you don't see it means there's no one" electricity also finished and she sent it 5 hours late and water was cold

• Ndlovu (1/5): Fraud - When i got there, i was asked to provide the room number , I told the security officer that the is no room number .I was told that I will not be assisted. Becoming I dnt have a room number . I called the manager Mrs Dlamini .thinking that I will be assisted she did not take my calls I hard to go back home that time am a girl ,so this hotel that's not exist.

• Nhlanhla (1/5): - This it's a scam, I booked online not knowing im going to a place with no electricity, cc old water. And the aim was to work when I get there. Tried to explain why I booked. The stesh person did not want to refund me my money. I never worked I went to a closer place to look for candle. And when I complain he told me it's not his problem, that the power it's not there. And I said please refund me coz I cannot be In a place with no lights.and he hang up the phone In my ears , left me frustrated . I took a video of the place guys do not book there ever. Im taking the video to tik Tok and social media platforms . Imagine I never work, and submit my work because of scam. I left the place without bathing. Please guys do not. Book where the name said Stech you will regret. All I want is my money back as I ask him to do so yesterday.. and he told me I must go to booking .com and cancel. Minedo if you cancel you do not get even a single cent of your money. He then told me to go to jeepy , to go sleep there.. imagine jeepy I said no im driving Polo and the area when you check online it's not even safe. This Stech its tresh

• Maneli (1/5): Horrible,bad,untidy,noisy,scrap bed and linen - Nothing was interesting,never slept there ,booked another place,horrible place to be,noisy,no toilet paper,no tv,no swimming pool no balcony as advertised,wasted my money,property owner very rude ,my complaint was not heard I hate it Nothing was quite interesting ,a bad place ,horrible,I didn't expect what I saw,I was not even refunded my money
• Mthabela (1/5): My stay was horrible - There was no NM mm l Waiting at the reception from 3 to 5 pm while they are still cleaning the room without even explaining to me. The kitchen has no dish cloth so u wipe even the plates with the toilet paper. They only have knifes in their kitchen drawers meaning even if u eat u use a knife not a spoon. Their electricity is tempered with so it went off the night we arrived and we slept in the dark. They fixed it the following morning around 9am and we had already had cold shower. The shower has no cover or door so the water spreads around the toilet floor. There's no carpet or mop so I had to use the bath towels they left. They leave only one toilet paper for a 3 night stay so you have to buy your own toilet paper. Come with your soap because they don't provide one. The pillows smells like dirty gym clothes and my God the extra blankets yooooo 😦. I had to buy doom for mosquitoes. You don't sleep a wink because they decided to mix a hotel and student residence so the noise is unbearable. They entered the room in my absentia and took a towel I had left on the floor and a plastic bath basin but they didn't clean the room. Oh and the rubbish bin is also your baby. They don't put the wet floor caution pad when they clean their reception. My 3 year old slipped and fell onto their black wet floor polish and the stains won't come off, not to mention my baby could've been injured. Oh and their fridge is beyond dirty so you have to wipe it with the toilet paper. All in all that place is a hell hole

• Thulani (1/5): Bad Bad Bad infect worse - I didn’t like any thing Not clean , towel there like from the street the water was cold no iron there was no one on the reception I called the number that is here on booking the guy said I must wait for him 10 minutes I ended up being assisted by a security I don’t like the fact that they took my passport they say I will get it in the morning that place is a hell hole noise outside people smoking hubly first time sleeping in cbd never again my worst nightmare experience. In the morning im calling this person who was supposed to help me check in he doesn’t answer so that he can sort the water thing he only came back 13:43 just saw a missed call 🚮

The pictures you have on your website are not that of a unit I was given and the location is in one of the worst parts of Joburg CBD which you do not show on your website and I believe that the decision not to show the location is misleading. I did not like everything about that place, from the location, the building itself, the unit which was not what you have on your ads and the worst part was finding the unit with no electricity during check in and being advised to contact the owner to buy electricity. It was due to these reasons that I opted to cancel my booking immediately.

There was a dreadlock on the couch, a dirty face cloth and a hair removal tool in the bathroom -the toilet does not work properly, you have to pour water yourself in the toilet to flush it -the host was rude -the sheets were dirty , they had a musky smell

The blankets were smelling,the sheets were not even ironed. There was cold water in the shower you have to use a kettle to boil water for bathing. It was so filthy,the floor was dirty and all the house was smelling. It's a noisy place full of students with noise.I will not recommend

The owner told us to top up electricity if is finished..n he only bought electricity for 50rand... Mind you, we booked for t days for night,self catering... The place doesn't have cleaning materials.. no one comes in n check on us or even change bathroom towels.. the pool ooooooh😭😭😭😭😭😭 it's empty n dirty.. the bed have bed bugs.... That's not a hotel at all... It's not even a BNB... Myb a hostel it's better... The service...it's very poor...

We asked for the second one and they took us to outside maboneng where the place was worse than the one in maboneng the place stinks, old beds with no bathroom There is no hot water in to bath and no water in the pool
