• Pablo (7/5): Your place for central location, en-suite room & low budget - Very central location. The staff was extremely friendly. They arranged an early breakfast for me due to my early pick-up for the airport. everything is clean. By European standards this is a two-star hotel. The rooms are very basic. I personally don’t like the lighting: cold colors mostly, makes the place feel very sterile.

Que no haya aire acondicionado, si había ventilador pero es diferente la climatización, aunque solo lo necesitamos una tarde de mucho calor y el resto de los días no fue necesario con solo abrir la ventana fue suficiente.

Como fuimos solo a descansar antes de continuar viaje, el estacionamiento privado sumó mucho a nuestra estadía de 2 noches, y la ubicacion frente al mar nos permitió recorrer toda la costanera caminando, disfrutando de la maravillosa ciudad que es Puerto Madryn. En realidad no tengo nada negativo que publicar

• Maria Server (7/5): Petits canvis millorarien molt - Les vistes al mar des de l'habitació. El personal es amable i ajuda en el que pot. El llit es confortable. L'esmorzar no tenia fruita fresca ni preparava ous ni tenia bona mantega ni melmelada, tot i que era buffet (molt limitat). El xampú i l'acondicionador (en petites bossetes) eren de mala qualitat.

• Gregory (9/5): Wonderful place to stay in the spring time. - Our room faced the beach. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was accessible to many stores and restaurants and travel agencies. The front desk helped with recommendations. Daily towel and room refresh was good. The lighting for the room was nice and bright. The two sets of curtains kept the sunlight at bay. If you have sharp eyes and are there during the season, you might see a whale from the breakfast room or your room. There was no overhead fan to help circulate air. The room warmed up as soon as the sun was up. We could open the windows during the daytime, but that would allow street noise at night. There was plenty of closet, shelf and table space, but no drawers for the night stand to keep some items in order.

• Vasilii (6/5): - расположение отеля отличное и персонал очень приятный очень простой завтрак, только круассаны с добавками, не было ни яиц, ни фруктов, при выезде хотели поесть свою пиццу, нам разрешили погреть, но есть запретили, вид из окна был противоположный от моря, при открытии окна пахло фритюрной едой готовящейся в кафе поблизости, только 4 розетки и все под столом, пришлось их поискать, у кровати их нет

• 366dirkd (8/5): Comfortable and roomy - The hotel has a great location at the beach and has all the modern facilities you can expect except for airco. During my stay it wasn't that warm, but I can imagine an airco can be useful during the Argentinian summer. The room has plenty of space and the bed is quite comfortable. Only downside is the breakfast which consists of a small selection of typical Argentinian sweets.
• kaihlas (4/5): Location and nothing else - The one positive thing about this hotel.is its location just first line of the beach. The views from the breakfast room over the beach are spectacular and you can even see whales in the distance. The staff at the reception was vert friendly and helpful but unfortunately this is where it ends. The bedroom was tiny and so was the bathroom. The shower was extremely difficult to regulate to the point that some people had to get cold showers. The beds were also small and not very comfortable. The great problem with the room was the noise. The wall was so thin that you could hear everything on the other side, all doors opening and closing, shower, people talking, etc. Breakfast was average for Argentina.
• JoyCauwenberghs (6/5): Terrible rooms, good location - Our room was absolutely terrible. Small, bad smell and just not ok for us three. The location however, was good. The breakfast area had a nice view on the beach. We had to wait for 15 minutes before being able to have breakfast because the guy who put prepared it, wouldn't open the area before the medialunas had arrived. Which is, to say the least, quite unprofessional. The reception staff, in constrast, was always very frienly and they really seemed to love their work and workplace, so thumbs up for them. Really too bad the room was this bad, because the hotel does have a lot of positive features.
• al0mnus (6/5): Extremely friendly staff - The hotel facing the sea has rooms of two prices, back rooms (estandar) and sea views which are a couple of hundred pesos more expensive. They are clean with small bathrooms but if there is air conditioning it does not appear to work and the carpets are rather threadbare where different areas meet. We had to move from the standard room to the more expensive sea view but found ironically that it was worse value in that street noise at night proved intrusive and the windows which could not be opened contributed to a degree of stuffiness that became unpleasant. Breakfast basic.

It is Terrible and Awful: mold and sewage smell in the rooms! - I made my reservation in booking, believing that they do a serious work and inspect the hotels that they recommend. I arrive to the hotel and I could not stay because the rooms that they show me had a mold smell and the bathrooms expelled an open sewage smell. Impossible to stay. Also the hotel says that has a parking space. It is also a scam. They have a space for two or three cars in a row. At the end I lost more than US$ 100,00 due to the recommendations of the booking site.
• TNV (6/5): Good service, average hotel in great location - The hotel is at the waterfront and the views are great from the rooms facing the sea. The rooms are a bit old but with new bathrooms. The breakfast is simple but good and you are looking at the sea from the restaurant! We had a good stay and would come back here. The staff was very helpful with organizing tours etc..
• AniqueJ (8/5): Nice rooms, great bathrooms, right on the beach, be ware of streetnoise - We stayed here for two night during our round trip through Argentina and Chile. Is is an nice refurnished hotel, especially the bathrooms are very nice. It is right on the beach, you just need to cross the road and the breakfast area has seaview and is very bright.
• brigittejulia (2/5): Avoid at all costs - This hotel got a good reference from the tourist bureau, it is near the sea and that is ALL it has going for it. If you check my reviews..almost all are really positive...this is the negative. First of all it is VERY noisy..the single paned windows block out nothing from cars which make noise ALL night long..yes at 4AM they were still going strong. The room smelled musty everything needed updating including the cheap carpeting. The reception staff (NOT management were friendly) but it was evident from the management they wanted every penny they could get with giving as little service as possible. At breakfast certain people got ham and cheese and fruit salad, others nothing but tea and rolls. When several of us asked, we were told, not for you! I had the most expensive room in the hotel, ocean view. It was WAY overpriced and they acted like they were doing ME a favor. I checked out the very next day and walked around until I found another hotel!!! which I will review here as well
• ISW (4/5): So-So Hotel - To put the positive things first, the location of the hotel opposite the sea is fine, and the offer two free internet terminal (though these are *very* slow). Front desk staff is friendly, too, but depending on who is there the ability to communicate in English is extremely limited. The room itself seems quite clean, but it's all carpeted so it's hard to tell... The bed is very wobbly, with tiny thin pillow, and the whole room has a brown-grey 70s design - in other words, the room is just ok to sleep in, but apart from that it's quite ugly. Breakfast is also quite disappointing, and the safety boxes at the reception (none in your room) are tiny, so you can only store a very limited number of items there. If you are sensible concerning noise, I would suggest you do not take a sea-view room - because between the hotel and the sea is a road which is quite heavily used, even in the middle of the night, so it was constantly loud there. I also think the rooms are highly overpriced for what they are offering - we've paid a little over 100 US$ for a sea-view room that was plain ugly, and I don't think that's a good deal (we've had rooms with sauna and jaccuzi for less in other places in South America). But if you are just looking for a place to sleep (and don't mind the steep rate), because you're out touring Peninsula Valdes, it is ok.
