• Michaela (10/5): Perfectly clean and comfortable family-run hotel close to the beach - This is an adorable hotel tucked away just one block from the pedestrian street that runs in front of the beach. It is extremely clean, family-friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional both mornings we stayed. Our room was very large (family suite); it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The owner is incredibly sweet and helpful. The pool and surrounding area are spotlessly clean. The pool is not heated, so the water was a bit cold. Otherwise everything was truly wonderful!

Чудовий сімейний готель, який знаходиться в сосновому бору, що дуже важливо в цій країні влітку ! Басейн . Господиня Буяна зі своєю сім'єю добрі, привітні люди. Розмовляють також англійською мовою. Оплата можлива як готівкою так і картою. Номер на трьох з кухнею : холодильник, мікрохвильовка, чайник, набір посуду. Свій балкон. Сніданки входять в оплату. Смачно та поживно. Обіди замовляли тут. Подавали національні (і не тільки )смачні страви. Порції великі. 25 євро на трьох. Заміна постільної білизни раз на три дні, рушники за потреби ( все білосніжною чисте з приємним ароматом). Все дуже сподобалося. Рекомендую 💯. Дякую всім за правдиві відгуки. ❤️Ми ВІДПОЧИЛИ душею та тілом в цьому чудовому місці. Trevlig balkong. Allt vi behövde fanns på plats. Air condition var väldigt svag och placerad i kök ej sovrum. Första natten när det var strömavbrott var det outhärdligt varmt.

• FABRE (10/5): Très bon hôtel avec un personnel génial - La propriétaire est formidable ! Elle est gentille, serviable, sait mettre à l'aise. Elle est très avenante avec les enfants, il y a pleins de jeux à disposition. Le petit déjeuner change chaque jour, c'est servi à l'assiette mais copieuse et variée. L'appartement est grand, lumineux. L'emplacement est vraiment proche de la plage à pieds. Les équipements de l'appartement sont un peu vieux. La salle de bains un peu petite. La plage à côté est un peu laisser à l'abandon, un peu de déchets sur place.

Sehr angenehm zu wissen, dass das kleine Hitelgeländer nachts verschlossen ist, man aber jederzeit rein und raus konnte. Wir hatten ein ausgesprochen freundliches, sogar deutschsprechendes Servicepersonal am Morgen. Wenn wir nur zu zweit zum Frühstück kamen, wurde wie selbstverständlich das 3.Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer gegeben. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichlich auf Tellern vorbereitet mit Brotkorb. Das Personal stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, hatte immer ein nettes Wort, es wurde täglich nach Mittag gefragt, ob wir mitessen wollten. Auch konnten wir für günstiger einen Schirmplatz mit 2 Liegen am Strand im Hotel mieten. Die Verständigung lief prima auf Englisch. Ein ausgesprochen freundliches, sauberes Hotel in super Lage. Vielen Dank! Jederzeit wieder! Alles Liebe und Gute! Die Ferien waren zu kurz, teils zu heiß.....es war super schön! Ab September/ Oktober sind die Temperaturen evtl.erträglicher. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le biciclette. La nostra camera era al terzo piano e non c'era l'ascensore.

Zostaliśmy upomnieni, że za głośno byliśmy na tarasie (ok godz. 23, a muzyka przy innym hotelu była bardziej słyszana niż my rozmawialiśmy). Obady wydawane od godz. 13:30 do 15:00. Cisza poobiednia i zakaz korzystania w tym czasie z basenu.

Alles is op loopafstand. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en betrokken. Het ontbijt en de lunch waren uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit.

Widać że przygotowywane na bieżąco bo trzeba było chwilkę poczekać na podanie. Dorośli znajdą coś dla siebie, gorzej z dziećmi, które mają swoje preferencje odnośnie jedzenia. Myślę, że lepszym rozwiązaniem byłby szwedzki stół. Porcje ani za duże ani za małe. Ja osobiście nie narzekam, dla mnie było OK, ale podejrzewam, że nie wszyscy byliby zadowoleni w 100%. Pokój z klimatyzacją i aneksem kuchennym i dużą lodówką. Codziennie było sprzątane w pokoju, pozmywane nawet 2 filiżanki pozostawione po porannej kawie. Bardzo duży plus. Godziny w których był dostępny basen. Może nie była to jakaś straszna niedogodność, ale basen mógłby być czynny do późnych godzin wieczornych, zwłaszcza, że ma klimatyczne podświetlenie. Od 17 - 20 zdecydowanie za krótko.

• Lin (5/5): Great host but lack of comfort - The host lady is very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lift to the bus station when we were leaving. The apartment has a kitchen/living room and a bedroom. The room facilities says it's air-conditioned but only the living room has the air-con. The bedroom doesn't. The host said keeps the bedroom door open and the air-con would work in both rooms. That wasn't the case. The bedroom has never cooled down to comfortable temperature during the 2 days when we were there even with the air-con on all the time. The hotel should have made it clear about no air-con in the bedroom of the apartment, otherwise it's deceptive. It's very hot outside in July, it's unpleasant to sleep in a room with no air-con. The towels are hard and scratchy. The fitting to hold the shower head is not working so I had to hold the shower head in one hand, it's not easy to wash my hair like that. We had travelled to different parts of Albania and enjoyed Albanian food, including breakfast served at hotels most of the time. This place served the worst breakfast of all. First day sweet crepes with a little bit of cheese, basically no protein. The second day was omelette with a tiny sausage and cheese and everything was overly salty. No fresh fruits at all, which was the staple in every other place we stayed in Albania. Coffee was tasteless (we've had some great coffees in other hotels in Albania). And it took more than 30mins before our coffee was served since we sat down for breakfast the 2nd day. Overall, it's not terrible but we've had a lot better experiences in other hotels in Albania, so we found this place disappointing in comparison. We were not expecting luxury but It wasn't even comfortable.

• werner (5/5): Meiner Begleitung hat das Hotel trotzdem gefallen; besonders der "cosy" Pool, ganz fuer sie alleine - Wir, meine Frau und ich, hatten fuer zwei Tage ein zwei Zimmer-Apartment (ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnraum mit Kuechenzeile und 2 Einzelbetten; Balkon zum Pool) gebucht. Es befand sich in der 2. Etage. Ein Aufzug war NICHT vorhanden. Da ich Probleme mit Herz-und Atmung habe, kann ich kaum Treppen steigen und schon gar nicht mit Gepaeck. Wollte eigentlich gar nicht erst einziehen!! Aber wohin nach stundenlanger Anreise, in der Hochsaison und die kostenfreie Stornierung auf die letzte Minute war auch nicht drin. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war spartanisch; ins Badezimmer kam ich nur quer mit eingezogenem Bauch Trotzdem schabten Po und Bauch noch weiter schmerzhaft an den Tuerrahmen, deren Oeffnung vielleicht 55 - cm breit war. Nichts fuer gestandene Deutsche. Auch die Dusche lies keine groesseren Bewegungen zu (80 x 80 ). Morgens zum Zaehneputzen gab es kein Warm-Wasser, zum Duschen reichte das handwarme Wasser aus. Auf der Toilette musste ich sogar verquer sitzen, da ich sonst mit dem rechten Ober-Schenkel an die Papier-Rolle und mit dem linken an die Duschabtrennung stiess. Die Gesamtgroesse des Apartments war an sich ausreichend; aber das Badezimmer mit der engen Dusche waren zu klein ausgelegt. Im Schlafzimmer gab es 2 Schraenke und 3 Kleiderbuegel, 1 Nachttisch mit Lampe, und ein grosses Bett mit sehr guter Matraze. KEINE Klimaanlage, die gab es nur in dem Kuechen-Schlafzimmer. Der Balkon war ausr. gross, geeignet zum Waeschetrocknen, hatte eine Stuhl und hatte Blick auf den Pool. Dieser sah auf den Fotos groesser aus. ES GAB KEINEN LIFT IM GEBAEUDE. Das Erreichen des 3. Stockwerkes mit Gepaeck war fuer mich (76 J.) eine gesundheitliche Herausforderrung, die leicht im Krankenhaus haette enden koennen, Nach einem Restaurantbesuch am Vorabend und dem 1. Fruehstuck, gab es einiges an Diskussionen ( Facettenreiches Thema: Partnerschaftl. Ruecksichtnahme aus weibl./ maennl. Sicht) und am Nachmittag des 1. Tages sind wir wieder ausgezogen. Es lag ausschliesslich an mir und meinen Befindlichkeiten. Ich habe deswegen auf die 2. bereits bezahlte Uebernachtung lieber verzichtet; denn ich hatte regelrecht Furcht, das Apartment zu verlassen, weil ein Zurueckkommen die Treppen bedeutet haette. Meine Begleitung war natuerlich nicht "amused", angefressen aber schon; hatte ich ihr doch, aus ihrer Sicht, die Erholung verdorben.
• Angelo (9/5): Recommended - Close to the beach, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, delicious breakfast, parking just a bad smell from the bathroom drain, but we can afford that.

• Landa (7/5): mas o menos - La ubicación y la atención, muy amables. Que había un tv que no tenia canales disponibles, no había aire acondicionado en la habitación principal y el calor era inclemente. Las toallas eran super ásperas y solo había dos juegos y éramos tres con el niño. Ademas, no pudimos usar la piscina.

• Zoppelspitz (9/5): Das Hotel eignet sich für einen Badeaufenthalt, aber auch für Inlandsausflüge - Die Ruhige Lage zwischen den Bäumen. Die freundliche und nette Besitzerin. Das saubere Appartment. Auch das Früchstück hat uns geschmeckt. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für einen Aufenthalt wegen Ihrer Strandnähe, aber auch für Inlandsausflüge

• Rezessy (10/5): Ha újra Albániába jövünk, csak itt lesz a szállásunk. - Kultúrált, barátságos, családias. A változatos reggelit a házvezetőnő szolgálta fel a kerti asztaloknál. Ajánljuk mindazoknak, akik őszinte baráti beszélgetésre is vágynak a szállásadójukkal. Nekünk tökéletes volt.
• Camelia (10/5): Clean, welcoming and cozy! - Spotlessly clean, well managed and cozy, the hotel caters to families, couples and solo travelers alike. We only stayed for a night on our way to Greece but if we were in the area again, we would definitely stay longer. Loved the homemade breakfast of Albanian pancakes, cheese and preserves. There was nothing I didn’t like.
• enzo (10/5): Enzo e Denise - 🇮🇹 Italia - Soggiorno eccezionale ( dal 6 al 12 settembre 2023 ), la padrona di casa la signora Buljana , molto gentile e comunicativa , con un perfetto italiano e inglese ,gestisce tutto il personale (femminile) in armonia , preparato e gentile ,ottimi la colazione ed il pranzo con prodotti locali genuini ,camera sempre pulita con cambio giornaliero degli asciugatoi ,sicuramente ritorneremo il prossimo anno a settembre per almeno 13/14 giorni. consigliatissimo e tranquillo per coppie e famiglie , spiaggia sabbiosa vicina a 100 m ,passeggiata serale gradevole di oltre 2 km .un saluto da entrambi alla signora Buljana . Nulla , anzi essendo la prima vacanza in Albania e Velipoje, é andato tutto oltre le nostre aspettative .
• Iris (9/5): - Dier Gastgeberin war souverän, zurückhaltend, freundlich, professionell. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr leckerer selbst gemachter Feigenmarmelade. Sehr empfehlenswert.
• Krzysztof (8/5): - Fajna miejscówka, i dobre śniadania.
• SILKE (10/5): - Hotel mit sehr ansprechender Ausstattung und einer sehr netten Betreiberin.
• Juha (9/5): Motoristi matkalla - Kaikki oli siistiä. Mukava vastaanotto ja ok aamupala. Lokakuussa viikolla vähän kaukana keskustasta mutta kesällä varmasti hyvä kun alueen kaikki palvelut on avoinna.
